This hotel is situated about a five minute walk to eateries and shopping . Although it does not offer any Great Lake views , it more than make up for it by the onsen tubs and rooms facilities .
We were given an upgrade to the family suite . Loved this room . There was a sitting area with free biscuits and jello followed by two king size beds with a big tv screen in front that screened free movies . Good choice of movies . Then there was the next room which was the bathroom with the huge onsen that could comfortably sit four people , vanity area , shower area and WC . There was also a big dressing area that housed the safe and fridge that had soft drinks and mineral water. All for free. Simply loved the space.
Free Wifi was fast.
The pools out side had three hot jacuzzi pills as well as a swimming pool .
Breakfast was great with a good choice of Taiwanese and western breakfast .
There was also a shop at the lobby selling souvenirs.
Will definitely return .

We stayed here as a family of 3 in a room with two double beds. The hotel is modern and the pool area is great for kids and a had a small hot spring area. It’s in a good location, within walking distance to restaurants and shops and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay there. The receptionist was friendly and saw that we had kids. Hence, they provided us with overwhelming information for us to keep our kids entertained during our stay. Going the extra mile, they also gave us rooms on the same floor beside each other which I appreciated.

The facilities were terrific, and there are countless things to do, such as Karaoke, chess room and gaming area. Even though some are currently unavailable, but that is inevitable. These are some relatively uncommon facilities, at least for me.

It is a great place to unwind and be away from all worries temporarily. I would return when the opportunity arises.

My girlfriend and I went to Fuli Hotspring Hotel, and we enjoyed the atmosphere and its serenity, and of course we loved the service they provided.

The hotel is very new, just opened in 2016, and so everything was nice and new.

We used the gaming room to play Wii, enjoyed the hotspring and the food, and just enjoyed every second here.

The restaurant provides buffet, and if you like, you should definitely try the roast beef.

The location is also very convenient, so I would high recommend this hotel to any visitor.

A low density hotel where you don't get swamped with tourists. Hot tub in the room is a blessing after long outdoor activities around the lake. As there wasn't much entertainment outlets in the surrounding area, those blue-ray DVDs in the room entertainment system were great.

This hotel has the potential to be a five stars rating hotel should it be able to brush up on its housekeeping standards.

Starting off with its pros, it has a big lobby with ample seats for guests. It is also one of the bigger sized hotel in Sun Moon Lake so logically it has more facilities.

Its pricing is reasonable when compared to other similar sized hotels in Sun Moon Lake.

The room size is big where after housing two double bed, there is still more than sufficient room for us to walk around the room. There also is a hot spring bath in room where we could enjoy the hot spring in the room itself.

The cons of the hotel lies in its housekeeping where apart from forgetting to replenish the mineral water for the second night stay, the floor underneath the bed was full of dust and in addition, I found several hotel slippers from the previous guests there.

Should I visit Sun Moon Lake again I will probably still consider this hotel as one of my top choice of its pricing remains reasonable.

Easy walk from bus stop at Shuishe Town. We arrived too early to check in so we went for lake cruise and cable car ride at Sun Moon Lake.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is so clean, spacious and luxurious, simply amazing with a huge hot spring tub. Separate shower cubicle is located at one corner.

Bed was very comfy as well. We loved everything in this nice room. Local snacks provided in the room were good too.

Breakfast was very good with plenty to eat at the wide breakfast spread. Cafe has special offer for bread after 6 pm.

We didn't use the swimming pool as we spent more time in our own hot spring tub in the comfort of our own room.

We felt that we were cheated! The hotel looked very different from the photos posted in the hotel booking websites.
1) Luxury double room didn’t hv the Japanese inlaid bathrobe , only superior hv it .

2) The service was bad too , no smiling in the front desk , and unhelpful .

3) the breakfast was terrible , area is big ,but not much choice of food , the highlight point is the breakfast time stop at 10am , on 920 , u will see many empty tray , because they didn’t refill it anymore .

4 ) the swimming pool is so small , so cool and dirty , Many leaf and insect in the pool , water gun need to buy it , no equipment for the children

It costed about NTD 5000- 6000 for a 2 person room. highly not recommend to stay there any more .

It is nightmare for a family trip.

I am reviewing Imperial Kitchen.

We traveled from Taichung to Sun Moon lake. We arrived at Imperial Kitchen, a restaurant in Fuli Hotspring Resort for a buffet lunch. It is located at its ground floor.

The hotel lobby is clean & bright. There is a souvenir counter near the entrance. The receptionist were full of smiles and were ready to help.

Our tour agency had reserved a table for us at the restaurant. As we were the last group of guests arriving for lunch, our buffet table still had some food left. The food was kept in warmer. The restaurant has many seats, it’s comfortable, modern and very clean. There are also alfresco seating.

The buffet spread was just sufficient. We could go for second round. The dessert corner served cakes, fruits as well as make-your-own ice-cream.

The restrooms were very clean.

The cashier at the restaurant was friendly. While settling the bill, I carelessly placed my cosmetic pouch at the reception counter & rushed for our transport. After touring Sun Moon Lake, we reached Cingjing Mountain in the evening. I realized I had misplaced my pouch. I called the tour agency to alert them. They helped me traced it back.

Imperial Kitchen’s F&B Director, Wilmer Lin, couriered my pouch back to me. I received it promptly when I checked in at a hotel in Kending. I only paid a negligible charge (courier fee). I was elated! I haven’t thank him. Thank you ....

His card is attached below.

I spent my birthday in this hotel, and i really enjoy the private hot spring in the room while snacking and having wine. If the room is overlooking the lake, then it would be more perfect, but the view of the mountain is not too bad either. I love the dinner and breakfast buffet too.
