We stayed at Peppers Seminyak for 5 nights, on a Luxury Escapes deal. It is the third or fourth time we have been on a Luxury Escapes holiday and so far they have never disappointed me. Great price, great inclusions, value for money. Peppers Seminyak is an amazing resort. It exceeded our expectations. We are 2 adults and 2 teenage kids, so the 2-bedroom pool villa (villa no. 55) was perfect for us. It is enormous, with 2 huge bathrooms, a lovely private pool and great amenities. The 2-bedroom villas are really close to the main resort area as well, so everything is within easy walking distance, i.e. the main pool, spa, gym, restaurant and reception, plus the main entrance out to the public road that leads to the beach and Seminyak main roads. I couldn't fault Peppers. Beautiful, friendly staff (where nothing was ever too much trouble), lovely grounds, fantastic restaurant (The Laneway, which we ate at often because we loved the food and the vibe), relatively close (max 10 minute walk) to the main shopping areas in Seminyak and Petitenget Beach. The Luxury Escapes deal included 2 hours of free-flow cocktails every night from 4-6pm. It was the perfect way to finish off a day of shopping or swimming or other activities, and the restaurant staff kept the cocktails flowing! The quality of the cocktails were A+, and honestly the food was exceptional, from huge combined buffet and ala carte breakfast, excellent lunch and dinner menu, great poolside snacks and easy and convenient in-villa dining. I've already booked a return trip next year. Our favourite staff member was Astini in the restaurant and poolside. What a gem. We loved it and miss being there!

Booked a 2 bedroom villa which was absolutely amazing. Pure luxury. On opening the front door you walk into an open air and undercover central section overlooking a largish private pool. Depth about 1.4m. One bedroom suite is on the left of the central area with king bed and the other bedroom suite is on the right of the central area. Our second bedroom had twin beds. Both bedroom suites are identical, spacious and luxurious. Highly efficient airconditioning. The bedroom area has doors that connect to a bathroom with bath and vanity suite and then a further door that connects to an outside open air toilet, drench shower and then, my favourite, a bamboo pipe shower in a large area over wooden slats which presumably drains directly into the creek. I absolutely love the concepts of the open air showers and toilet (under cover). Beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. The staff at Peppers are the 'salt of the earth'. Nothing is ever too much trouble. All staff make an effort to learn your name and stop to chat. The genuine friendship shown warms the heart!! I cannot speak highly enough about the conscientiousness and dedication of the staff. Apart from the private pools there is a large central pool which we seemed to have all to ourselves. Over the course of a week I think we were the only ones to use it. Very beautiful pool with luxurious vegetation surrounds, deep in parts with little waterfalls on the side. Peppers is centrally located and there is always a courtesy buggy that can take you down the road (about 350 meters) to the main street where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The beach also not far away either. Breakfasts are good and substantial but not too much variety. Coffee excellent!!!

The hotel's location is very convenient if you want to do practically anything in Seminyak. It's a walking distance to the beach and the small shops along the road.
Our check-in process is very quick, and the staffs had everything prepared for us even during heightened Covid restrictions.
We booked the 1-bedroom villa for 1 week, and it's definitely above expectation. Everything is spotless. We wiped all surfaces down with tissues because of Covid, and even the furnitures that are outdoors doesn't leave a dust mark on the tissues.
The breakfast is not served as a buffet because of Covid, but this means the food is warm and fresh from the kitchen. Definitely try the BLT Sandwich, the bacon is extraordinary.
We played a couple rounds of pool in The Laneway (the hotel's bar) at night. We even got some free snacks to go with the drinks we ordered.
Overall, a really pleasant stay. The hotel's staffs made it like we were on a honeymoon even though we weren't. Will definitely come back for other occasions.

when we first arrived it was welcoming the hotel looked amazing online so we booked it not knowing how the structure of the rooms will be as not stated in description it’s not very family friendly with young kids as rooms were all separated to each other with a pool in the middle which was dangerous not knowing throughout the night if my kids have woken up and fell in the water. The mosquitos were terrible I had to call a couple of times to get them the spray out the rooms my daughter was covered in bites. The spa was amazing the food was ok, towards the end of the trip my daughter got really sick and we stayed in doors most of the time that’s when we discovered little worms coming out of everywhere under the bed and from the ceiling fans. I was a turn off!!! we notified the staff but nothing was done. We had to check out early as there was an error with my booking and they were no help with resolving the issue so I paid for 3 extra nights for nothing. Communication was a down fall regardless of what was said or how the issue accord it should be resolve some way. The restaurant staff seemed more happy to be working but not the reception staff. It’s nice for a young group but not for a young family I don’t recommend it. It Wasn’t to the standard I thought it would be especially with how expensive they are.

