I have been visiting Notre Dame De Bellecombe for over 7 years but never really gave this place much of a chance having only dropped in with the rest of the people on the trip for drinks. This year there were 9 of us all male and this became out local and Flacon the huge dog our best mate!!! the...

The food is still good, the reception is still friendly, but this time the hotel's huge Leonberger dog kept going into and out of the kitchen while our meals were being prepared. Images of hair in the soup and slobber in the stew were difficult to banish from our minds; as the tail wagged higher than the work counters and...

The Mont Charvin is a well sited hotel in a small ski resort which is very close to the bigger resort of Megeve. It is a relatively short walk to the main lift and there are at least 4 restaurants and a very good boulangerie nearby. The restaurant had a nice ambience and the set menu was limited but reasonably...

The hotel is far just 200m from the ski slope so it's the perfect choice for the people who wants to go skiing because you can go just walking. Other good thing of the situacion is that is in the middle of the little town so you have all the services (shoop, farmacies, etc) by walking too. The room and...

Just come back from the Hotel Marvin in Notre Dame and had a great time. The food was really very good and plentiful. Rooms are comfortable and have private facilities; they are very good for school groups or families. The bar area is very welcoming though drinks are slightly expensive but a nice place to relax at the end of...

typical Alpine chalet-style lodgings. Comfortable and warm, but not luxurious. Free wifi, though spasmodic reception, rather low signal in some rooms; good breakfast buffet, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice, cereal, bread and croissants and home made preserves; evening meals available with good choice unless you are a vegetarian when it is very limited. The bar is rustic and can...

Clean, simple convenient. Near all amenities, 10 min walk to the teleski. Pool and Ski locker. Wifi only available near the lobby. ($) Pet friendly. The building recent. The kitchenette is well equipped, dishwasher is a nice touch. The mattress for the beds are a bit thin. Underground parking is 25 euros/ week. Lots of restaurants within 5 mins walk.

“Go for the view if you can, but I suspect all of the rooms have a view over the mountains because of the location of the hotel. Higher up will be quieter.”
