The location is okay, 10 minutes walk to beach and shopping/restaurant street. Big grocery store very close. We got a room without window. Very bad sound isolated. Woke up when people were talking outside our room. Room was a bit dirty and worn out. Pool was nice but not very clean. Breakfast isn't too good. The service at the hotel...

The location is ok! Close to the beach and where the restaurants are, about a 10 minute walk. Seven elevens, mini markets and pharmacies around the corner. The hotel is on the main road but we didn't get disturbed by the traffic at all. Although it might have been more quite for us because our hotel room had no window...

This place is 5 minutes from the beach and everything else in Kamala. It has a roof top pool which is excellent. The rooms have a really nice vibe with the mood and creativity. Had a wonderful time and restaurants, exchange places, and seven elevens all around.

To cut a long story short if you want somewhere cheapish to stay for a night or so then it's ok, just don't book for a week or two, remember it is only 3*. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, only the young person who helped with breakfast was truly miserable. The aircon blows directly onto the bed...

The hotel is nice! Not far at all from the beach which I did read from other guest. 5min on a street, no bumpy forest walk. Breakfast has what you need but small. Staff not to helpful and english is not their best. It would not worth the full amount but €40 when you get it on promo is totally...

Stayed here for 3 nights and all I could say it's one of the best. Location, cleanliness, service were all tip top in Kamala beach. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was clean. Friendly and service oriented receptionists/staff. What more could one ask for when staying in Phuket. Definitely, will come and stay here again if I visit Phuket...

I have been to Thailand three times and this was the cleanest, safest, and most modern/western hotel I have stayed in. It is much like being in a small 4-star Boutique hotel in the states or Canada. If you are the kind of person where security and safety are important, they have an extra locking mechanism on their doors. If...

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is big and comfortable, clean. Room with balcony is good , but the view is a bit disappointment . The location is good. From the hotel to the beach about 15~20 minutes by walk. There is post office nearby, walking about 10 minutes.

I recently stayed in Kamala Phuket and was very pleasantly surprised by the good service and tasty lunch time menu. This hotel is on the main street and a short walk to the beach and sea but being on the main street means it’s easy to get around in the evenings or to go shopping at the local Big C...

This was my first hotel outside Europe and it was a nice stay. it's on the main street, same time we got windows facing backside (nothing to see though), so it was quiet. Nothing fancy outside hotel, except for good distance to amazing street food and "super-market" Big-C, 10mins to the beach. TV channel choises in diff languages, great air-con,...