Hi 195semani Thank you for your feedback. We are very passionate about ensuring all of our guests enjoy their stay hence It is disappointing that we did not meet your expectation. Upon checkin your departure date was reconfirmed with you. When you came to Reception a couple of days later stating you would be checking out early we advised that as per the cancellation policy noted on the booking confirmation and website, a refund would not apply. At no time during your stay did you bring to our attention your concern regarding the setup of your villa or there being an issue with insects in the villa. The Resort has a scheduled preventative program in place with regards to Insects however they are a part of the tropical environment. Pleasing to note that you enjoyed your Spa experience and you enjoyed the restaurant and staff service. We do hope that overall you enjoyed your time in Bali.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa, it was nice and clean and well appointed. Kitchen had a full fridge, microwave and cooktop, purified water with cooler was also included which was great. Air conditioning in the bedroom area worked great, bathroom was spacious and lovely. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. The deck could use a bit of upkeep but nothing major. Nice slippers, robes and towels provided. We got room service a couple times and it was good. The things close by we loved were the Widi laundry (get the buggy to the back entrance of the resort), Basil Kitchen was really good for breakfast (also off the back entrance), from the front entrance close by eateries we tried were Warangal Dedalu (cheap, amazing, fresh, does takeaway), Fat Turtle (small serves, boutique, slower service but still good), Bambu restaurant for a fancy dinner (by Bali prices). There are always taxis waiting once you arrive at the main road by buggy to the front entrance. Just make sure they use the meter or they will try and rip you off. Nearby is the Flea Markets which has good shopping and more good eating, Warung Nia for the best pork ribs, Warung Bernadette for rendang, and we also did the cooking class at Warung Nia.

Peppers Seminyak is a great property for families who want to stay together but aren’t looking for seperate hotel rooms.
The Villa: Our 4 bedroom Villa was spacious and well appointed with a great pool which was the centre of the Villa. The common areas of the kitchen, dining and lounge were also a great size and well air conditioned. The bedrooms are a good size and offer a fan and air conditioning while the bathrooms are different in every room with some offering indoor and outdoor showers etc. A couple of not negatives but things to be aware of especially if you have small children like us (4 & 2). The bedrooms are all seperate with no interconnecting rooms (this villa specifically) and each room opened up to the pool as its main entrance door. With small kids we had to have one parent sleep with each kid so as to not risk them waking in the night and going outside around the pool which was a bit inconvenient and something it be aware of. Also the whole villa while great was a little tired. Nothing massive but just general wear and tear through use and it probably needs a little TLC.
The Hotel Areas (pool, spa, gym, kids club): The hotel main pool for everyone’s use is refreshing and large with a safe area for kids at one end and is really nice. The spa was excellent and gym well appointed. Kids club room is just that, a room where kids can play but must be supervised by an adult close by. Not the traditional kids club where you can leave your kids and go off, so keep in mind if you have kids that you will need to hire a nanny services
Restaurant/food: We had breakfast included which is al a carte and continental. Excellent and fresh. All the food was great and the food fresh and delicious.
Staff: can’t say enough about them. So goods so attentive, great with the kids, all lovely and welcoming. The highlight of the hotel.
Hotel location: Great location near Seminyak square and within calling distance to Seminyak beach and good food. Great buggy service that will drop you off anywhere in a small radius which was really helpful, also a good location for ordering gojec services which are delivered by the hotel staff on your villa which was excellent.
All together great experience and one would recommend if you are staying in the Seminyak area and would like the Villa feel with the hotel amentities!

Peppers located in Petitenget, centrally located to all the fun things in Seminyak.
Stayed at their 3 bedroom presidential villa for 2 nights. It is a huge villa with separated communal area and kitchen perfect for families. They have huge dining table fit for 8 person, which can be use as a WFB spot. They got wifi, standard speed, enough for 1 video conferencing meeting, but not 2 simultaneously.
Rooms are big, with comfortable beds. The villa concept is modern balinese, somewhat romantic style, where bathroom are designed in open concept. They have outdoor and indoor showers as well as bath tub and separated toilet area.

