Each of the suites have a large private ensuite, reverse cycle air-conditioning and your choice of a king or queen sized bed. In each of the suites you can snuggle up in front of the old world Victorian fire places or unwind in the double spas. All three suites have a small kitchenette with your own tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, refrigerator, microwave, gourmet chocolates and plenty of other goodies to make your stay with us more enjoyable. Bath robes, candles and bath amenities are available for use during your stay.In the morning wake up to your gourmet breakfast prepared in our kitchen by our award winning chef. This is usually served in our boutique restaurant or you may wish to remain in your room for a lighter continental breakfast. Choose from a variety of juices, fruit and yoghurt, followed by a large variety of cereals. Select from our menu for your specially cooked breakfast followed by freshly ground coffee or freshly brewed tea.

All I can say is "Oh my Gosh" this place is fantastic. <3 The house was built in 1800's, and been moved twice. It is full of interesting artifacts & antiques. It is right on the river & there is a boardwalk inside the property that is such a wonderful place to view it all. Each room has it's own balcony so you can sit out to drink, eat or just relax. There is a 4 poster king bed in each room and a very comfortable bed and lots of pillows.
Now let's talk about the food! Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in a BnB! Brought to your room on a silver trolley at the time of your choosing. All cooked food was under cloches and hot! There was a quite a few choices in all areas of the menu, so most people will find what they want. If not I am sure if you asked Phil & Merryl would try to oblige your needs. Tea & Coffee was served in silver pots. I needed soy milk and this was no issue at all. There is a sweets bar in the main lounge room that is free and is often topped up.
Amenities- There is an upstairs area which has a foosball and pool table to use. It also has a mini cinema with reclining chairs and a very large DVD collection as well as netflix. Each room has a spa bath and a full shower. Other rooms had claw baths. All amenities are provided for the bathroom including bath salts to relax. There is netflix on your smart t.v in the room. Coffee machine as well as many well stocked teas & snacks where in our room.
Hosts. Merryl greeted us upon arrival and you could see how much she loved the house & her job. The smile never left her face. She is a perfect hostess and a pleasure to deal with. Phil we did not meet, but he was so helpful. Everything from changing the dates (my error) Making plans for my husband's birthday surprise, choosing our restaurant due to most being closed on Monday & Tuesdays. Giving us a fantastic room. Would I go back... Absolutely.

Beautiful,large rooms (5 suites) tastefully furnished .All conveniences including coffee pod machine,fridge,TV,DVD player and an effective lifelike electric fire.Four of the rooms have a wide verandah and overlook Petrie Creek,more a river than a creek at about 75 metres width.Four poster bed ,quality sheets,towels and bathrobes.Very quiet rooms which seem impermeable to outdoor noise although at peak hours there is some traffic roar outside on the verandah( several major roads,including motorways,are close by although one would not know it,other than by the afore mentioned traffic roar which is nothing much really). There is a public lounge,dining room,reading room ,dining room and games room,all attractive. The hosts are kind and obliging and a real pleasure to know.The breakfasts are superb and delivered to the room.Dinner is served in a dining room which was graced by a real fire in it’s fireplace when we dined. The premises are designed well and everything within is of quality.It is scrupulously well maintained and clean.Bli Bli house in my opinion sets the highest standard and one which all Queensland hospitaliers would do well to emulate. Well worth it’s 5 stars!

We stayed at Bli Bli House which was an immaculate tastefully decorated eye feasting facility so close to many important places in Sunshine coast, yet we felt highly secluded inside the house situated on a beautiful and serine river bank,
Merryl’s hospitality is was very touching, we felt that we know her for a long time, she was kind , generous and very welcoming to us. Phil is obviously a great guy and multitalented and Merryl said most of the fabulous interior decoration was his personal taste and input. Unfortunately due to our short stay we couldn’t talk to him much but he made us a very tasty breakfast along with pots of coffee and tea, promptly delivered to our rooms. We also took a friend aling with us who came from Sydney , he was so impressed with the whole experience. We are planning return back to the place as soon as we get our next chance and strongly recommend this place for any one who loves a victorian style grandeur. ❤️

Wow! Wo only needed an overnight stay and Bli Bli house looked good online . WOW! What a surprise, this was the best part of our holiday. The Victorian house is set on picturesque grounds backing onto the riverbank, so relaxing. Elegantly furnished guest lounge with complimentary cakes and sweets and a chess set (we had a couple of games) Upstairs was the games room with old world charm and even a mini grand piano at the entrance of the house. The suite was beautifully furnished with a large four poster bed with the softest sheets, a kitchenette and even a fireplace The host’s Phil and Merryl were very welcoming and the house was luxurious and extremely clean. The special little treats and delicious cooked breakfast was brought to us on a silver trolley which made us feel like VIP’s. We have stayed in many B&B’s and hotels around the world and this would have to have been the most beautiful. We absolutely love Bli Bli house and will be back, to be spoilt once again.

