From the first day to the last, our experience was absolutely fabulous. The staff are very accommodating, helpful and attentive. We were always greeted with a warm reception. The villa was incredibly beautiful, I felt like a Queen. Breakfast was served daily, on time, with a generous amount for two people. The floating breakfast is amazing, such a treat. We hired scooters from the hotel and airport transfers, which was very simple to organise. Returning to the Villa from day trips to unwind and swim in our private pool, with a fridge stocked with beer, our room replenished and refreshed daily was wonderful. I would definitely return, and would encourage everyone to stay at Ayona Villa Seminyak

Staying at Ayona Villa Seminyak was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The villa itself is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with traditional Balinese elements, creating a truly romantic atmosphere.
We absolutely loved having our own private pool, which was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Every morning, we woke up to stunning views that made us feel so fortunate to be in such a beautiful place. The spacious and comfortable bedroom added to the intimate vibe of our honeymoon.
The villa’s location is also very convenient, close to various restaurants and entertainment options, yet still offering the privacy we desired. We also indulged in the amazing spa services, which were a perfect way to pamper ourselves!
Overall, Ayona Villa Seminyak is a perfect choice for couples seeking a romantic getaway. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to our friends!

Ayona Villa holds true to its Balinese hospitality with a modern touch.
We were greeted warmly in Balinese style upon check in. The staff are professional and sincere in what they do. We arrived too early for check in and the staff offered to store our baggage and deliver them directly to our rooms once ready.
When the room was ready, the staff gave us an extensive room tour on all the features available. Everything you expect to have in a kitchen, bedroom and toilet are readily available. Swimming pool is larger than expected. The cleanliness is exceptional.
Breakfast is included in our package. The selection may be limited but that is good enough. Both Indonesian and western selections are pleasant to taste. You may top up a little fee for the floating breakfast, which is perfect for Instagram moment.
Honourable mention to both staff Dewi and Dayu for their exceptional hospitality. Thank you for taking care of us for 4D3N! Both of you made our Virgin trip to Bali one that we will never forget.

We have been to Seminyak many times and this was the worst experience so far. The villa we had No 806 is not the same as advertised. Not two separate sections i.e. sleeping the other kitchenette one on each side of the pool. Not 806. The deal was a bucket of Bintang each day, now that was an effort in itself. 4 x small bottles. Unfortunately if you had your own in the fridge then no more would be left. They even asked to look at the fridge and said Yes there are 4 in there, This happened every day.
When we arrived a guest was having problems with the staff over a bubble bath which he said he never used, this was how it was with everything.
Sorry, sorry, sorry but nothing changed at all. The Safe was locked and no matter how many times we asked for it to be opened it never happened.
The deal had 3 x meals provided but we were given the menu not for the free meals but rather for the expensive ones, no mention that these we not the included ones.
Upon leaving they did it again and added a coffee pod to our bill.
Shonky business ethics at the least. I could go on but truly why.
Find anywhere else.

We had an awful experience at Ayona Villa. We arrived to a tiny reception office located down a long road with many stray dogs and no lights. There were dirty floors in the reception and the staff weren’t very welcoming. They asked us what we wanted for breakfast with out giving us a menu. We asked to see the options and they had to take it out a frame for us to look at. We arrived at 3pm just on time for check in and were told our room wasn’t ready. After waiting for 30 minutes in the reception we finally were shown to our room. Once arrived we saw there was an extra bed set up (that we didn’t ask for) taking up most of the spare space in the bedroom. We looked around and instantly regretted booking the villa. The floors were grubby, there was lots of dust in the bedroom, bugs in the bedroom, stains on the sheets and the bathroom smelt like sewage. The pool fountain was very loud. We were soon interrupted by the staff who came back to remove the extra bed. As they removed it we saw a large amount of mould on the mattress. That evening we had a terrible nights sleep as we felt so uncomfortable with the uncleanliness. The room was very bright from the lights outside which there was no switch for us to turn them off. We called the reception and they couldn’t understand what we were asking. We had to call them two more times for the lights to finally be turned off. The next day we told them we would like to leave and they refused to give us any money back. We were only asking for half as we had booked four nights and only stayed one. It took up so much of our time trying to leave as we were on the phone to the manager trying to ask for a refund. The manager gave us false hope as he told us to contact trip.com who we booked the villa through saying that they could refund it before they gave their money to the villas. It was a lie as trip.com couldn’t do that and said it was up to the villa to refund the money.
My partner and I were very confused as to why the villas said they were 5 stars online. This was the reason we had booked them and paid the price that we did. Upon further inspection of the reviews we suspect that most of the 5 star one word reviews were fake - so be careful when looking at their reviews.
Ayona Villa is not 5 star by any stretch of the imagination and not worth the amount you pay. Unfortunately we never got any of our money back.

Don’t stay here. The pictures and most of the reviews are outdated. Since post covid the place has NOT been looked after properly.
We stayed for three nights and had a horrible time. The air conditioning in the room did not work for three days and they kept getting an engineer out everyday in our room to look at it. They didn’t manage to fix it at all. Clearly evident the air cons needs to be refills with refrigerant but they refused to believe that.
The floating breakfast requested was cold by the time we got it and the blow up water floaty had puncture in it which caused it to deflate straight away. We asked for refund for the floaty which was impossible to get. They offered a different flower service in the pool.
The showers stunk of sewage due to the drains not being cleaned for a long time, guessing the period during covid.
The staff are extremely nice and try everything to resolve the problem. However they are restricted by the owners or management who seem to be very greedy.
Find a different Villa so you’re not too shocked when you see a difference to what you get and what you are sold.

My stay at Ayona Villa was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The villa itself is a dream—beautifully designed with a private pool, cozy interiors, and a luxurious open-air bathroom. The location is excellent too, just a short drive to the main attractions in Seminyak, yet still tucked away for a peaceful and private experience. We loved the floating breakfast, which was a unique and memorable touch!

The service at Villa Santai is amazing! The staff was always available and ready to help with our needs, from providing recommendations on places to eat to helping organize activities during our stay. The room we had was spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning garden views. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well every night.

Beautiful villa, all the staff are lovely and looked after our every need including a floating breakfast in our private pool. The villa is very modern with netflix and alexa can control the lights and other electronics. Located in a nice quiet but safe alleyway you are in a very central location with only short trips to all the day clubs and good restaurants and cafes. Will 100% be staying again 😀
