We loved our stay here & we were so well looked after by the lovely family that own the place. The location is perfect - a very short walk or bike ride to the restaurants & boat tour in Tam Coc, but far enough away to be peaceful & secluded in a lovely setting overlooking pretty gardens, water & karsts. Our bungalow was simple but very comfortable, large & clean, big comfortable bed, heating & big bathroom. The breakfasts were also great, with many options including western food as well as delicious chicken pho. The staff went above & beyond organising a private driver & tour itinerary. They gave us complimentary “welcome” cinnamon tea each time we returned from site seeing, daily fresh mango/dragon fruit was waiting in our room, an evening foot bath, and a care pack upon leaving of water, chips & freshly cut pineapple. Highly recommend!

Thisnis one of the .most beautiful places we have stayed at in Vietnam. The location, overlooking the rice fields and stunning karst mountain but inly 700 metres from the town of Tam Coc adds to its exceptional experience. The bungalows are large, spacious, immaculately clean with large comfortable beds, bathroom (inside and outside shower!), mini fridge, fans, aircon, Outside there is a porch to sit kn with tables and chairs so eating at your room if you choose is simple. The restaurant is set in a cave overlooking the pool and rice field and the breakfast is fantastic and huge. Lots of fresh fruit, eggs cooked to your liking, fruit juices, cakes, yoghurt and coffee or tea. We had spring rolls several times with beer for an afternoon snack and they were delicious. The special touches set this place apart from others. Everytime we came back from our day out we were greeted with cold juice drinks. Every evening a herbal foot bath was brought to our porch to relax our feet. There are free bicycles available for guests to get around and thw loaction is very cycle friendly. Anna and her family are so caring and attentive to all their guests. They are truly beautiful people who really want their guests to have every comfort and convenience. I cannot reccomend this place more highly. Do yourself a favour, stsy here when in the Ninh Binh region!

Ana and her husband are the best hosts ever. Their property is wonderful. The room was kept cool with fruits to eat and a pleasant essential oil aroma just as we checked in.
Their cottages are very spacious, well appointed and they even have a cool outdoor shower underneath the limestone rocks.
The hosts were wztreny helpful guiding us throughout our stay. Intact we had a reservation for only 1 night and moved to another property next door on our 2nd day but continued to hang at the horizon bungalows lounge area even after check out. The hosts personally dropped us to our night bus even when we were no longer staying with them and thoughtfully gave us a goody bag with water and chocolates for our journey.
The property also has a great view.. overlooks a small paddy field with ducks swimming around against a backdrop of huge limestone rocks.
They have a swimming pool and lounge chairs so you may chill and enjoy this view.
The property serves decent food as well
Highly recommend staying here.

This is the perfect place to stay in Tam Coc, 5 mins walk from the noise and hustle and bustle of the village. The accommodation is spacious and spotlessly clean, the breakfasts were a feast of fruits plus eggs cooked how you like. The staff were amazing, so polite and helpful arriving with free drinks such as tea or watermelon juice throughout our stay. We arranged all our trips and transfers through the hotel and this was all flawless. Highly recommend you stay here for your visit to Tam Coc.

Lovely family run establishment, wonderful hospitality and experience. We had such a restful time here at Tam Coc horizon bungalow. Thoroughly spoilt with nightly herbal foot baths (helps with restful sleep), breakfast spread with fresh local fruits, home made pineapple jam and eggs. There were zero mosquitoes in the room due to the cleaning team using an eco friendly lemongrass solution to clean the floor. Spectacular view and right next to rice paddy fields. Wonderful part of the world and you will not regret choosing to stay here!

The Tam Coc Horizon Bungalow is by far the most memorable stay my spouse and I had during our two-week vacation in Vietnam. It's far enough from the town center to feel quaint, but close enough to be accessible to restaurants and mini-marts. The grounds are clean and peaceful, with bikes you can rent (for free) to explore at your own pace. Tony and his team will ensure you have the best stay. They booked us an excursion and prepared us a foot bath (also free) every night we got home. They even accommodated us for an early breakfast, as we had an early pickup, and gave us a takeaway bag for the ride back. We highly recommend this location if you are visiting the Ninh Binh region!

Please do yourself a huge favor and just book a room …. the location is insane, the rooms are so comfortable and incredible air-con… bikes are available to pedal all over and well maintained, there is a fully stocked bar , breakfast was so plentiful my husband and I had to say no to the eggs because we were so full, however all of the comforts do not even begin to outshine the service and the hospitality of the hosts…this establishment has left an indelible mark on my heart….
My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in every level of hotel service ….I will take this over any 5 star establishment…please enjoy this beautiful area in its true beauty and wake up every morning staring at incredible limestone formations and grab a bike or scooter and marvel in the natural beauty and warm hospitality of the local people.

This is such an authentic and small boutique hotel with an amazing view from every room. The staff speaks English and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable, pleasant and engaging.
Anna at the front desk is amazing and can arrange site seeing trips for you once you are here with drivers and cars at great prices.
The rooms are spacious and lovely, though quite rustic and simple in terms of amenities which is what we wanted and all that you need being surrounded by such beauty in Tam Coc.
They greet you on arrival with and array of fresh fruit and juice and make everything so easy.
There is no website, but we were able to book directly through Facebook and email. They responded well.
They offer bicycles for the short, flat, and scenic ride into town with many restaurants.

What a welcome and service! Little well appreciated touches like refreshment on the return to the hotel, herbal foot bath after a good day's walk. You must at all costs take one of the many bikes available to discover this beautiful region, super bike path nearby. Finally, comfortable room in a nice setting, swimming pool appreciated by its heat. And do not hesitate to dine on site, excellent cuisine!
