We had a twin room with 2 Queen beds. Beds were comfortable & the room was quiet.
The bathroom was a disappointment. I walked in & my sock got wet due to water leaking out of the shower base ( we hadn't used it at this stage). Floor was filthy, mould in shower grout, hair in the corners, broken light over vanity, no towel rails or toilet roll holder (all had broken off) & to top it off there was someone else's used facewasher screwed up on top of the shower screen!

I'm writing this for my mum (she's in her seventies, not internet savvy) and she wants people to know she was very happy with her stay. The people who run Old Maitland Inn are really lovely people. They picked her up from the train station and dropped her off again next day. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and she really liked the room service dinner. And it was quiet and she'd stay there again!

We stayed here last week for 4 days. It had everything that we needed. Attended a function at the Club Maitland so motel was only a few minutes walk away. Staff were friendly, bed was super comfy but most important was that the rooms were CLEAN.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Old Maitland Inn. The worst part was the manager, who was arrogant and rude for no apparent reason.
From the moment we arrived, he seemed uninterested in providing even basic customer service. We were treated like an inconvenience, and any attempts to engage in conversation were met with short, dismissive responses.
It left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. The accommodation itself was subpar, with dated rooms that didn’t live up to the price.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially given the terrible attitude of the manager.
There are plenty of other places in the area that offer much better service and value for money.

Terribly maintained and run down. Car park in urgent need of repair to the point it was dangerous. No restaurant despite the signage. Have no idea where the bar was supposed to be. Aircon didn’t work. Mould in bathroom. Bathroom light turned the fan on - which made an horrendous noise. Should I continue? The bed was comfortable though

Stayed here for two nights while attending a family event in Maitland.
Very nice motel, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Loved the amenities provided for booking direct with the motel (which I always try to do). We would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed there on the weekend of the country and western, Staff were very friendly and helpful. A bus picked us up from right out front, to take us to the concert at the winery.
Rooms have internet and are very comfortable and spacious.
As an added bonus, we were able to sit by the pool with Troy Cassar-Daley playing his guitar and singing to us.
Would recommend to stay there.

Having stayed in hotels on average of 3-4 a month in the last year I would rate this one as a favourite...It is clean and fairly quiet even though parking is just outside your door. It is close to the shops and a short drive to every where else..
It was great having 2 double beds as I was travelling with one of my kids (sport) and the extra few dollars spent on breakfast was worth it. Everything worked in the room.

Stayed the w/end for the Rod Stewart concert. Rooms were spacious and clean, as was bathroom - we even had the toilet paper folded nicely again the next day!
Dined in the restaurant, and had a complimentary drink, plus the servings were enormous. The Omelette I ordered for breakfast the next day was so big and fluffy - never seen one that big before! Buffet breakfast on the Sunday was also great, and was replenished constantly, even after 9.15a.m., which is a bonus for those who like to sleep in, like us! Top marks for employing an elderly lady to help out in the dining room. My only beef is that the pillows were very flat, but luckily I take my own feather one with me.The desk staff were lovely. There is an Aldi and Woolies, plus other shops across the road, as well as a bowling club. Great value.

I was driving myself and my grandfather between family Christmas events and we chose to spend the night between here at the Old Maitland Inn. The folks working there were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us on arrival or at breakfast the next day.
The rooms are straightforward but comfortable and we both slept very well.
The location is convient and was a good place to stop, and also easy to head off to the Central Coast the next day.

Normal check in is 2.00 pm, but we arrived a lot earlier and they found us a room that was already cleaned. As long as there is a room ready you can check in before lunch

Sorry for the delay in answering your question. The tariff depends on occupancy & event weekends. We fill very quickly most weekends, and yes, we are busy during the week with our corporates. Always ring , we are here to assist.
