We offer three luxurious glass villas that combine the style of a modern apartment with the comfort of a cottage. These stylish villas look out to spectacular views of the Glass House Mountains through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The villas have beautiful timber floors, a King-size bed, a spa bath, a whole-of-house sound system and an open fire in winter. They are unique, very different from the usual "country-comfort" style -you must see them to experience their unique exterior and interior design. Winner of the Australian Traveller Readers Award for "Best B&B in Australia" two years running. A great getaway or a first/last stop between Brisbane and Fraser Island or Cairns. Glass on Glasshouse is an adults-only retreat and is therefore not suitable for children.

We stayed for a week and did not want to leave. An abundance of food for breakfast, so clean and modern, Grant and Darrell have done a magnifacent job on the styling and privacy around the accommodation. You are both very welcoming and yet giving guests their privacy. Job well done go and see for yourselves you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be going back.

We stayed at the Glass on Glasshouse for one night last week and we had the most amazing experience.
We were met by one of the owners Grant who was very friendly and showed us where everything was and how it worked.

The luxury cottages are exactly that, impeccable, spotless and without fault.
The interior is beautiful, with a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom looking out into the country side.
We are two friends travelling but for couples I can see how it would be such a romantic place to stay.

The bath is out of this world, you have to experience it to understand it but just wow!

We had some drinks on our veranda in the evening, and sat eating breakfast watching the wildlife in the morning.
You are completely transported away from everyday life here!
Our stay included breakfast which was in the fridge and included bacon, eggs fresh fruit and juice.
I would recommend buying some additional food and drink for your stay as the local shops are about a ten minute drive away and once you get to the Glass on Glasshouse you won’t want to leave!
Thank you for a 5* experience 👌🏼

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights....we wish we were still there!
To Grant & Darrell we would like to acknowledge your attention to detail and those unexpected hidden extras in the villa. You really are masters of your craft.
From the moment we entered the gate and took the slow drive through the property we were simply overwhelmed with the beauty created within the property grounds.
It was like entering your very own mystical wonderland as we walked to the villa entry.
The villa itself was spectacular in every way. The stylish and modern decor surrounded by 3 metre high clear views of even more of natures natural beauty with the mountain as the ultimate backdrop.
The villas are perfectly placed and offer a sense of seclusion from the rest of the world.... well almost! We had daily visits from Skippy (Dad, Mum & the baby roo) and even the Kookaburra came and perched itself on the deck to say good morning!
When we opened the fridge we were so impressed with the very generous offerings stocked inside and the very quaint kitchenette that offers everything you need.
The bedroom was generous with a comfortable mattress and a very enticing view as you awake each morning....and that bathroom! The quirky and stylish sink, the huge bath with its water supply flowing out from the ceiling was a master touch! Sooo unique.
Something extremely important to us in presentation and cleanliness and wow did you deliver.
We also ate and enjoyed a few coffees at the The Lookout Cafe located at the front of Glass On Glasshouse where the service, food and views were incredible (see attached photo of the breathtaking view to help you enjoy that cuppa).
All in all this hidden treasure is an absolute MUST on your bucket list and you will not be disappointed. We will be returning next year in May and bringing our Mother. Two villas next year Grant & Darrell and we really can't wait.
Grant & Darrell you have very right to hold your heads high when it comes to luxury, serenity and good old fashioned true relaxation!
Thank you so much for everything from John & Irena

Beautifully equipped studio cottage (large partition and bathroom divide bedroom and lounge) with wonderful views of the Glasshouse Mountains and surrounded by privacy bush. You're not aware of your neighbours at all. Very peaceful. Generous and plentiful breakfast supplies provided - far more than we could use. Pretty much everything we needed was easily to hand and the kitchen was really well equipped plus a BBQ on the patio. Grant and Darrell are thoughtful and very courteous hosts who let you have free walking range around their orchard. Plenty of walks nearby and there will be a great pool commissioned by soon after Xmas we were told. That will be great addition for Summer stays. The fact that it's a non-children venue makes it a romantic and peaceful retreat for adults. You can chill out and sit and watch the weather change. There's a spa huge tub and a fire for Winter. The only fault would have been somewhere a bit more comfortable to sit inside and eat when the weather is very rainy. Normally you'd sit on the patio and eat but we encountered very heavy rain which made this impossible. All in all a well recommended escape stay. There is a central washing machine and dryer for use if needed FOC. We didn't need it.

