After arriving on a almost 27 hour journey from Toronto we were exhausted. We had booked this Villa as it was in the centre of Seminyak and we were not disappointed. It is very clean and modern we had the 3 room Villa on the Rooftop with our own private pool, Butler Service and lounging area it was absolutely spectacular.
The booking came with Butler Service that attended to our breakfast needs in the morning and anything we needed throughout the day. We had fresh fruits, cereals and choices of breakfast dishes both traditional as well as North American type cuisine.
We spent a good portion of the morning swimming in the pool chatting or having a drink at poolside and after a long day, a dip at midnight was amazing.
Our Butler Service was excellent they introduced us to the most valuable guide in Bali Ketut who I would highly recommend he speaks English fluently is knowledgeable about some of the tours and we use them throughout our stay he can be reached at tourbalinese@gmail.com I quite liked his service and would highly recommend him. Well done for the staff and ownership of 111 this most definitely is a place I would go back.

우선, 스미냑 시내 및 공항 픽드랍 서비스 너무 잘 이용했고 사실 이거 때문에 스미냑에서는 거의 고젝 사용을 안 했던거 같아요 승차감도 너무 좋아서 공항갈 때 진짜 너무 편했어요 그리고 직원 분들도 매우 친절하시고 일단 수영장 길어서 너무 좋아요! 단지 조금 아쉬운 것이 있다면 수영장에 햇빛을 피할 그늘이 없다는 점과 조식 메뉴가 한정적이라는 점? 그것을 제외하고는 진짜 너무 좋았습니다. 가끔 등장하는 귀여운 도마뱀들까지 저는 의외로 모기엔 많이 물리지 않았고 제공해주신 어메니티 샤워 젤로 씻었더니 몸에서 광 나더라구요 해바라기 샤워기라 필터를 교체할 수 없다는 것이 아주 약간 아쉽지만 또 가고 싶어요 발리에 가게 된다면 그때 또 묵고 싶을 정도이고 아 참! 혹 투어가 있어 아침에 일찍 나가야 된다면 말씀하시면 미리 조식 도시락도 싸주십니다 진짜 최고!!!
First of all, I used the pick-and-drop service from downtown Seminyak and the airport very well, and in fact, I think I hardly ever used Go-Jek in Seminyak because of this. The only regret is that there is no shade at the swimming pool and the breakfast menu is limited. Other than that it was really good. Even the cute lizards that appear from time to time, surprisingly, I didn't get bitten by mosquitoes, and after washing with the provided amenity shower gel, my body glowed. It's about and ah true! If you have a tour and need to go out early in the morning, tell us and they will pack a breakfast for you in advance. It's really the best!!!

Great place to go to and unwind, recharge and renew. Love the serenity of the place, we enjoyed the space and Al thought the resort was “full house” you don’t feel that, you see squirrels, birds around. Not much mosquitoes at all unlike other resort we stayed before.
Udin our butler was not only kind and excellent, but even went out of his way to let us try local delicacies when we told him about it.
They rotate breakfast options. Cooked right at your villa. Served hot.
He also arranged and advised the timing of our breakfasts on our last day to ensure we get to the airport on time and unrushed.
They do make you feel at home and safe. I don’t know if it’s the TWG chamomile or the peppermint that did it, but everything was well thought of. Even the fridge we can use to put fruits and the water generously provided with dispenser!
Loved how Sinta booked restaurants, arranged our transport around Seminyak for shopping, quick money change, and to even other Spas , although we did try their’s too and it was lovely.
Love their bath and body soaps, shower gels too. Nice natural combinations.
We left well rested, & happy !

