Beautiful little village in the middle of nowhere in German countryside. Most friendly staff and excellent restaurant where daily changing menu is offered. Old building with lots of charm and staircases. Many walking paths through the old renovated village and many relaxing opportunities in the surroundings. Artificial lake nearby.

Nice hotel and surrounding. We went there for a drink in the afternoon. After the drink we wanted to know if we could have dinner there in the evening. We asked about the price and the menu. The waiter informed us that the price and the menu were a surprise. When we eventually decided to come in the evening we...

I did not stay here but stopped in for a drink, had dinner and took a tour. Staff were welcoming, charming and efficient as well as multilingual. Not cheap but fairly priced, romantic spot with beautiful dining room and excellent food. I would like to return and stay over.

I've stayed at various places in and around Kronenburg and this is by far the best. This B&B is located on a very narrow and picturesque street of the ancient town of Kronenburg, perched high above the surrounding area. Our hosts were extrememly welcoming and helpful. We were given a complimentary upgrade to one of the romantic rooms (room 11)...

Folks, the reviews hereunder say it all. This is truly an enchanting place in an enchanting little town, offering all you need for a wonderful (long) weekend. We stayed in one of the "romantic rooms", a lovely decorated room looking out over the cobblestone streets of Kronenburg. And yes, we also got the great service, the wonderful breakfast, relaxing atmosphere,...

We booked a romantic room in Villa Kronenburg and there is really nothing bad I can say about this place. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The room was lovely, in old style, with a very comfortable bed, stunning view over the surroundings, and decorated with all kinds of romantic accessories. It's rather small, but not too small. It's...

We had the pleasure to stay in the Villa Kronenburg for a couple of nights. The owners are so kind, helpfull people and spoiled us to death. The place is a historical building well renovated and decorated to feel warm and at home. The rooms vary from size, some don't have a bathroom attached to the room, and it it...

Kronenburg is an enchanting little village, full of artists' studios and attractive buildings and wonderful views from its hill-top setting. Villa Kronenburg is an ancient building full of nooks and crannies, but bang-up-to date in terms of creature comforts with gorgeous 'folksy' bedrooms, excellent en-suite bathrooms, heating etc. We were there for a big family party ((in September 2011) (with...
