Travellers' Choice
We offer three luxurious glass pavilions that combine the style of a modern apartment with the comfort of a cottage. These are very stylish with spectacular views of the Glass House Mountains through floor-to-ceiling walls of glass. The pavilions have beautiful timber floors, King-size bed, spa bath, whole-of-house sound system and an open fire in winter. They are unique, very different from the usual "country-comfort" style, -you really have to see them to experience their unique exterior and interior design. Winner of the Australian Traveller Readers Award for "Best B&B in Australia" two years running. A great getaway, or a first/last stop between Brisbane and Fraser Island or Cairns. Glass on Glasshouse is an Adults Only Retreat and is therefore not suitable for children.

We stayed 2 nights. The accommodation was just brilliant. Stunning views and absolutely everything that we could have needed was provided. Grant and Darrell obviously take great care to make sure you are comfortable and have a very enjoyable time while you are there. Can't remember when we last stayed in such clean accommodation!! The walk up to the Lookout was well worth the effort, even for a couple of oldies like us and a few kangaroos even got up early to say goodbye when we were leaving!

We stayed with Grant & Darrell for 5 nights. As soon as we drove down the driveway we knew we were going to have a relaxing few days. We stayed in pavilion 3, all pavilions are secluded in tropical gardens from each other so they are totally private. The new inground pool is extremely inviting. The view from our pavilion changed each morning with the weather. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we required, plus more! The guys were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We hope to go back again one day soon!

We had the most amazing time staying at Glass on Glasshouse. Grant and Darrell have done a great job of setting up the most perfect retreat. The pavilions are just stunning and perfectly secluded with incredible mountain views. Everything went so smoothly - from check in, to suggested things to do, we even had a masseuse come to our room! We would gladly stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

Great information provided beforehand with directions, what we should bring etc. Stunning setting and cottages - all mod cons included and we brought food to BBQ which was lovely being able to do that out on the deck. Great short walk recommended for us to do the first evening up Mt Ngungun which had great views at the top (took us 45mins return). We then did the Yul-yan-man track circuit the next day which was a bit of a scramble but great fun nonetheless. We definitely hope to return soon! Thanks for everything.
