Away from the tourist trail there is another country, a land of unspoilt virgin forest, rare orchids, startling colours and calls of birds of paradise, secretive jungle creatures and a perfumed air of peace and solitude. This ecological miracle deserves an environmentally friendly resort that captures the imagination while offering the luxury of a four-star boutique resort.Peaceful seclusion, privacy, luxury, exclusivity . . .Welcome to 4 Rivers Floating Lodge

Must visit! Perfect place to relax and unwind. We were able to see dolphins and otters when we took the sunset tour. We also took a tour to see how the locals lived which was very eye opening and heart warming. Great food, Warm staff, AMAZING VIEWS. Truly a one of a kind

Boat trip to the lodge is included (20 minutes). Trip from Phnom Pen to the river is 4-5 hours driving. Not included. Halfway there are restaurants with excellent toilets and western food, and great capuccinos.

you dont need one in my opinion. we visited in april 2016 and did not experience mosquito nuisance. There are some tiny insects which hover around and they are a bit of nuisance more than anything else. Using a repellant and keeping the tents closed during evening hours helps in dealing with that issue. The hotel staff are very helpful in sparaying and clenaing the rooms whenever needed.

They do provide. We did not exerience any mosquitoes. There are some small insects but that are harmless and largely attracted by light. The spray takes care of them.we were there in april 2016 Ulhas India

Hi Elise, thank you so much for your interest in staying at 4 Rivers in February. Yes, you are right, because of our location, there are many kinds of insects and most of them are unusually big. I've seen spiders here but small ones. Most of our guests don't see them because we try our best to keep the tents very very clean. Cleaning is done two times per day. Also, all our tents are surrounded by green net, this prevents the insects including spiders from going inside the tents. As it does not take that long for a spider to create a web, especially at night, in the morning, there will be spider webs on the handrails and walkway, our night time security guards sweeps them away before going back home. But you can expect to walk pass on some as they really build very quickly. During December until February, when it is cooler here in Kohkong, we see less spiders. I'm also afraid of anything with too many legs Elise, but I would say most of my best sleeps ever are at 4 Rivers. Please visit our website for more information, you may email us if you need assistance with your booking in February. LUZ - HOTEL MANAGER.
