This is my 3rd visit to the comfort and convenience that is Le Ruitor and the little slice of heaven that is the village of Sainte Foy. From the first trip two years ago, I couldn't wait to have the opportunity to return to both. Upon arrival, as before, my friends and I were greeted at the reception desk by...

Residence is OK, nothing more. Fair few thefts whilst we were there, on multiple days. We did inform the receptionist/manager who stated they would get the facilities man to look at the CCTV when he was in the next day. Never heard anything back about that. They took my details and stated to us and another lady (who had skis...

We have just stayed at Le Ruitor for a week as it came highly recommended by friends who’ve stayed there before. Since then the management company has changed and we believe it no longer constitutes value for money. We called reception several times from the motorway to inform them we would be very late on account of half-term traffic delays....

Upon arrival we were issued with a list of do's and don't having to sign disclaimers, we also had to check the rooms itinerary we found items missing and had to report them, 3 of the mugs had chips out of the rims, and when we took them to reception we had to ask for them to be changed rather...

We went with friends skiing for the first time and had an amazing time. Hotel was perfect for the family (5 year old first timer), parking was reserved and whilst not ski out (sort of ski in) a shuttle ran or at worst it was a 10 minute walk tops. Rooms and kitchens had everything you would need and rooms...

Very nice apartments, we stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was one of the only places where you can book for less than a week (we stayed 3 nights) so was perfect for us. Great amenities such as pool, sauna etc (would be great if there was a hot tub!) Also could improve wifi connection as sometimes it doesn't...

We stayed 1 week for ski vacation with family. This was 5th time in Ste-Foy, but 1st time in Ruitor. It is 5 min walk away from slopes, but with small bus taking you there in the morning, coming back is possible on skis. Few words on ski station - it's small station, family friendly, but even good skiers can...

Sainte Foy is a perfect location for families and people looking for quiet and peaceful stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
