Upon arrival we were a little concerned about the construction site that was upon us. We read about it but we weren’t quite prepared for the building shell and disarray from the outset. We were worried we’d booked a lemon! However as you scurry through you are greeted by the most wonderful attentive staff and taken through to your quiet, lovely and very comfortable villa. Whilst the villas are a little older, the amenities and facilities are lovely. The rooms are tidy, bathroom very clean and the pool and garden maintained immaculately. However, the thing that made our stay wonderful was the incredible staff who moved mountains to ensure our time was comfortable and lovely for our family which includes an 8 month old baby. They delivered bottled water multiple times daily, knew our baby by name and by the end became his favourite people as every single team member doted over him! The staff brought us whatever we requested, helped us with their incredible driver and just repeatedly went out of their way to please us. I can’t thank the iVilla staff more for their world class service and genuine kindness.

Villa was nice, clean, and service was good. The staff were very attentive and willing to serve. The villa arranged for our airport pick up and informed us on arrival of ordering food, and turn down service. I wouldn’t stay here with a family with children as rooms are not connected. We had our teenager and 9 year old in a seperate part which made me feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was nice and food from the menu was also ok. We would have liked more food to be part of the free breakfast as your were limited to a meal each. Found the cost was expensive for what it is as 5,000,0000 plus a night could stretch further in Bali. Overall an enjoyable stay and no major complaints.

I cannot explain in words how the staff at iVilla made my stay nothing short from amazing! I have to list their names Wahyuni,, Sinta, Yanti, Nyoman. From our welcome to the food and service is above excellent. The rooms are always kept clean, food always made fresh in the morning. They make sure to ask if you want your rooms cleaned and what to have made for breakfast each day you are there. Pool kept clean. They made sure mosquito treatment is done everyday. I did not get bitten once over night. The best this about this place is the display at night time. Privacy is respected. Honestly if you want to stay at a place in a prime location and excellent service don’t look no place else. Thanks from Reggie and Nkem

Loved our stay at iVilla! Beautiful, clean, modern style villa with fabulous large sparkly clean pool! I loved the attention to detail from the staff that came in to maintain the villa every day. We are pretty tidy and respectful but the staff were wonderful and lined up all our belongings neatly and were very thorough. The Villa was beautifully maintained and the location is great, close to the beach and restaurants. A little hard to find on the street as the entrance is located down an alleyway but once you walk in you will not be disappointed! The reception staff were lovely and welcoming too! The best part honestly was the cleanliness … some places we have stayed in Bali recently have been uncomfortable due to being dirty but this villa was beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!

Recently visited and spent our wonderful 3 nights with ivilla. Though the villas are quite old, but they are being maintained well. The location of the villa is also good as they are near eateries such as fat turtle and biku, most of within walking distance. The main reception of the villa is undergoing renovation hence the entrance is quite hard to find, nevertheless this does not affect the quality of the experience. Overall, the staff provide top notch hospitality (i.e. asking if we would like to place order for breakfast the next day when i have totally forgotten about it). I would definitely be back to ivilla and totally recommend friends to stay in this villa. See you once again ivilla!

