Basically only slept here as we spent the evening in town for new years and didn't get in until well after 1am after a quick afternoon check in.
Was a well appointed room in terms of kitchenette, but the bathroom seemed oversized with a tiny vanity and no benchspace, poor lighting and a small shower. Could've spent a little more on improving this aspect, as the services provided were great if we'd used them (washer/dryer)
Towels also very small (others have said the same)
Staff warned us about carpark (lack of parking for number of rooms) so we spent another $10 for park across the road.
Would probably opt to stay in Queenstown itself next time, especially seeing all the construction going on!
Friendly staff

Staff was very helpful for all questions and the room new furnished (hotel was built in 2018) and everything was available in our studio room for a comfortable stay. Parking space is limited and it could happen to be forced to use a payed public parking area just across the hotel.
In summary: we would stay again there.

This modern hotel is classy!! From the lovely reception area to the well appointed rooms this hotel ticks almost all the boxes. The only very small quibble would be that the room cleaning, whilst good, could have been better ie. milk we used for the coffee was not replaced. The bathroom door squeaked when being opened and closed- a drop of oil would have solved the problem.
The excellent bus service in and out of Queenstown stops almost outside the door. A great place to stay!

The building is hermetically sealed, relying on heatpumps to cool the rooms in the blazing summer sun. What that means is that the rooms are often very hot and exceptionally stuffy.

In addition, there are strict limitations on how much laundry powder, shower gel, toilet paper and other consumables that guest can use, something I've not come across before

The appearance of the room was good – it was clean, it was modern, well furnished and had all of the elements we wanted. Our dissatisfaction occurred in the evening when we prepared to go to bed. On pulling back the covers we immediately felt that the sheets had not been changed. The bottom sheet had a stain on it and it also had the appearance of having been slept on.
We immediately phoned the front desk and were told by the night clerk that she was the only one on staff and that she busy checking someone in. She said she would come up to take a look in 15 minutes. After she did not appear for at least 20 minutes I went down to see if I could get some new sheets which we were prepared to put on the bed ourselves.
When I got downstairs the desk clerk was on the computer but there was no one else in sight. She said she would call someone for assistance and they would be up shortly. I suggested that if she would just give us the sheets we would change them ourselves but she said someone would look after it.
Not long after, a person we recognized as an afternoon desk clerk, came up, took a look at the sheet, acknowledged that it looked like it hadn’t been changed and took a picture of it. He then went out to get replacement linen and returned to remake the bed. We understood he was already off duty but had been called in to deal with the problem and we appreciated his assistance. He apologized profusely that night and again when we checked out in the morning.
When we got back to Canada we emailed the hotel manager and EVENTUALLY received a reply. The co-managers told us they and the housekeeping manager had investigated and they denied that the sheets had not been changed. They were apparently not aware of the picture of the stain taken by their staff so we aren't sure how thorough their investigation was.
In any case we have an irreconcilable difference of perception of the facts. The issue for us is not the dirty sheets but the fact that the co-managers, didn't seem very concerned and were not even willing to consider the possibility that the sheets were not clean or that the customer may, in fact be right. They were very defensive leaving us with the impression that this hotel is not very responsive to concerns that its patrons raise.

Brand new, well fitted convenient and clean.
The service at the desk is perfect and all their informations precise and helpful.
Good location for those who arrived late night at the airport or who have to get up early to catch a bus or a plane.
2 minutes walk from de the bus stop, bus n°1 will drop you in 5 minutes to the airport, in 12 minutes to the bus shelter of Frankton and 30 minutes in town.

Very clean and comfortable, small room but very good service, I had everything I needed. Good coffee too. Only disadvantage is the location far from the city as the local busses are no fun to commute with, very slow. Close to airport but no disturbance. Can´t open windows anyway. Hotel has gym (small and mostly cardio but still) and restaurant for lunch and breakfast. Supermarket not far, hiking tracks and river close to hotel.

We stayed here for one night. Staff were very pleasant and helpful which is a big plus in any business. Checked in and got to our room which was nice and clean.
Very comfy bed and really nice shower! Just a couple of things that i found could be better with the room, and that is the bathroom door stop position is in the perfect place for stubbing the toes on your right foot (males only haha), and the air con is quite noisy, sounded like smurfs were using little jack hammers in the wall. (don't know how else to explain the noise, but there is a fix for this, just turn it off before sleeping)

The hotel itself is really handy to the Frankton shopping area, and we got a room with a good view of the Remarkables. We didn't notice any plane noises which was good.
Taxi to the airport from this hotel is $20

We would stay here again

We stayed hare for 3 nights. The rooms were slightly smaller but clean and tidy.
This is basically a new hotel. All good amenities. Our broken dining table top was fixed immediately when complained to the reception.
Located next to the airport and shopping areas of the Remarkables park.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good stay here.
In terms of value, I find this hotel to be a little pricey compared to the ones in other locations.

I stayed for 10 nights at the Wyndham Remarkables Park for a ski holiday. I had a room with a kitchen and in-room laundry facilities. A supermarket and numerous restaurants were a short ten minute walk from the hotel giving me options to buy groceries, eat in restaurants or get take away. The hotel has a very spacious ski storage room that can be accessed wth the room card.

The bus stop for transport to the Remarkables, Coronet Peak, or Cardrona was less than a block from the hotel. This bus stop also served as the stop for the local bus routes. With a local bus card, you can take a short bus trip to or from the airport or to central Queenstown for $ 2. Without the card the cost is $4.

The check-in was quick and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I didn’t eat at the restaurant located in the hotel.

I will be booking this hotel again for next year.
