Very simple, chilly room (no water when I turned on the shower); the owner serves nice home cooked meals. She is very sweet and speaks English fluently. The young man at the reception desk was a bit surly and unhelpful.

This small hotel is a stone’s throw from the main tourist attractions and also the main city square. We had a very pleasant time there for an evening, however, it was not a problem for us, but there did not appear to be any heating in the rooms.
