Large complex about 15 minutes from Patong Beach, Bang La road. I was able to check-in early with the help of the very gracious Aor, she was GREAT. I can’t say enough about her. I travel a lot and she definitely is one of the best receptionist I’ve run into. I had room W32/4. Don’t ask about how they number their rooms.
The taxis working with the hotel charged 450B to Patong. Grab’s were around 400B. I used the hotel taxis half the time and Grab’s the other. If you’ve never used Grab, they are like Uber, only much better. I got lunch delivered twice and at a very low cost and the food was excellent.
No ATM onsite so you’ll have to go to Karon Beach, 10 minutes or Patong Beach. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the best Bacon I had in Thailand. Great local Thai dishes also. Great service.
Did I say this was a large complex of rooms? It’s so big I used the small bus the hotel provided. They were very quick for pickup and delivery to anywhere on the site.
Not much of a beach, a lot of rocks, they do have Kayak’s though.
The room was great. I got a Pool Villa upper level but it wasn’t that high up as some of the other Pool Villa’s.
Definitely use Grab if you’re coming from the airport.
For reference, I was paying 400B for a one hour Oil massage out in town.
If you want to be away from everything, this is the place. Quiet and great service. I’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely, secluded luxury resort on a private strip of sandy beach and coral reef. Each room is a stand alone villa. Ours was large with a private pool and outdoor tub and shower. The resort is built onto a hillside, so there are many steps and inclines. We had no problem navigating but imagine if someone is even slightly mobility challenged, it may be difficult getting around. At night, the steps to our villa weren't well lit and there is no hand rail. Again, no issue for us, but imagine it could be. The stairs also aren't uniform in size -- a US building inspector would have a field day tearing these up. Service was impeccable. The staff at breakfast greeted us by name and remembered our preferred drinks. The beach is sandy and empty, with coral reefs in the water. Take advantage of the snorkeling masks they provide and get a look at many colorful fish. They also offer kayaks, which were fun. The gym didn't open til 9am, which seemed quite late, but anytime we went, no other guest was there. Of you walk up to the gym, notice the hydroponic garden about halfway up the hill where they grow many greens for their restaurant. The minibar in the room is free and restocked daily with beer, soda, juice and water. Beds are super comfortable. There are Tuk Tuk stops throughout the property and you'll get picked up within five minutes of pressing the call button. The property is a bit remote, but the flip side is the privacy that it offers. One downside-- smoking was allowed at the hilltop bar but thankfully the patron smoking didn't stay long.

As a wedding planning company based in Thailand, we worked with The Naka Phuket to assist our clients in organizing their wedding. The hotel provided us with tremendous support and assistance. From the initial venue and room bookings, the hotel demonstrated a meticulous and professional attitude. During the pre-wedding coordination meetings, the hotel also offered great help.

From start to finish our experience at The Naka was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we stepped into our 3 bedroom villa we were blown away. The view was amazing! The beds were possibly the comfiest we’ve ever stayed at. The buffet breakfast had anything and everything you desired and the food was delish! Christmas Eve dinner was such a special night. The food selection was incredible, the setting was magical and the experience was one we will never forget. But perhaps the most amazing thing about our whole experience was how attentive the staff were. They greeted us each morning by name, after day 1 they knew our coffee orders, whenever we ordered room service it was delivered and set up beautifully. The staff were so attentive and lovely. We loved everything about The Naka and hope that we will be able to come back and enjoy the magic of The Naka one day. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay unforgettable.

We had a very relaxing stay at The Naka in a one bedroom villa. The resort is very well maintained, tucked away on a very private hillside. The villa had a private pool, lounge room and big bedroom with a balcony. The bathroom was functional, big rain showerhead and an outdoor bath and shower totally private to surrounding villas. The way it’s designed does not allow each villa to look into others pools or bathrooms. The gardens and common grounds are beautiful and the pool and deck has a spectacular view. The only improvement I could suggest is a rail or handle to assist you to get out of the pool. The steps or quite deep and at 50 I’m not as nimble as I used to be lol. The restaurant is also lovely, and the staff are fantastic. So attentive but unobtrusive. They anticipate your needs and are always available to assist you without being pushy. It is a bit out of the way and doesn’t have easy access to shops, restaurants or bars outside the resort without using a taxi- that was the only downside for me. But if you are after a quiet and private getaway without loads of kids or merry Aussies at the swim up bar (nothing against merry Aussies! I’ve been one many times!) this place may be for you.

We had a wonderful week relaxing at The Naka. The private pool was brilliant and the views of the sea made it a special holiday. The rooms are very large with great views from the bedroom and added bonus of the large lounge area. The outdoor bath was good but the great private pool was the best! The staff were great, except we did have a small issue with arranging housekeeping to come when we had asked for it. All the staff at the Wiwa where we had breakfast were accomodating with difficult dietary requirements - thanks to Mark and all the team for the care and attention. Also a big shout out to Tom at the fitness centre who conducted great classes.

One of the most astonishing place you can imagine in Phuket , astonishing land scape where forest meats sea and you are caught in the middle .
Omg to the personalized service you can get by simple texting your wishes and requests to the management. Within minutes all of your dreams comes to life .
Thai food quality is super delicious once requested and guess the prices they offer is far much better and cheaper to what you can get in Patong beach .
All villas are equipped with private adequate Swiming pools , but it’s so entertaining to use the bigger one infinitely Swiming pool on the beach .
The other day I was watching the house keeping cleaning my villa , guys such cleaning quality and perfection only done in private houses .
They really do care about guest satisfaction here by giving so much details and attention to valuable customers like me I guess :)

The hotel has a nice beach with possibility of snorkeling. There are a lot of rocks in low tide, so you have to wait for the high tide to swim. I would advise to wear appropriate shoes, while walking along the beach or swimming.The water is very clear, green allowing you to see the beautiful fish. We were upgraded for a villa with private swimming pool. The room was excellent not far from the beach, but most of the villas are on a steep hill, which makes the access to the beach difficult, unless you use the car of the hotel to transport you.It is mostly available when you ask for their service. The breakfast is very good and overall the food is good.The infinity swimming pool just in front of the beach is great! The personel is extremely kind.
