We stayed two nights at the Halong Plaza Hotel and we loved staff at this beautiful hotel, they made our stay. Everything were excellent. Room was clean, quiet and our room was upgraded to higher floor with bay and bridge views. We thank you for your service and breakfast was highlighted. Highly recommend this hotel to all. This was a truly beautiful hotel, it’s very grand and upmarket and allegedly the best hotel is the bay. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and aren’t shy to direct you where you need to go and give recommendations. The room service is good and prompt too if you’re after a quick bite. We had a great view of the bay and bridge from our room.

The room is very spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. They help us to make a plan for our trip: what and where to eat, where to go and even how to bargain at the wet market . The location of the hotel is quite convenient for us. It's near the Bai Chay bridge to go to Hon Gai (where locals live, biggest wet markets in town..) and not too far from Sunworld amuse park. If you want a 2 -day trip full of fun ride with thrill games and water park, I really recommend you all to have a trip there. The food in Halong is tasty (especially seafood, it's must-try) Overall, nice staff, nice location, nice room, nice location.
