A basic and dated accommodation but its clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good value and sets you up for the day. Location is good being a 10 min walk from the beach and 5 mins from the main coral bay strip. A cab into Paphos is 25 euro but the bus service is good and reliable. There is a big supermarket opposite the accommodation that have every thing you need Id recommend staying here as its a great base for exploring the island. The Staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs and help where ever and when ever they can. We will return

Had 2 weeks stay. furniture is very dated, but adequate, bed comfortable although sheets were very old and had the odd stain on. Kitchen well equipped with fan oven and hob, could have done with a microwave and a more modern fridge, but unless you want to cook all the time it doesn't really matter. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant which had a good choice of food which was reasonably priced and very good quality. Overall a good stay, and would probably go back.

Brilliant apartment, everything you could need. Very clean and tidy, lovely food (we were B&B). There’s a supermarket directly opposite which was like a self contained shopping mall..had literally everything in there! The people at Petsas were so friendly and helpful too….we had a very late flight return and the staff/owners at the apartments let us use a spare room for storing our cases and having a final shower and change before we had to leave. Thank you, things like that made the difference from a great holiday to a superb one! Thanks again.

We booked a day room here to stay for a few hours while we waited to go to the airport. We were told we could have the only room left which was in the basement, and the way it was pitched meant my expectations were low. However, I was still not prepared for the vile smelling room we were dumped in. Before we even got into the room the smell of stale cigarette smoke was really overpowering and it continued once in the room, to the point I didn't want to spend any time in there at all. The decor was very tired, and whilst I'm sure they tried to clean the room, i still didn't want ro use the brown stained shower or yellow stained toilet. Incidentally the bathroom door didn't close either. The pool area however was clean, and the pool a nice size, with a small bar/shop where you could buy snacks and drinks. Only food and drink purchased here is allowed to be consumed round the pool. We had intended to swim and relax in our room, but the smell of smoke made it unbearable to be in the room for any length of time, so we spent the day avoiding the place completely. I'd like to think the main apartment rooms are of a higher standard, but I can only review the basement room we used, which was uninhabitable and shouldn't be offered for rent, even as a day room.

The appts are clean with maid service every day, they are opposite large supermarket and short walk to strip where you have a choice of restaurants. Beach is a short walk The appts have a good restaurant/bar also a swimming pool with bar run by Alina who is a really wonderful person and welcomes everyone. The management/staff can’t do enough for you and made us feel most welcome…. We’ve booked again for next year ….. thank you everyone at Petsas Chrissy & Tommy Lawrence

We used these apartments as a day room while waiting for a late flight home. It cost 40 Euros for the room including use of the sun loungers and pool. We ate at the restaurant which was nice enough food and used the shower before getting ready for the Airport. The room was ok, not the cleanest and quite run down, the main door to the apartment kept banging from the breeze so had to wedge a bag against it and the windows to the kitchen and bathroom lead out onto the corridor and have bars on which aren't very pleasant to look at. You can hear everything so I imagine sleeping here is a horrible experience. I would say these apartments are for people wanting somewhere cheap, who use these rooms as a place to lay their heads and a basic base for their adventures outside. For a day room this was perfectly fine but NO WAY would I stay here over night and no way is this 3 stars, its 2 stars for Cyprus standards, British less!

We stayed in the apartments from Tuesday 24th to Saturday 28th May and returned after a weeks stay in a villa for a further 3 days. Our first stay we were in a studio apartment- quite basic but clean, had everything we needed for self catering. Views from our balcony were beautiful. Philippous supermarket across the road, also a coffee shop and eating establishments - all excellent. The staff in the apartments were very friendly and allowed us to leave our suitcases in storage whilst we awaited our taxi to the villa. Pool area was great, the kids & adults loved it. It also had a pool bar were drinks and excellent food could be ordered. The lady who ran it was lovely. On our 2nd stay the apartment was alot smaller but not as well equipped as the first one. We were based at the front of the apartments so alot more noise due to traffic. On the Saturday & Sunday they held 2 functions within the restaurant area - very noisy but music was turned off at 11.30 Saturday & 12.15 Sunday. We would definitely stay here again as your a 5 min walk from the strip in Coral Bay, 10 min walk from the beach. Every restaurant we used on the strip, the food was fantastic couldn't fault the service we received. There were 8 in our party which included 2 children.

Overall the place is ok and I don’t disagree with some of the other reviews I have read, but that wasn’t our experience!
When we arrived we struggled to unlocked the door to our room, we struggled for 5 mins but my husband seem to get the work it out. The too handle was loose so you aren’t able to pull on it.
The room is dated and would benefit massively from some new bedding, the sheets are old and a yellow colour, and just didn’t look or feel clean. No Bedding was left for the sofa bed, we found a pillow in the wardrobe for it but it was dirty.
We went out that evening, but prior to that my teenage son went back up to put some water in the room. Again he couldn’t open the door and gave up, my husband had to go up and sort it out.
I returned with my younger children late at night to go to bed. I spent an hour trying to unlock the room, ringing the number online and banging on the door down stairs for some help. But there was no way of getting hold of anyone from the hotel.
In the end we sat outside at 1 am, I had to get my husband to come back and help us.
The following morning i spoke to the reception about this! As he was able to open it in the end he didn’t care.
He wasn’t bothered I was stuck for an hour in the night with my children or that I couldn’t get hold of anyone!

Hotel is basic, rooms have everything you need. Nice little pool that wasnt too busy. Be awre of events, the hotel does weddings/birthday parties etc and we had a couple of these on during our visit. Music was so loud it could be heard throughout the hotel and went on until after midnight. The next day all the guests were saying how annoying it was and not fair on paying guests, quite afew guests complained about the noise. If you want a good nights sleep stay somewhere else.