However, pandemic really hit them hard, where maybe, the villa where I stayed is long unoccupied and they haven’t do a deep cleaning protocol in a long time
At first glance, our villa is clean, but then, some problems occurred:
1. Under the dining table there are lots of spider web, along with some nooks and cranny. 2. The toilet flush in br3 didn’t work 3. Bedside table lamp in master suite didn’t work 4. Indoor Rain-shower water pressure in br2 is so low, it took long time to finish showering properly 5. TV in br2 didn’t work out 6. There are lots of mosquito around
We called their reception, and they send somebody to fix the problem, especially the cleanliness ones.
The next day, the GM came and apologized and send lots of people to fix everything and make our stay more enjoyable.
Breakfast is so-so, but there are lots of other option nearby
It is actually a nice stay, as long as they can improve their cleanliness standard and prepare everything before guests arrived.

Absolutely incredible experience. Peppers Seminyak was probably the best accommodation we have ever stayed at. The 3 bedroom Presidential Villas were exceptional with 3 separate bedrooms (each with own bathrooms), a huge separate kitchen/lounge and its own pool. It was like a little oasis of your own. Great for families (we had 15, 13 and 11 year old). We stayed with 19 people in total and each family had their own villa. Kids loved moving between the villas and enjoying the resort. The food at the resort (by the resort pool) was excellent. I'd highly recommend paying for the resort breakfast each day (buffet and a la carte all inclusive). The staff were so nice and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable (a special shout out to Griyani and Kris who made our stay so enjoyable). Peppers location was awesome as you are within walking distance to Motel Mexicola, Mrs Sippy, Potato Head, all the shopping, great restaurants, etc. A truly amazing holiday for our group of families and no one got sick (the resort supplies unlimited filtered water for all guests). A wonderful holiday for our group of families. We had the best time over our 9 days at Peppers. I would highly recommend Peppers Seminyak to anyone wanting to travel to Bali. It was awesome. Peppers Seminyak was amazing from the minute we arrived on our extended family holiday. The resort facilities are very luxurious and the service is outstanding. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful (especially Katut), always happy to help out with every need. We stayed in a 5 bedroom Villa, which was next-level luxurious, with each member of my extended family having separate villas surrounding our amazing pool and central kitchen, dining, living pavillion. The daily breakfasts and meals at the resort’s laneway restaurant were high quality, very competitively priced and great service (yeah Purni). They even pick you all up every time via golf cart from your villa (Thanks Katut, Yoga and co), which our kids loved. Having a great pool and kids play centre with daily activities (supervised also by wonderful staff like Gita) right next to the restaurant also meant that the adults could enjoy long breakfasts etc, without the kids getting bored. A team of cleaning staff came through each morning and completely serviced our whole compound, replacing filtered water and even cleaning the pool each day. Awesome facilities and beautiful staff made our stay such a special experience. Our only disappointment was having to leave this hidden paradise at the end of our trip. We will definitely be heading back to Peppers Seminyak. Thanks guys.

3 couples stayed in a 3 bedroom Royal Pool Villa booked through Luxury Escapes. This is the first time I have booked a LE deal and it didn’t disappoint. Free airport pick up included. Driver was waiting at airport for us at 10.30pm for easy check in. Villa was beautiful and very spacious. Main area was always nice and cool and had a water cooler so we always had drinking water. Each bedroom had a beautiful huge bath and shower. Beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The pool area and day beds were a nice place to hang out with the group. Breakfast included was tasty and plentiful. The ladies serving breakfast are all so lovely and always up for a chat. The entire staff are just so friendly and make you feel very welcome. The LE deal included 2 hours free flow cocktails which was a great time to hang around and have a game of pool. The cocktails were very good quality too. 3 free massages a day also which were thoroughly enjoyed and the spa was a gorgeous room to relax in. Location is awesome in the middle of Seminyak. Staff will buggy you to street where it is a short walk to beach, shopping, restaurants etc. I highly recommend Peppers Seminyak and the Luxury Escapes deal too if you can catch it.

Yes, we are upgrading all villas now with USB outlets in the bed rooms. Around 25% of the villas have been completed and we expect within December all villas will be equipped with USB and USB-C outlets.

Peppers Seminyak is located in the heart of Seminyak area, close to public beaches, restaurants, bars and more. However it is about 400 meters from the main road. Yes, we have a 24-hour buggy service that will take you around the property as well as take you to the main roads. Our villas also have private walls, private pool and own living room in each villa which can make your day more comfortable, private and also quiet when you spend time in the villa.
