This was a seamless experience from booking to checking out. Expressing interest in our reason for why we were there made the interactions with staff more personable and it was comfortable. Having a separate bathroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities made it really practical for our needs and it is so close to cafes, supermarkets etc. I highly recommend this as a place to book when in the area.

Brilliant, clean modern apartments that are immaculately spotless and clean. With all you need for a short or long stay. Staff are very friendly accomodating and helpful, all the cleaning staff greet you and are friendly and professional. The area is very modern, planned, and only a short walk to shops though planned gardens, and parks, with a large shopping centre with everything you need, and restaurants near by with a local free lagoon pool and other nature reserves. Its only a short drive to Ipswich central the RAAF base or other areas that you might need to see or go do while on business. The foyer area has a free coffee and biscuit service , and rooms either have washers and dryers and there is a free washing room and gym on the 3rd floor. It’s really is close to faultless.
I only have two minor issues: 1 . Dishes not done at all during my stay of many days, I guess its up to guest to do them? Car parking is secure but costs 16 bucks a day…a little excessive …
The drive is easy from airport with very well serviced toll roads. The Springfield area is modern, planned and quite. If you need to be in the area for medical, Defence, or local business to the Ipswich area, this is the place to stay. It will be the place I stay for now on, as I am up this way often for work, and is much better than staying in the Ipswich area.

You are correct - we do not usually include dish washing in our daily services, however our house keeping staff will always pack your dishwasher and set it going f you leave them a note. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay not too far from Springfield Town centre. Nice and quiet and beautiful hotel suites. The check in and check out process was quick and easy, everything was waiting for me when I walked in the door, no mucking around tapping on a computer. The layout of the hotel was guest friendly so the rooms were extra quiet and comfortable.

For my recent work trip, I had the chance to spend five days at a Quest property, and, as always, their commitment to cleanliness and modern, minimalist style was evident. The staff went above and beyond in addressing a few issues I encountered, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy.
The room itself was spotless and well-organized, though it did have a few quirks. The TV was on the fritz and needed replacing, the air conditioning was stuck at a rather warm 22 degrees (making for a sweltering night), and the curtains showed signs of wear. Additionally, since I was working late shifts, the early morning noise from the childcare center right outside my window made it challenging to sleep in.
One thing to note is that Quest properties now typically charge for parking, and this location is no exception, with a $20 per night fee. On the bright side, the location is convenient, with easy access to charming shops and major roads. Plus, having free access to washing and drying machines was a nice bonus.

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment for a weekend wedding. While the apartment was very clean as you would anticipate, at well over $400 per night, supposedly the "discount rate", I was disappointed to be stung an additional charge per night for parking. There is plenty of free street parking very handy to the Apartments, at least there was for us, regardless of what we were told by the staff when making the booking. The rooms were very tight, and the coffee/tea facilities were light-on in the apartment. They do have a coffee machine in the lobby, but this is not much use once settled into the apartment for the evening. Their recommended nearby breakfast cafe is not open on Sundays, so if you do not take your own breakfast makings it is a drive to the nearest shopping centre to find breakfast if you have knee, hip or feet problems that make it difficult to walk long distances. Good internet connection in the apartment. Good (but expensive) location close to the growing hospital, but not much else. Hopefully Springfield will develop other, more central accommodation options as it grows.

Very clean, good facilities and close to the Orion Shopping Centre and Robelle Domain. Car parking was good, there were spots outside the provided gated parking that catered well for Disability parking and they were very near the lifts.
A gym and a clothes washing area for all guests use is on the third floor, in the joined rooms we had we had both a washer and a dryer in the bathroom area of the one bedroom apartment side (8kg capacity for both). The stove was a 4 element glass topped one in the one bedroom apartment. The oven and fridge were a little on the small side but were adequate. We cooked our meals at the Apartment and just had a small juggle for the roasts we did. The Fridge in the one bedroom apartment side was again a little smaller than we would have really liked but it had both a freezer and fridge section that was adequate.
In the joined room it was just a normal Hotel room type bar fridge. In the joined room it also had a two plate stove and both rooms had all needed cutlery, crockery. and cookware needed.
Fresh towels and washers etc replaced when a guest chooses, bed linen replaced weekly for long stays.
Beds were great to sleep on and we had the King size choices.
Wardrobes were big enough for our 3 week stay, Rooms include a Safe, Internet is by WiFi and was fast and no limits. TV in the living area and also in the bedroom in the one bedroom apartment. Air-conditioning was by split system with guest control of their comfort level. If the door to the porch was opened the Aircons would stop in the one Bedroom apartment.

Excellent room and service, were very looked after. Required a disabled bathroom for a family member which we were given and made our stay a lot easier. Close to the Mater hospital and local shopping centre. Staff were very helpful!!!

We made a last minute reservation after our Airbnb booking was not suitable. Nick on reception was so helpful and understood our needs. We were allocated a one bedroom apartment which was wonderful. Hubby could watch TV without disturbing me while I slept. The extra tv in the bedroom is a bonus. After being on the road for a while without a washing machine, the washer and dryer was fantastic. We will stay longer next time and stock up so we can cook our own meals. The full fridge was such a nice change to the small ones.

Staff at facility were very accommodating and catered to all our needs. Conference room was a good fit and the rooms for our staff were clean and comfortable. Nothing was a problem. Plenty to do around the area and the chargeback for the meals at local facilities were great as they do not have a restuarant on site.
