Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Secluded, quiet camp ground that wasn’t busy even during school holidays. Kitchen and toilets are well maintained by the Rangers. Easy access to Hamlin Bay & Margs. Will come again.
The historic mill site is interesting

So close to Margaret River yet you feel like you are miles away.
Book and pay online. $11 pp/pn. All types of camping. Tents, Van's. Great open spaces.
Well established, clean, great BBQ area. Lovely bush walks. Wonderful get away.
Nature at it's best.

Fantastic DPAW campsite set in bush land off Caves Road. Great facilities - camp kitchen, fire pits & toilets (no showers), good size sites and convenient to Margaret River. Only drawback is no drinking water available on site. Recycling & toilet pump out available at the entrance track.

In the middle of the Margaret River region this campsite is a perfect base to explore the region.
It has good campkitchens en toilets. When there is no fire ban you can make your own fire at your site.

We loved the Jarrahdene campground, it is in a beautiful untouched forest. The site we had was big and private and the facilities are clean. It’s not ideal for children though, nothing for them to do.

Clean, Well maintained, Cheap,Fireplaces and Firewood supplied. Large well spread sites, Close to beaches. Found that the management and maintenance top class, seemed that altho full there was a air of solitude. Also just 20 minutes from Margaret River.

Really lovely campground set out over a large area so no one is really in each other's space. Toilets were clean and didn't smell much which is great for drop toilets. Camp kitchens were good with clean bbq's. Fire pits on each site were good and firewood is available at the entrance but bring your own carry bag. The sounds of nature and the birdlife were lovely. This really is a tranquil retreat.

Please note that generators and animals are not permitted at this campground. The campsites are very shaded due to the large tree canopies so solar recharging can be limited.
