We’ve visited Phuket many times before, so we were looking for a quieter escape. Naka is a stunning modern resort, with private villas, private infinity pools, and beautiful views. Things the perfect hideaway for couples. The location however still gives you easy access into Kamala / Surrin etc for night out / shopping.

We held our wedding at Naka. Event planner, Ann, and team were amazing! The entire staff was so kind and made every but so special for us. The property is absolutely breath taking and lots of ocean life 💙 We booked the elopment package online months prior and communicated with the team online to plan. The process was so easy and communication was great! These are memories we will cherish forever!! Thank you, Naka Phuket!!

Large complex about 15 minutes from Patong Beach, Bang La road. I was able to check-in early with the help of the very gracious Aor, she was GREAT. I can’t say enough about her. I travel a lot and she definitely is one of the best receptionist I’ve run into. I had room W32/4. Don’t ask about how they number their rooms. The taxis working with the hotel charged 450B to Patong. Grab’s were around 400B. I used the hotel taxis half the time and Grab’s the other. If you’ve never used Grab, they are like Uber, only much better. I got lunch delivered twice and at a very low cost and the food was excellent. No ATM onsite so you’ll have to go to Karon Beach, 10 minutes or Patong Beach. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the best Bacon I had in Thailand. Great local Thai dishes also. Great service. Did I say this was a large complex of rooms? It’s so big I used the small bus the hotel provided. They were very quick for pickup and delivery to anywhere on the site. Not much of a beach, a lot of rocks, they do have Kayak’s though. The room was great. I got a Pool Villa upper level but it wasn’t that high up as some of the other Pool Villa’s. Definitely use Grab if you’re coming from the airport. For reference, I was paying 400B for a one hour Oil massage out in town. If you want to be away from everything, this is the place. My family and I went to Phuket for my wedding. The choice was so right.The lawn of NAKA hotel is super well maintained, I have been to many luxury hotels and never seen such beautiful grass. There was a long wait for hotel check in but it worked out perfectly for us. The wedding was perfect and a wonderful memory that will last a lifetime. Special thanks to Ann, the hotel's wedding manager, for her excellent service throughout and keeping an eye on the wedding and dinner. Thank you to the hotel's chef and restaurant staff for giving us a fantastic dinner, it was so delicious！Room service was all good, breakfast was great!

The whole experience is really nice, could snorkelling just nearby the hotel's private beach, but it would be better if they could fix the Netflix soon as promised, breakfast is diversity and nice especially the view!

Actually Naka is a wonderful villa and the services is very good except the location is so far from the Patong town. I suggest that if the villa could provides a shuttle bus across Patong town main tourist spot and the villa, the problem will be solved.

The hotel itself and the location and service are all great but the food at the hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Most of the food I ordered was frozen and defrosted and honestly felt like a 3 star hotel food. The toiletries, towels and sheets in the room were very cheap. Unfortunately will not be staying at the hotel again. They definitely need to work on their standards and management.

It is a truly beautiful oasis in Phuket, I stayed at an amazing pool villa which was so spacious, nicely furnished, comfortable and well equipped that you never have to leave it. The staff here were lovely and always willing to help out. I was most impressed by the food here – They had the finest Thai cuisine in Phuket and the food is very delicious- both breakfast and dinner! A lot of choices in breakfast buffet. The SPA is another thing I loved most – they offered lot of selection for massage and skin treatments. My therapist provided awesome massage with just the right amount of pressure. To conclude, I want to say, NAKA offers Great service, ambiance and ultimate indulgence! I will definitely come back again and recommend this to everyone.