The villa has so much potential but is getting a little run down had a few issues with water leaking from air conditioner which they tried to rectify 3 times which took away time from us enjoying the time in the villa, The people were great provided as much help as possible, nice location and services especially the in room villa which this villa had its own separate massage room to get private in room villa massages. The pool is a great size although is a little to deep for short people as its 1.4m deep all across the pool, i think i needs a ledge or steps rather than ladder so you can side in the pool to relax rather than trying to stay afloat all the time whilst in the pool. Villa are pretty clean, nice bathroom facilities and comfortable bed with large TV. Pretty good privacy but the adjoining villas can be heard as they are joint together which didnt bother me but can be an issue to others. overall nice villa a bit expensive for what you get.

They say there is no separate gym, and the only facility they have is a sushi restaurant (if you use Grab and type in the address of One Eleven, a sushi restaurant will appear, just select that as your destination). You can also reserve a massage service in your room, and it is said to be 360 degrees for 60 minutes. Even if you make a reservation at one of the massage shops outside that you think is clean, it costs around 330 won for 60 minutes, so if you don't want to leave the resort too much, it might be a good idea to request a room massage.

One eleven is one of the best places I stayed ever. The staff were so good they changed my room amazingly every day cooked us a great breakfast everyday and made sure my stay was as smooth and comfy as possible i recommend this place. It’s close to everywhere in seminyak and easy to get to ubud from.

My stay at one eleven was not as good as I expected. In fact, it was MUCH BETTER than my expectations. So no, the title is not an exaggeration. I’ve stayed in lots of villas in Bali, but nothing came close to this one. Everybody was just so friendly, accommodating, and always smiling, it feels amazing to be welcomed with such friendly faces. The service at one eleven is impeccable, everyone really went above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I could call the receptionist at 4am this morning because of a terrible headache and they provided me with painkillers. The villa itself is just beautiful. It’s spacious, much bigger than most villas. What I liked the most was how the villas actually have some green area and not just a swimming pool and walls like typical Balinese villas. The villa was also spotless. The speaker in the living room was broken on my first night, but they fixed it straight away the morning after. My heart broke when I had to end my stay, it was just very dreamy. A massive thank you for all of you lovely people who work at one eleven. Hope I will get to see yous soon!

We stayed for 7 nights from the 18th-15th June. We were allocated villa 8, which was the 2nd from the end as they are all in a row from reception. This place is absolute perfection, you could easily not leave the whole time you are there. The villa was huge, the pictures are exactly what you get and are not misleading. The pool had a good temperature, so you could use it day or night. The floating bean bag was heaven. The staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble, just a WhatsApp away and all your desires are met. You can walk into Seminyak from the villa, and next door there are 2 supermarkets. Breakfast is made in your villa at the time you request (although you may need to work around the other villas times, depending on who books a slot first). You choose your options the day before, they had a gluten/dairy free menu but it didn’t change, so it would be nice to see that expand. Some other suggestions (very minor) would be an umbrella for the pool as we moved the sunbeds to the grass for shade, a clock on the wall in the kitchen so you can see the time whilst floating on your bean bag! A different doorbell for each villa, as sometimes you would get up thinking it was your door but it was next door. We got the floating snacks twice, which were really good, we would suggest a smaller floating snack menu as this would have encouraged us to have it on a daily basis as it is quite large. There are not many places we have stayed that we would consider going back to, but this is one, if only they had others around the world to visit.

The pillow is really good. I should have asked where it was. ㅠㅠ Amenities include sunscreen, aloe cream, and mosquito repellent! Shower filters cannot be replaced I brushed my teeth with bottled water I bought at the convenience store right next door, so I didn't have to worry about Bali Valley! The swimming pool is clean and maintained, you don't have to go far, you can get a massage at the accommodation, eat breakfast prepared yourself, and pick up from the airport for free. It's the best accommodation for convenience❤️❤️

We are located just a 5 minutes walk from Jalan Laksmana, which is the main street of Seminyak. Here you will find restaurants, cafes and bars.
Seminyak is also well known for the best restaurants in Bali. We are able to arrange your reservations and a driver to drop you off if require. These can be arrange prior to your arrival.
