Hi.. I stayed here for staycation with my friend. This is a brand new hotel with a affordable price and with very outstanding cleanliness. They have many very instagramable spots and the food at the restaurant is very delicious. Oh and this hotel is very kids friendly, I informed that I brought a baby and they gave me a complete baby amenities! They have a very homey vibes and their staff is very friendly and helpfull. Anyway, don't worry about staying here because the rooms are disinfected before we check in and they provide us a masks, hand sanitizers, and room disinfectants in the rooms. Their staff always wear masks and hand gloves. The location of this hotel is in the center of Seminyak, so it's very easy to find a many fun places in the Seminyak just by walking around. We will definetely come back again.. Thank you Kayumas for memorable moments :)

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff at a reasonable price. It felt intimate and uncrowded in the shared spaces even whilst the resort was fully booked. Spacious rooms with private terrace and plunge pool, great landscaping and a main pool with a swim up bar. Breakfast and room service were excellent, with a decent variety of Indonesian and western options on the menu. Reception happily assisted with any request we put to them (advice on nearby restaurants, transport bookings, tours etc) and all the staff greet you with a smile wherever you encounter them. I was on holiday but it would also be suitable for a business traveller, with multiple locations you could work on your laptop other than your room. It is in a good location in Seminyak on a quiet street and only a 2 minute walk from a main road full of restaurants, markets, stores, tour guides and other attractions, and approx 10 minute walk to Petitenget Beach. I was travelling with a large group and had the opportunity to visit hotels others were staying in, and Kayumas was the best in its price range by far. I was at Kayumas for 5 nights and would've extended my stay but unfortunately they were fully booked. I have recommended Kayumas to family and friends and hope to stay there next time I travel to Bali.

The resort is in the perfect location for being able to walk everywhere, Potato head is a 10 min walk, Seminyak square is 10 min walk, so many restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the two bed apartment. The accommodation itself was clean and tidy but had quite a few defects, like a few of the stairs weren’t fixed in properly and you could literally lift up the step. Handles to sliding doors weren’t fixed in properly and were just a piece of plastic jammed into a hole in the door. The plug in the bath wasn’t functional, not that we wanted to use it but if we did we wouldn’t have been able to. Like I said, it was clean and housekeeping each day was lovely but from a construction point of view it was very average. Private pool was lovely from 11 until about 2 or 3 when the sun hit it, heated and clean. The loungers were a bit dirty but nothing shocking. Breakfast was free however we only ate at the hotel for two mornings out of our six, as the food was very basic. Again, fine if you’re not expecting much from a free breakfast but nothing to hang around for. Apart from the eggs which are made at a separate egg station where you can watch them cook, all other food was cold, including sausages, bacon etc. the Nasi goreng was probably the best item on the breakfast menu. Cocktails nice but quite average. It was a great location for us and we adored the two cats that reside by the front gates and meet you for the walk down the driveway if you call them. The staff here were absolutely 5 star, all extremely friendly at all times offering to help in any way always smiling. I guess in summary we got what we paid for - very basic accommodation though clean and friendly. I would come back and stay here if my budget didn’t allow me to stay somewhere else perhaps more reputable? Not sure if that’s the right word. Kudos to all the staff and Balinese people for doing their best in a post pandemic tourist scene where the recovery has barely begun just yet. We had a lot of sympathy for the way their businesses and livelihoods were destroyed over the past two years.

When my partner and I (20 & 25), were booking our holiday, we were considering hotel options, $200 more expensive per night. We were unsure on what to expect when booking here.
I do not have a single complaint from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Staff were polite, helpful, informative, and willing to answer any questions we had.
We stayed in room 54 from May 18th to the 22nd, and the room quality was impeccable. Tall high ceilings, second upstairs relaxation area, modern bathroom with great water pressure and hot showers. The bed was comfy, and we had no issues with electronics or the free WiFi. The private pool was a lovely temperature and provided a great option for a dip to cool down.
I would recommend getting breakfast included. The menu provided each day was delicious, especially the traditional dishes, alongside a nice buffet and individual egg and waffle stations.
The main pool was lovely, and the staff at the swim up bar made drinks well and quickly. The service was great.
For a hotel that suits couples and families, it was not overrun with children, and there was no excessive noise throughout the day or night.
We opted to hire an electric scooter for 75,000 IDR ($7.50 AUD), which was more than enough to explore seminyak and its surrounds.
The location of the hotel is also great, a 5 minute scoot to the beach and popular beach clubs or a 10 minute walk, seminyak's main shopping street being a 15 minute walk.
I definitely recommend staying here and experiencing what the hotel has to offer.

We have stayed several times in Seminyak but first time at Kayumas Seminyak and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We had a one bedroom room with our own plunge pool, completely private and very quiet so had very restful nights. Enjoyed breakfast every morning and great coffee. Great location walking distance to other restaurants and the staff were always extremely polite and very helpful. Loved our stay Thank You to ALL at Kayumas ❤️

Everyone was lovely. Great food, great service, close to everything. The staff would say hello every time they saw us and our rooms were always cleaned while we were out. Highly recommend staying here in groups, with family, alone or with your partner!

We wished for location closer to penting beach and activity and found affordable two bedroom private pool room which led us to Kayumas, it’s a modern style resort with nice rooms and pool was convenient to use. The staff was always helpful and made sure to keep room cleaned at all times. Breakfast was inclusive and apart from cut fruits, egg station and greens they had set options to meet taste buds. The food was impressive (that’s what observed at Ubud as well). My 12 year old son also took a cooking class with daughter (16yrs) the head chef was kind enough to spare 2 hrs teaching kids on Balinese ingredients and cooking process, it was on a well laid out cooking station next to main pool and followed with lunch for 4 of us while they issued certificates and clicked pictures to create lasting memories.

There is a pantry in the room too (my wife loved this)
Breakfast meal options were limited but they were all very delicious. Or you could just enjoy the pastries.
The dining area is also beautiful and bright and airy. It's by the pool. This is great for stays during the pandemic as you don't want to be inside a cramped space.
Cons:
We had to pay extra for our child (over 12 years old). It's compulsory. They said it's for the "amenities" like an extra towel. During this holiday, we also stayed at a french-chain hotel and they didn't charge extra for our child and we could have all the towels we wanted.
We chose to stay here for the Jacuzzi-style plunge pool but the water jets were too weak. Our room at that french-chain hotel also had a private pool and the water jets were very strong and nice.
We'd love to stay at this hotel again but please, fix the Jacuzzi pump.

What I thought was the best thing about the resort is the staff! The most genuinely friendly and accommodating people I’ve ever met. They work hard at maintaining the cleanliness of the resort and there is always someone available to help you with anything you need. And than the Wifi speed is good enough for my Business purpose.