We travelled to the Sunshine Coast for just a few days and stayed at Bli Bli house. What a delightful experience! Rooms are tastefully furnished in Victorian style, lovely antiques, breakfast on a trolley, silver service, spacious rooms, beautifully clean and lovely little touches of hospitality such as a stocked sweets trolley with cakes, biscuits and lollies. Breakfast was delicious, and very ample, with cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, and a choice of cooked. We were treated so very well.

There are not enough superlatives in the English language to fully describe the ambiance, the exquisite styling and welcoming by the owner of Bli Bli House. It absolutely deserves all the awards it has won. If you appreciate the Victorian Style of decor coupled with modern day amenities and the lavish treats given to guests of Bli Bli House, then look no further for your next escape to somewhere wonderful. We stayed 6 nights, travelled 15000km to immerse ourselves in sheer comfort. The outlook to the creek, and the decor made for a most pleasant stay. My dietary issues were not a problem for the daily breakfasts. We toured the surrounding area went to the MAZE, the CASTLE, the Bird Aviary and Botanic Garden. Also took a leisurely cruise on a ferry for a lunch at Noosa. Maroochydore beach is a short drive and Aussie World with the Bent Banana Pub were also close by. Merril is a warm and friendly owner/host of Bli Bli House, gave us lots of information regarding places of interest. If you're cashed up and have an occasion to the Loose Goose won't disappoint for a 5 star dining experience. There are also lots of options close by for every day type dining. We definitely plan a return visit.

Right from our first contact we were treated like best friends. The welcome was amazing and the check in process very efficient and friendly. We were made to feel at ease right from the start. The room was amazing with everything we needed and the veranda with views over the river was exceptional. The buffet breakfast just has to be experienced to be believed it was superb and the exceptional level continued when Monday morning's breakfast was delivered to our room. Every experience over our weekend stay was perfect and well beyond expectations.

Absolutely old world luxury. From the moment you check in, you are spoilt at every turn. Room and view was breathtaking. Location was perfect, very quiet and peaceful, the river views magical Luxury bathroom and spa, every need met right down to complimentary sweets and chocolates. Breakfast far exceeded our expectations. The host Meryl was an absolute pleasure meeting. Most highly recommend.

We were looking for somewhere a bit different, not just another hotel room, and in a quiet location yet not far from restaurants etc. We found all this and far more at Bli Bli House.
From the moment we were greeted by Merryl we felt very welcome, as if we were old friends coming to visit.
Bli Bli House is decorated beautifully with a wonderful attention to detail. The old world charm and little personal touches, such as the little 'treats' near the reception room, are delightful and add to the ambience.
The room was extremely comfortable, wifi excellent, and a Nespresso machine in the kitchenette made our morning coffee ritual seem just like home.
We chose to have dinner in their dining room on Saturday night. It was delicious, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. On Sunday we went into the centre of Maroochydore for a special lunch. It was about a 10-minute drive with a quick Uber pickup and fare around $15.
Overall we loved staying at Bli Bli house and would happily return.
I have only two comments about possible improvements. The bedside lamps are very dull. I was reading a 'real' book (not a kindle) and found it almost impossible to read in bed. My husband was reading from a kindle so he didn't have the same issue. Also I really wanted a room with a spa bath. The spa bath is there and is beautifully deep...but there is nothing to hold on to when you climb in or out, and the floor of the bath was slippery. I finally decided that the danger of slipping was greater than my desire for a spa...but I was very disappointed as I'd looked forward to that relaxing treat.

This was our 5th stay at Bli Bli House and the luxury never fails to impress. From the amazing comfort of the rooms (4 poster bed...the most comfortable bed we've slept in) to the silver service breakfast delivered to your room, it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Merryl and Phil are the perfect hosts, always so friendly and making sure our stay is so memorable. The little extras, such as complimentary chocolates and other nibbles in the room are a nice touch, as are the complimentary cakes and lollies adjacent to the reception area. There is a very comfortable cinema room upstairs should you wish to relax and watch a movie on a big screen. Highly recommend Bli Bli House for that great relaxing getaway.