You have to read before you book! Stayed in a villa in Jimbaran for 2 nights and here at iVilla for another 2 nights. Being in the hospitality industry for more than 3 decades, I will not rate this Villa 5 "bubbles" in TripAdvisor. Please allow me to give you the reason why and you can judge for yourselves. 1. Swimming pool water is pretty stale - I am always worried if any of the private pool water is stale as in order to ensure water safety, not only the pool water has to be regularly chlorinated but also going through Filtration tank regularly, otherwise it will cause biofilm and bacteria to thrive. 2. Not generous Breakfast offering - You can choose either Fruit Juice or Cut Fruits as the starter (either one only). Excuse me? Fruit Juice or Cut Fruits aren't the same category. Why do you force your guests to select only one? Wake up please. Then choose only 1 main course which is understandable, and then either Coffee or Tea. The coffee is only available in black, not Cuppucino or Latte or Espresso. 3. Dated design and needs a lot of maintenance - I believed when the villa was first built, it was stunning I do not doubt it. From the material they choose, electronics and electrical, user friendliness of design, you know it is very passe and in urgent need of upgrading or refreshing. There are lots of chips furniture here and there. I just feel that I am staying in a very dated apartment. They have a big wardrobe but only 4 hangers, and the water faucet at the sink is so short that you can't even pur your both hands in. Don't be fooled by the website pictures that look so gorgeous, probably they did not change the images since it opened the door! 4. Icy cold Terrazzo Flooring - most of the newer villas they are very careful in choosing the material eg engineered wooden flooring. With the terrazzo flooring, it is icy cold all the time. Though in-villa slippers are available unless you choose to wear it, and if the sizing are correct unfortunately it is not. 5. Not keep to their promises - I know I will arrive early so I request for a slight early check in at around 12pm, they said they were fully booked but will WhatsApp me the day itself if they can accord me the early check in. No response whatsoever. I then spent hours at Bintang Supermarket Seminyak and nearby eateries before their standard check-in time at 2pm. In hospitality, if you promise, you deliver those promises you have promised! Period. 6. Signage that is obscure no one finds it - there is no proper signage nor communication prior to arrival how to locate the Villa. The small lane leading to the villa is in between constructions, you will miss it for sure if you do not know the landmark besides it. Please refer to the Picture attached (Excuse me, does it looks like a hotel entrance???) Many guests have the same problem before yet nothing is done, they are not fit to be in the hospitality. 7. Limited villas and it is a very small development - As they have limited number of inventory, this simply means they are not flexible of the check-in check-out time. You may not be that lucky that your flight coincides with their check in/out time so nicely. You do not want to be chased out of your Villa and no where to go. Their public area comprises a small reception and a plunge pool similar to your villa. That's it. 8. Non universal PowerPoint throughout the Villa - it is a sunken-in socket. Even if you have the universal plug it may or may not fit. Be aware. Please refer to picture attached. They should just replace with something more convenient to all international guests. 9. Shuttle/Drop Off Service - I am not sure if I am being discriminated, I read the reviews drop off service within Seminyak is available, and it is also reflected in their website. I was told the service is no longer available. Please refer to my Screen Capture. If it is so please update your website, DO NOT mislead your guests. 10. No shower facilities at your private pool area - this simply means no one would rinse off before they get into the pool. YUCKS. (we know for sure even with poolside shower some may not rinse off still), but this just add another level of risks for the pool to be safely used by its guests. Some good points I have to mention: 1. The location is pretty centralised in Seminyak. It is within walking distance to many F&B and night entertainment. 2. The breakfast though it is limited, but the presentation is decent and it tastes good. Kudos to them though I am not happy to choose Cut Fruits and I do not have any fruit juice for my breakfast. How weird that is! If you want to throw in breakfast, throw in lavishly, not half baked! 3. The villa is very lush, it is like living in the tropical, or Bali. This also means there are plenty of mosquitoes inside and outside the villa. Be prepared to be bitten! 4. The villa is very huge in size, more than 200sqm, but for 2 person do you need the excessive space or better in quality? Question mark and think twice! 5. The reception staff is friendly, and each time I brought up a problem they were apologetic. Does it really mean anything? What I need is for them to solve my problems, rectify it or at least remedy it if they cant solve it. Not a single time unfortunately. I need more than just friendliness as I am a paid guest so I need efficiency and getting my bucks worth paying for. In short, there are more than 1000 villas options in the entire Bali (big or small). If you search hard enough, it is not difficult to find a much better one than this. I have been to Bali for more than 30x, all my past experiences surpassed this with a few notches higher, so BE WISE in your selection.

Alright, where to start, this villa is gorgeous. The location is amazing, everything is around you, and many great places, spas, cafes and restaurants and shopping places, you can walk and reach many places simply and in short time. The villa itself, clean, neat and spectacular It’s large, the bedroom is large enough with many mirrors and beautiful design that make you feel home, bed, pillows, and mattress are comfortable. The living room with a dining table and separate washbasin, and a sofa, all makes you feel you’re in the right place. The bathroom is huge with unique design and with AC inside it, you know for the hot weather in Bali, that made it the most amazing bathroom. Now, this villa took care of every single minor details to make your life easier. They provided us with a cell phone, so we can call the hotel, and any number you wanna call, with its charger. This showed us how much they cared about your comfort. The provided a drop off service to anywhere in SEMINYAK, just to call 10 minutes prior. The mini bar was full with your needed drinks and snacks, and enough bottles of water, this i very much care about because many many resorts and hotels provides only 4 at top. And the special thing about the mini bar, that everyday they refill it for free. So I think this shows how much they’re generous and caring. They clean your room twice a day !! Once in the morning and when you come back for a shower or a changing clothes and you leave, the go again to clean and arrange everything. Free floating breakfast. Which is chargeable in most of the resorts and villas. The breakfast menu has a wide variety of food and drinks. Now the staff, helpful, smiling, kind, and welcoming. This was my honeymoon, I went to different areas, hotels, and resorts in Bali and this was the best of all. I highly recommend this villa for its everything.

Villa was of an excellent standard and private and was in an excellent location . The staff tried hard but the service was inconsistent. On arrival we were dropped over the road from the temporary reception on what I can describe as a builders car park full of dust . We arrived late evening due to traffic and no meal or food was available .Reception were aware of our late arrival but the kitchen had closed .we ordered Deliveroo! We had some 6am starts for trips and enquired about a breakfast pack .We were told breakfast was at 6.30 and could not supply a breakfast pack. The next day they said they could supply one . Internet was often slow /not working They very kindly supplied us with a mobile phone to take out with us .When we needed to use it we discovered it was empty of credit . The cleaning was not up to standard especially in the kitchen and bathroom. We met the manager and mentioned these small things and she offered us a complimentary late check out and to improve things .She did not follow up with us thereafter . Venue contacted us some weeks before arrival to inform us of on going construction work on the building of a new reception and there would be little disruption. Was too late to change by time we received the notification.Construction started just before 8am most mornings and was ,at times ,noisy . Once the new reception is finished I am pretty sure it will be a good place to visit .
