My wife and I just spent part of our honeymoon here and it was AMAZING. The property was beautiful, unique, and elegant. The service was top notch. I want to call out a few people who made this part of our honeymoon amazing. Kim - Check-in/butler - Kim was so friendly, kind, and made our initial welcome very special. Alice - Alice gave us a fantastic university tour and also made sure we were taken care of at a cocktail hour. She was delightful and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic Kelly from the RedRum Bar. She made sure that we were always helped and taken care of for food and drinks at the pool each day. Super friendly and attentive Loc - Pool attendant. Loc had such a good attitude and made sure we had towels and fresh water every day. I never even had a chance to put down a towel on a lounger because Loc would run over and beat me to it Kate - She led us through making lanterns and it was a great experience Rocky - We met Rocky at the Chemistry Lab and he checked in to make sure our stay was great. Had a great conversation with him and then throughout our stay we would see him and he would always check on us Overall, we could not have been luckier to have this property as part of our honeymoon memory forever. We recently spent a week at this beautiful resort, right on the sandy beach and clear water. The design by Bill Bensley is stunning with outstanding attention to detail and surprising discoveries around every corner. Created with the spirit of an early 20th century scientific university campus, the property takes guests on a fantastic journey back to their college memories, but with a luxurious twist. We loved our room, which was right on the beach with a wonderful view of the ocean. The room is beautiful and especially the spacious bathroom with natural light was just wonderful. The bar, designed like a laboratory, served amazing cocktails and we went there almost every night. The breakfast was great with a huge variety of fresh food. Varun, the director of F&B, and his lovely and attentive staff also took very good care of us throughout the days. During our stay, I booked private boxing lessons almost every morning. Khanh is an amazing trainer - super friendly, professional and patient. He also took us on a snorkeling tour not far from the hotel where we saw beautiful corals, fish and other sea creatures. He took lots of underwater pictures and even made a movie of us, which is a great memory for us back home. We also attended the coffee class to learn about the special Vietnamese coffee and how to make it, which was very interesting. Coming back to the staff, we really must say that they were exceptionally friendly and caring and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. For recommendations outside the property ask Nga, she is always very helpful, lovely and knowledgeable. We cannot wait to return to this little paradise.…

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. As a Platinum member, I got upgraded to a Suite. This hotel is truly an exceptional hotel. I have been to many JWM worldwide and I have to say this one is the best one of all. The hotel is beautiful. The hotel beach is beautiful. The room is beautiful. The breakfast is outstanding with food from multiple regions and countries. The Pink Pearl restaurant is extraordinary, a must try. Ms. Trang at Pink Pear took time to explain the dishes; her knowledge is amazing. After dinner, she took us to tour the beautiful private dinning rooms and took pictures for us. Meeting her is a highlight of our evening. I have to give high praise to the hotel staff at Tempus Fugit for their caring attitude and services. This place is magical beyond compare. The property theme is a combination of old 1900s University with French revival architecture. It takes a couple of hours just to walk around and take in everything. Simply stunning. We stayed in a suite that was mind blowing, with a bedroom, giant walk-in shower, separate salon, and balcony to sit and watch the waves. The food was fantastic. The breakfast was everything from made to order omelets, giant French toast and croissants, to freshly made pho and sushi. To bring everything together, the service was 5-star across the board. The daily maid service always had the room looking like we just got there; we spent a lot of time at the multiple pools and loved the poolside food and beverages; and the restaurant staff was always perfectly attentive. Finally, for those considering an event there, I had a beach side wedding for my son and daughter-in-law. The hotel staff made this event flawless, and there is almost always something that goes wrong at a wedding. Not this time; they spent as much time as necessary to make it a perfect evening. Recommendations: stay in a suite if you can; take advantage of the breakfast buffet; relax at the Shell pool and get 2 for 1 drinks during afternoon happy hour; go to the Chemistry bar; and absolutely get a massage (it was divine).…

Stunning resort with impeccable customer service. They worked with my partner to arrange to have flowers to get delivered to the island for a stunning bouquet arrangement upon arrival. The resort looks and feels like a dream and workers were extremely attentive.

This is the best hotel in Phu Quoc. I stayed at both the Intercontinental and Marriott. Marriott is much better in everything. The staff's service, cleaning, breakfast and restaurant food were all better at Marriott. All staff spoke English well enough that there were no problems with communication. Even at the pool and beach, all the staff were friendly and always say hello with a smile and asked if I needed any help. On the last day, I forgot my clothes and left for another hotel. I was able to get them with the help of a Korean staff. This is a hotel where all services were satisfactory. Next time if I go again, I will definitely come to the Marriott. Thank you for making good memories for us.

GREAT PLACE FOR RELAXATION We stay in 1105 and 1107, the resort is beautiful with many corners to take pictures. The breakfast is really good with many options, the university theme is so good with different area, not the same as other resorts. Many activities to choose from art to sport, we joined Candle Making and Mr. Khanh is professional about it, he explained clearly and help us with a smile always on. The beach is so calm and clean with Kayak, SUP. Yesterday is raining, we don't have chance to play. We will come back again, thank you JW Marriott Phu Quoc.

The first words that come to mind when I think back of my recent stay is Absolute Paradise. We were greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smiles from the team, and instantly we felt at home. The resort is like no other in every aspect. From the pristine white sandy beaches, to the fabulous rooms which are so tastefully decorated with large balconies, where you can just sit and relax, read or just watch the world go by and the staff who are so friendly and always deliver an exceptional standard of service and the food offerings at the many restaurants are of equally high standard and delicious – you are spoilt for choice – this resort has it all and more. There is a wide range of activities and everyone is happy to assist in making your stay memorable. This is certainly a piece of paradise that I have stumbled upon and all I can say to anyone thinking about visiting is to try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back. From the moment we crossed the threshold, good fortune smiled upon us as the remarkable reservations team granted us the privilege of the Turquoise Suite, a true masterpiece of luxury. We recently completed a one night stay using our Chase anniversary night. It was our first time at the resort and WOW. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Turquoise Suite overlooking the bay thanks to our Bonvoy status! The suite was huge and spectacular. Throughout the resort the service was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was wonderful (some of the best French Toast I have had) and service throughout the resort was stellar. A worker named Sang who had just filled our coffee once during breakfast ran after us as we were leaving the restaurant. He had taken the time to hand write a list of recommendations for the island. Now THAT is service! Planning a return trip in December.
