1st stay in this hotel. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast spread was wide and good. You can even cooked your own noodles.
I would give a 5 star if the wifi provided is stable. I couldn't use it as the internet keeps cutting off....More
There are so many hotels to choose from in Taiwan but this one is getting great feedback as I ask away which hotel is worth the stay. We had our stay very recent and I was about to get curious on everything inside this hotel....More
Set menu on afternoon tea - both the value package of standard afternoon tea and the more expensive English breakfast version. We had the standard one - tasty and good portion so very filling. Comfortable atmosphere and good seating arrangements - an idea place to...More
Free shuttle bus from high speed railway to a stop nearby, great location next to a department store, cultural centre and a beautiful park. The hotel staff has provided excellent service, they are all well-trained, helpful, pleasant and patient. I am impressed that they remembered...More
Great hotel in a great location. The hotel's decor is older but it didn't certainly smelled that way. So close to several eateries. There's a shopping center across the street. And i got the BEST shoulder and foot massages across the street from the hotel....More
This district is suitable for settling down. The Tainan Train Station is situated in this district and the transport hub. Behind the train station stands the tallest building in Tainan. There are department stores and hotels surrounding the station. Furthermore, the National Cheng Kung University and its green area cover a vast area of land. The district, therefore, sends out an academic, yet
relaxed atmosphere. The alleyways on Dasyue Road near the university are filled with restaurants and shops offering exotic cuisine. It is a quiet getaway in the hustle and bustle of the city. The Banyan Garden and the green area are a top choice for the public to have a walk after picnic. Many foreigners visit here every year. The Old Tainan Magistrate Residence is the historic monument that is the most well-preserved and at the same time the most luxurious during the Japanese rule. The Great East Gate on Dongmen Road is perfectly in sync with the modern busy traffic. The seed museum hidden in the alleyway in the East District is a utopia that is highly recommended. As for Yongkang District, it is the biggest satellite town in Tainan. Though it is modern and busy, it has stories to tell. For those who want to have a glimpse of the history of early Tainan’s development, visit here.
I would apologize that we drove to the hotel, not took train there. But for the rail station, you can stop at "Tainan" Railway Station", and take around 15-20 min. by taxi. The rate is really depends, or you may take Uber... More
I would apologize that we drove to the hotel, not took train there. But for the rail station, you can stop at "Tainan" Railway Station", and take around 15-20 min. by taxi. The rate is really depends, or you may take Uber for clear price instruction.
You can only get shuttle for HSR from Tainan HSR station and get off from Tainan City Culture Center. The better way is call the hotel for their assistance: +886-6-289-9988.
