We stayed at Chalet des Neiges and absolutely loved it. The view from the chalet is beautiful and it is so easy to access the lifts up the slopes. We could even see the lift station from our balcony. We had 3 bedrooms and plenty of space for the whole family. The ski school meet just in the village center...

Apartment for 6/8 was well equipped and spacious enough. Chalet des Neiges is the premium residence in Oz, hence expensive. However, 2 things for me are way below standard in that category: no wifi in apartment: not acceptable un 2017 and no luggage service included so you have to haul all your stuff from the outside parkings to the chalet...

Dear Lolapalooza01, Thank you so much for your comment and for sharing your experience on this website. The resort of Oz en Oisans is completely pedestrian, an amazing village with the snow. About the wifi service, we just want to remind you that this service is completely free at the reception and we are working on giving this service also...

We stay in Oz en Oisans every year and previously I've given Chalet des Neiges five stars. However, this year we booked an apartment that is privately owned rather than one of their own. As a result (due to our flight times, we arrived early) we were told that we could not leave our luggage in the store room as...

Tip # 1 !!!! Pack as little as possible. The walk from the car park to the residence is a killer. The 46 steps up to the chalet is a challenge with ski boots on let alone with bags on your back. Be warned, its tiring to say the least. The ski lockers are really only suitable to hold your...

If you want to avoid carrying skis then this is a great place, ski in and out, two telecabines within sight and a small set of local shops. The lifts take you up to the great Alpe d'Huez area, with a good range of runs and some excellent off piste for guided groups. The apartment is tidy, spacious and has...

We had a really good stay at the chalet des neige. We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) and stayed in a four bedroom apartment. We were pleased we had opted for the four bedroom apartment as the three bedroom (sofa bed in living area) would have been too cramped. The staff are very helpful and...

Stayed here for a week during the holidays with my inlaws (6 adults, two children, in appartment 2A with 4 bedrooms). First of all, the staff at Chalet des neiges were wonderful and very friendly. Our appartment was the perfect size four our group and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathrooms were clean (two showers, two bath...

A lovely, spacious apartment that has ample room for the 3 families 5 kids to run around and not feel under the adults feet during the crucial times of relaxation of après ski! Very close to both the gondola up the mountain and shops we couldn't ask for anymore on that front! If the snow had weather had lived up...

We booked a 4 person accomodation and got upgraded free of charge to a 6 person. The place is clean and the kitchen is well equiped so if you want you can cook your own meals. The staff is very friendly and cant do enough for you. If I have to say something negative it would be that you only...

We had a great week's skiing at halfterm 2014. The accomodation is comfortable and spacious for the price. There was enough room for all 17 of us (half children) to eat together if we wanted. Definitely ski in/ski out and only a few minutes walk from ESF meeting point. Wifi is only in the reception building, 50m away. The swimming...
