Good to be unique. The staff are all friendly. Smile City is a 5-10 minute walk. There is a convenience right next door. There's a kitchen so I can cook. Living water is purified so you can easily drink it. Breakfast will be given to the room on the same day if you pre-select me. I have a private pool so I can play comfortably.The chocolate cookie you gave me on the second day is so delicious that I want to eat it.😊😊

I absolutely loved this slice of paradise. Walking down a long straight path to your own double doors, open the doors and WOW. Your private pool, outside living area and outside kitchen is in front of you. It’s beautiful, it’s comfortable, it’s stunning. Going through a door into your fully air conditioned bedroom with 4 poster bed (that was super comfortable) and a large flat screened tv. Behind the bedroom is the dressing room, this has a massage table in it, double sink, wardrobes, a large bath tub and double sliding doors that open up onto your pool. You also have a separate toilet and a separate rain shower. There is a second shower outside. The air conditioning was really good, as was the wifi. the breakfast was served too your room, the cleaning staff were amazing. Overall I can’t wait to go back.

We stayed in the garden bungalow which was very spacious & had everything we needed beautifully clean & very homley Although there was no garden to sit in! And no communal pool to use! (We did not mind at all not having the pool) It would of been nice to have had a table & chair to have enjoyed a morning coffee outside although the other bungalows had this I was lead to believe by the name thats exactly what I would of got By all means this never stopped our enjoyment I was very comfortable & the staff were amazing! So helpful we wanted for nothing We were situated in the centre of Seminyak everything at hand the walk to the beach was a bit longer than intended but I love walking and the hussle & bussel on the way made it more interesting Yes I most certainly go back to Disini Luxury Spa Villas as we were there for just short of a month we became very attached to our second home & miss it dearly the staff & the people

There are much better places in Seminyak and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere. When we arrived we were advised that our rate would not include breakfast despite our booking confirmation noting free breakfast. Staff were clearly aware of this issue noting it has happened to numerous other guests however they refused to provide breakfast and were in no way apologetic noting that we should contact hotels.com as “it wasn’t their issue”. Their page is also misleading and should note there is NO common pool access for the “garden view” rooms; this view is in fact a view of a wall with a plant in front of it. The room itself was dated with a broken shower head that was waist high and the water was often cold. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel describes itself as luxury but it’s not. It’s just a normal villa with old bathrooms. If your room is not close to hotel lobby, you have to walk too long. There’s buggy service but you have to call lobby everytime and wait it to come. Hotel is close to center. Rooms are spacious. We had problem with locking our door. Reception senr someone and tried to repair it 40 mins long. They couldn’t make it. We insisted to change room and then they changed. If you can’t lock the door or can’t open when you can barely lock, so why do you give that room to your guests?

Disini is a great secret gem! It’s located off a Main Street of Seminyak near Seminyak square, with All the shops you need. Right next door is a mini mart. The villas are large and have everything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful! Only negative thing was the amount of mosquitoes at night. We only had one night where someone came and sprayed the room and lit mosquitoes coils. They were also lovely enough to bring a cake and sing happy birthday for my husband. Air con was all great. Stayed for 8 days at Disini Luxury Villas and yes it is an older Villa but has everything you could need. Kept clean daily by friendly staff including the pool. We were in Villa 26 which has glass bifold to close and keep out insect in the kitchen/lounge area. Main bedroom and bathroom were spacious with double basins and wardrobes.
It is in the heart of shopping and great restaurants. Breakfast in the restaurants/cafes are $10aud with good coffee. We actually cooked in the villa our breakfast so we could stay in the villa in our PJs as after all it’s the holidays.
Used Grab to deliver food when we just wanted to swim all day and it was delivered to our villa.
Back entrance near Villa Spa is great for easy access to Agatha Spa which we visited daily as well as restaurants like Batik, Chandi and The Goat.
Would definitely stay again but ask specific for the same villa as not all had bifold doors.

These are excellent, relaxed, villas just off Seminyak's main street. They look just like the photos, are well equipped, and have some nice touches- ours had a small infinity waterfall which helped with the ambience All the staff we dealt with were exceptionally polite & helpful; especially Rudi who helped address an issue with the booking - Agoda bookings to this establishment are handled via a third party who reset the booking down a level without notifying anyone! (Bungalow rooms also look good, btw) No where on the booking page does Agoda say they will be using a third party to book this, and we didn't know until we arrived this is making us think twice about Agoda! Rudi helped us resolve this while the front office staff plied us with hospitality. Breakfast was excellent. And that pool is deep for cool plunges. We highly recommend this place, but you should consider booking directly

This is the first place we stayed in Bali and we were not expecting much. Eventually it’s a nice surprise because we got free upgrade to villa. We had a private pool, bathtub and kitchen. It’s located in a very chic neighborhood seminyak where you can find a lot of cafes, bars and shops. The villas are far away enough from the main streets that we can hear people partying at night but just very vaguely. The facilities in the hotel are not the most recent but enough for a decent stay.

Dont make the mistake of taking the garden bungalow toilet and shower are so close together . The bath is in your living room . No mini bar . Their is no garden couple hanging pot plants, their is also the problem of you not having any pool to use as they have only small pools for their pool villa .

No if you take the garden bungalow their is no pool and no shared pool for all guests you are much better off booking the villa opposite or the one next door similar price point and much better price .
It really depends on how warm/cold you prefer the water and whether the pool gets full sun. We usually visit Seminyak in June and find the temperature fine for us. But ... if you're moving on to Ubud it is a different story altogether. We don't bother paying the extra for a private pool at that time of year as the water is far too cold for us.
There are more places to choose from in the Kerobokan Kelod area.
