Need bigger rooms/kitchens for families. Amenities can be locally sourced instead of waiting days for restocking. The childcare down should be made aware of guests balconies facing them so they do not feel we are invading their privacy. Sleep gets disturbed from 6am with the childcare below.

Quest Springfield Central is a mix of Studio, One Bedroom and Two bedroom apartments specifically built for extended stay corporate guests and leisure guests alike across 6 levels. We are often able offer room moves and upgrades to match guest needs. Please be sure to check with our reservations team. Apartments are fully serviced on a daily basis other than Sundays and Public Holidays. Please be sure to ask our friendly housekeeping or reception team for extra amenities on these days or if you run short any day. We continue to build an informative relationship with our new neighbours and feel sure this noise issue will improve quickly. Good location with nice views of the valley, friendly staff, excellent accommodation and a dam good price tag on top, would recommend to all. The university is gust down the road and the main shopping centre for Springfield just beyond that with train station.

Sheer quality, staff and facilities alike. No issue too hard for the staff to find a solution no matter what time of the day. Luxurious without feeling overdone. Comfortable bedding was always a pleasure to return to at the end of the day

Excellent location. Only problem was no parking for check in. Had to go up around the corner. Bed very comfortable, however rooms not very sound proof when it comes to noise travelling from upstairs apartments. Kitchenette fully equipped for long stay. Only things missing are steak knives and vegetables steamer. Overall a very comfortable room and loved that both TV’s had Netflix.