We had our anniversary coming up over the weekend and deciding whether to stay at Surfers Paradise or for the same price, at Glass on Glasshouse? I am glad we chose the later.
The manager Grant called me the day before for all the facilities and proactively suggested some interesting places around the property.
There was a very fine attention to details, to name a few: starting from the neatness of the house, mint leaves in the water jug, a frangipani in the stack of towels, Aircon remote placed right besides the bed, an additional HDMI cable to watch your own videos from your laptop to the TV, and so many other overwhelming small things I just cant keep counting.
Early first morning, there was a grid power outage. We were a bit nervous, but were calmly assured and the backup power was added in just 30 minutes. Thankfully the grid power was restored just after the backup power started, and knowing this is going to be the case, this didnt stop them to get up on the saturday morning and come and setup the backup power.
Basically, the intention of the host was very clear, you should not be disrupted from your holiday mood in any manner, and I must say they did manage that extremely well.
Jokingly, I will be disappointed if Grant and his team are managing only this property, as I want the exact same service in other holiday properties in future.
P.S. the masseuse Pim I booked for my wife was extremely friendly and wifey says, that was one of the best Massage she has had.
- I am posting the same review as Google Review, and I want to post it everywhere so my voice is heard and people are aware of the beauty and the service of this property.

There are really not enough superlatives to describe our beautiful 2-night stay at Glass. The cottages themselves are stunning and everything has been thought of so you can simply arrive and relax. The comfort level matched the incredible aesthetic and design and all of the finishes were high end and luxurious including the breakfast provisions and bubbles and divine massage included in our romance package. The ease of check in and privacy and the gorgeous views also exceeded our expectations and the service and quality of the food at the Cafe were outstanding. Our only complaint was that 2 nights was not enough. We cannot wait to return and cannot recommend Glass more highly. Thank you so much!

We had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at this beautiful accommodation.
It is in the most beautiful and natural surrounds and you feel completely removed from the outside world when you are here.
The villas are modern and stunning, providing sensational views of the mountains and bush setting whilst also providing modern conveniences and a sense of luxury.
The accommodation is very well maintained and everything you could imagine has been thought of to be so so comfortable for your stay.
The breakfast hampers are exceptional and provide ample food for your stay and include fresh fruit and local goodies.
We highly recommend this place if you need to escape the city life and need a few days to recharge - not forgetting the beautiful Eco fire and waking up to walls of glass capturing the surrounds and local wildlife.
Make sure you put this on the bucket list.
You have done a great job gents!!!

Glass on Glasshouse is just that, all glass with the sun coming in in the mornings. The countryside surrounds are so beautiful. There's a huge sunken bath and a fire for cold winter mornings. It is so quiet except for the chirping of the birds.

Darryl and Grant have thought of everything to make it a perfect holiday. We don't normally stay at B&B's because we don't like to have to shop for food but all the top quality food you could possibly want is supplied. The bed was superb. We planned on touring but spent two days not going anywhere it was so relaxing to stay put. Five days wasn't long enough. Can't wait to go back. A very special thanks to Darryl who drove us to the station and carried our bags.

We stayed here for four days in June 2020. Stunning, contemporary cabins. The fridge was fully stocked with breakfast when we arrived, bacon, avo, fruit, toast, sausages, juice. The owners are fabulous and popped in to change towels and top up supplies on day three. It was amazing to wake up each morning with views on the Glasshouse Mountains each morning.
