Beautiful structure, taking into account that we are in the desert, you can see the efforts to keep it clean and functional Clean room, clean water. Dinner (kid/chicken, vegetables and rice cooked underground) was excellent and very filling. Evening entertainment around the fire. Starry sky visible as the Camp does not have dazzling lights. I was alone but I felt safe. Well done!

Original and well placed. However, the room leaves something to be desired, a space of 2 cm under the door which lets sand through so everything becomes disgusting, no small fridge which, at the price we pay for the room, is essential when it's 45 degrees in August. But the worst of the worst is the restaurant. I want to laugh while writing this comment because it was so surreal: air conditioning not on even though it's 40 degrees, so impossible to eat, incredible breakfast, nothing edible but really nothing.... And I mean nothing. edible. However, I am far from being difficult and adapt, a decent piece of bread and a piece of fruit do the trick..... Here it is more than 0 points. I'm not even talking about the unpleasant restaurant staff, who don't seem happy to be there. I don't understand because in all the other Jordanian restaurants everything was very good and the staff was always friendly. I wonder how these people are recruited who only expect one thing: for you to leave the restaurant, and they show you that the sooner you leave, the better it is for them. Ashamed.

The overnight stay in this great resort was a really good experience. The location immersed in the desert creates an evocative environment. Although the dining area may not express the highest quality, the rooms are of good quality. Living an experience like this is recommended at least once in a lifetime

We arrived and they immediately helped us to our room and took our bags. Air conditioning in the reception was a relief and they offered us bottled water as well. Was clean as well.
I didnt plant ahead for any excursions and within half an hour they booked me for a Jeep ride around Wadi rum with a tour guide and sunset views.
There was a great dinner buffet inside the restaurant with A/C and plenty of room to sit (and they showed us how they cooked within the ground with charcoal).
After dinner went went outside for Bedouin style party, sitting on the floor with cushions, tents, open air concept, shisha, etc.
We slept in a bubble tent with great views of the rocks and stars.
Highly recommended. Mahmoud and Khalid were very hospitable.

One night was more than enough. The (beautiful) rooms are reminiscent of Bedouin tents. When you enter it will be 60° which after half an hour of air conditioning drops to -10°. We are greeted by a colony of ants that had taken over the shower. However, it was enough to give them a nice hot shower and they moved en masse into some adjacent room. At a guess there must have been at least a million individuals. Big problem: maintenance. The swimming pool is very large and scenic. We miss the penguins (after a sunny day in the desert...) and in fact no one dives. Forget meals! In the evening the starry sky is a memory of the times of Lawrence of Arabia, ruined by the many lights of the (fake) Bedouin villages nearby. Except only the wonder of the desert and its colors.

The hotel is very good in terms of price and performance. They provide access to the tours you want at affordable prices, but our friend Rami at the reception was very attentive and solved all our problems, and he can speak every language. This camp should be preferred even for Rami.

Our honeymoon at Al Sultana Luxury Camp was a dream come true. Nestled in the heart of the desert, this exclusive Resort offered us a unique experience, combining luxury, adventure and romance in a breathtaking setting.
Every detail has been taken care of to perfection. Our tents, elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, offered spectacular views of the dunes, giving magical moments especially at sunset. The privacy and tranquility of the camp allowed us to live our stay in total relaxation, away from the chaos and immersed in an intimate and romantic atmosphere.
The staff was exceptional: attentive, welcoming and always available to meet our every request. Every evening we were surprised with dinners under the stars, enjoying typical local dishes prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients. Attention to detail and impeccable service made every meal an unforgettable experience.
Among the proposed activities, we particularly enjoyed the sunset camel ride and the evening around the fire with live music, moments that made us feel immersed in the magic of the desert.
We highly recommend the Al Sultana Luxury Camp to anyone who wants to experience a honeymoon of exclusivity and authentic desert charm. The romantic atmosphere, the highest level of service and the beauty of the place made our stay absolutely unforgettable.

We stayed here for a night this week. Our Martian Camp was spacious and as clean as it can be in the middle of desert. Had toiletries, towels, tea & coffee making facilities and 2 small bottles of water too. A/C worked fine, although not sure how to change the temperature as the remote was damaged. There was a swimming pool in the middle of the camp with some deck stairs, with desert & mountains as back drop. Didn't have enough time to use it.
The dinner started at 8pm and if the guests get to the restaurant just before that time, they can see the staff taking out meat & veg from inder the ground where they had been cooked. The dinner was a buffet and in my opinion it was not well organised. As this camp site takes in lots of group tour guests, it was packed, rushed and chaotic. They had loads of salads for vegetarians but only one big veg dish other than rice. The breakfast had enough hot and cold options.
Our tour company had booked a 2 hour sunset safari in the desert. The sunset was perfect, the young man who drove the 4x4 didn't have any English, even to tell us how long we have in each stop. He stopped at 3 different places, but we didn't know why, he had to get someone else to explain to us. While I totally understand that not everyone is going to fluent in English, this made most of the safari pointless as we didn't know what were looking at or what we are supposed to be doing at each stop. This one would be the only thing that the camp should try to rectify to make the guests' experience better.
Finally, hats off to Rami at the camp! He was doing everything from check ins to entertainment at night. Loved his dance! He seemed so happy everytime we saw him.

Lovely tent/cabin (standard) and had the best sleep of my holiday. Welcome swimming pool and food was excellent (Evening meal cooked in the ground) Please remember this camp is run my Beduins not Hoteliers and if there are any small snags they are easily fixed. You can arrange to see the sunrise on a camel from here - well worth getting up early for.

An amazing surprise in Wadi Rum! Lovely accommodation in a deluxe tent. The site exceeds expectations. Buffet dinner, with chicken, lamb, potatoes and carrots cooked Bedouin style underground, and breakfast were delicious with a wide selection of food from which to choose. The pool, although cold was a great addition. Enjoyed our camel ride in the desert to watch the sunset. Hot water available 5-10 am and 5-10 pm which worked for us. Only stayed one night, would have enjoyed an additional night.
