For our visit to Taipei, we always choose this hotel. This time we stayed for 2 nights only during our short trip. Service and room condition is still maintained to excellent standard. Buffet breakfast is provided with a great many varieties. With its proximity location to Taipei Station within walking distance and a large department store next door, we will definitely return next time.

Caesar Park Hotel is moder property centrally located in Taipei's Downtown area, not far from the Taipei Main Station. The rooms are comfortable. and the service is excellent. We had lunch in the restaurant, the menu was traditional Chinese, including steamed fish, spicy pork and chicken. In all, my guest and I agreed that we had an excellent experience, and we hope to return soon.

We stayed 5 nights at Caesar Park. Check in at 3pm was seamless & staff was friendly. Was given room 901 facing the next building so not much of a view. Room size was good for 2 pax with 2 bags. Cleanliness could be improved as saw dust & bathroom floor wasn't cleaned properly. Breakfast was a simple affair to start your days. This hotel is popular due to its proximity to Taipei main station. It's connected from B1 by the lift. Many restaurants & convenience stores at B1 & on 2nd floor of the main station. Caesar Park will be my first choice should my travels bring me back to Taipei again.

As a quarantine hotel the worst one I have stayed in since the start of covid. I have stayed in 5 now.
To start with there were cockroaches found in some rooms. I didn’t get the AC lower than 25 degrees celcius. But that is a matter of preference. And the food is awful. It’s a fixed dish every meal so no choice. I wouldn’t give it to my dog. Luckily they do allow you to order from uber eats or food panda. But that brings us to the next problem. They give you fixed times to let food to be delivered which is you follow, they don’t the longest my food was in the lobby was 1h and 20 mins. So you can guess the temp. of the food. But despite having to eat cold pizza or hamburgers it’s still better than the provided food. When you contact them via the very handy line app. They say sorry and do the same next meal. I honestly think that the food is much better when you’re not in quarantine, so I don’t get why they serve you below standard food? It would reduce the amount of people ordering takeaway and so reduce the workload on them. I hope never to have to come to this hotel as a quarantine hotel again. Or even better thus whole quarantine situation finishes as most people travelling from Europe should be vaccinated.

Chose this hotel out of friend’s recommendation , overall service was great and attentive. Room is spacious but decor extremely dated along with stubborn mark & stain . Carpet is extremely dusty.
Rudely woke up by hammering and construction noise on Sunday morning at 8.50am. Called Front Desk, noise was stopped for about one hour and resurfaced again.
Hotel should post such info on all channels so that clients are aware of such inconvenience when selecting hotel accommodation. Very Bad Business Practice !!

I would give this hotel a much higher rating should such noise did not surface continuously throughout our stay & they clean the room a bit better.

Penalized for staying too long: Beware of any package that comes with whatever the hotel claims to offer. Checked in today, fully paid for a package that was supposed to come with two buffet vouchers but was told that two such vouchers were forfeited because I booked for 4 consecutive nights of stay instead of only two nights. Clearly this is a penalty imposed on longer term stay. In summary, this hotel is fine so long as a room only booking is paid for with nothing else in the package and for a night or two but no longer. Utterly disappointed this time having fully paid for a couple of meals that were Forfeited.

The excellent location just across Taipei Main Station ( also linked underground) is the main advantage of this hotel. Quite a big hotel & the various front office staff we encountered were very friendly & warm. Room is very spacious & clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable. However, you can just see, feel & smell the "distinct oldness" of the room & building. Although clean, the room were little on dark side. Carpet were very dark & stained. Aircon not cold & fan very noisy ( air vent dropping off slightly). Toilet bowl & bathtub discolored ( yellowish instead of white) & toilet door wood chipped off badly. Basin taps mixer is a very old 2 separate taps mix type instead of single mixer. Shower heat were inconsistent & need to adjust often. From our windows, could see full side of hotel walls were very dirty & in need of painting. The main door handles were shaky & loose. Even from main road, you could see how bad the walls condition are on left side. Definitely an overhaul is badly needed. If not for the location, would not have stayed here. But definitely not again, after this experience.

Nice hotel right across from Taipei Main Station.
Friendly staff, and lots of convenient store nearby.
You can find breakfast spot easily around the hotel but supper will be a tad harder. Rooms are clean, which is critical.
There is a laundry room but there is only 1 washing machine and dryer and it close at 10pm. So any hope to use it depend on your luck.

We stayed at Caesar Park Hotel from 2/9-27. The Hotel has 6 elevators. Never waited for more than two minutes! The front desk staff was amazing. Even the manager took care of luggage, opened doors …. The room cleaning crews were fantastic. We came from the US and always left a small tip for appreciation. In results, every morning not only they greeted us ‘good morning’ but also very courteously thanked us for the little tips. They kept our room so clean and supplies full.
The hotel is located right across from Taipei Railway Main Station, conveniently to subways, buses, a huge department store and hundreds of upscale restaurants and street vendors. We ate, ate and ate ….It's very safe at night.
If there are any criticisms, we found one. The Hotel has two restaurants but neither was very attractive. However, there are hundreds around and very near by.

When we checked in to the hotel, we requested an extra bed since the room for the children only had two, and we have 3 kids. At first, they said there was no extra bed. Later, I asked if we could have their room changed to one with 3 beds, and they accommodated the request. They said that I had to pay extra for the third bed since our reservation was only for twin sharing, which was no problem. Thank you for accommodating my request to change their room. Another reason why I love this hotel is there are lots of eating establishments nearby.

請問最靠近酒店的7-11便利商店是在哪裡?
Answer from BF
London, United Kingdom3 contributions1 helpful vote
The two nearby 7-11 stores would be ground floor by the station M8 exit, located on both sides of the road. Generally speaking I would personally avoid Caesar Park as explained in my review and stay at either Cosmos or Palais de Chine instead for far better service. The other nearby 7-11, incidentally, would be next to Cosmos at exit M7

Sorry I just saw your message now. There should be an area at the airport where you can ride the bus from the airport. You can ask around I'm sure the airport staff will guide you to where you need to go. Also there are signs showing the way. I hope this answers your question.
