免疫期間居住3.7米14樓的精薈房. 房間非常安靜有大的落地窗可看到翠綠的山景. 住在其中非常放鬆豪無壓迫感. 旅館服務極佳 During quarantine lock up, the room with 3.7M ceiling set up make us feel very very relaxed and comfortable. This hotel gives 5 star service. Start from booking, Wendy gives her wonderful and thoughtful attention to suit our needs which I’m very grateful. During stay, the front desk and housekeeping department answers all our need immediately. The variation and quality of food is amazingly tasty. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks to all the service people who make our stay a great experience.

This is a great hotel and we were lucky to get a low price. It's the first hotel I have been in with an electric toilet. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinners had a wide range of food from around the world. In the evening unlimited draft beer was included in the price of the meal. The hotel is a little away from the city center, about half way beteen the mail railway station and 101 tower. We checked out very early and were provided with a packed breakfast. In Taipei you must wear a swimming cap when in the pool. They can be purchased beside the pool. There is a small dining room / bar close to the pool.

Miramar Hotel Rainforest Buffet Restaurant offered fresh seafood, Japanese food, Korean food, Chinese food, and everyone may have one bowl of abalone porridge delivered to the table. There were two kinds of crabs, oysters, abalones, clams, some dishes for vegetarians, fresh made noodle soups with ready made and guests' choices of ingredients on site. Sushi bar offered several choices of hand rolls made fresh. The staff were very tentative and professional.

Service is excellent in general.

Rooms are old. There is construction on one side of hotel that starts at 8AM, the other side of the hotel faces the freeway.

The only reason I’m staying here is because I liked the hotel spa at first glance, but they accept non-hotel guests as health club members, who are super low end as they charge very little money for it and the hotel is not managing the situation. These members are super loud and rude to hotel guests and do weird things like many of them spit around the spa area and pool area, shakes their fully perfumes hair inside the sauna when there are other people in there, speak loudly at all times, and constantly disturbs your peace by rudely asking you if you followed rules out of nowhere, complain as soon as you're having quiet conversations. And if you dare to break any "rules" oh my, you'll be facing some angry woman shouting at you. Super disgusting and low end. Making the experience worse than a 100nt dollar hot spring. So after staying in the hotel for 4-5 weeks, and complaining to no avail, i've moved on to a better hotel.

The pre-arrival communication with the hotel was okay from the start as we read the highly rated reviews of the hotel. It was also our first time in Taipei to celebrate our baby moon. Thus, I requested the hotel to arrange a simple complimentary decoration for us but they mentioned they can only do it if we pay for it which makes it seem too transactional. Additionally, the day before our checkout, we simply requested for a late check-out over the desk as our flight back is only at 6pm and my expecting wife wanted to rest in the room before flying back but they upfront rejected the request even when I offered to pay for it without out even offering alternatives. As from a fellow hotelier perspective, this shouldn’t be the approach when dealing with requests with valid reasons. Hope the management can train their staff better to handle such situations.

However, the overall stay was average as the room was nice and well maintained and the housekeeping team was friendly and accommodating to us.

Many people say how far the hotel is from the MRT stations, but there are 5-6 bus stops within a block or two from the hotel. The buses take you to most of places where tourists are interested in, including Shilin, Ningxia and Raohe Night Markets, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Taipei Main Station and Ximending. All the bus stops around the hotel are much closer than MRT stations, buses are cheaper than MRT. They announce next bus stop both in Chinese and English. Google tells you which bus stop to go to, which bus to take and even all the bus stops enroute. It is a lot easier than you think.

Pros:
• As mentioned above, the hotel locates close to several bus stops and easy to get around
• Friendly staff
• Relaxing sauna and public bath
• Spacious room and comfy bed

Cons:
• There were some snacks and two cans of drink in the minibar. I was not sure whether or not they are complimentary, I asked the reception. One said free, another said chargeable. I still do not know the correct answer
• No self-laundry facilities
• No bottles of water supplied, but there is a water fountain on each floor

Overall:
It was a good value and I will definitely come back and stay again!!

This is a 4-star hotel with spacious rooms. The room itself is large and simply decorated. The hotel is clean, the washroom is big, but the bed is a bit too soft for my liking. The location is a bit out of the way, taking about 9 minutes to walk to the nearest MTR station. Additionally, there aren't any shops around the hotel, so it seems better suited for business travelers. However, the highlight of this hotel is definitely the breakfast. They offer a full spread of delicious food that is sure to please any guest.

Good value, nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Common areas look and smell like new and are well decorated. The gym, pool and sauna are very good, what you usually see in a 5 star hotel. The lobby area and dining area are very nice and the staff are helpful and professional. Only issues are (1) the hotel is a bit ways from the main areas of Zhongshan and Da'an (1/3 mile walk), and (2) the hotel is located near two major elevated highway and road intersections so there is a bit of traffic noise and the hotel rooms are not as soundproofed as they should be (looks like the windows are not double paned). If they could soundproof the rooms more, this would be a great hotel. I stayed during a slower time, so the price was a great deal even without a free breakfast.

Great service and amenities. Breakfast was a bit heavy, but lunch and dinner meals have a healthy balance of vegetables and meat. Staff are very responsive to your needs. Wifi was good enough to have meetings and spacious enough for me to do some workouts during quarantine.

Room was large with Japanese style toilet WC. Separate shower, bathtub and WC. Quiet though the hotel is 10 m next to the road. Facilities include a pool and sauna. Transport is generally easy in Taipei, but there's a taxi company just next to the hotel. So getting around is not an issue. The nearest night market is Liaoning night market, a five minute by taxi or can walk for 20 minutes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good place to stay.

Hi, By MRT: ﹙1﹚Take the Blue Line to Zhong Xiao Xinsheng Station and exit at gate 4. A 10 minutes walk from the National Taipei University of Technology will take you to the Hotel. ﹙2﹚Take the Blue Line to Zhong Xiao Fusing Station and exit at gate 5. Walk straight on Fusing S. Rd. and cross the road to Civic Boulevard. Then turn left and go straight on Civic Boulevard about 10 minutes will reach the hotel.
