Booked a cottage for 3 nights as it was suggested by a close friend, also my wife's birthday falls a day before in January. There were no contacts until I found one on this page only, Ms. Nida was the person, upon arrival who attended us. Anyway, the price quoted was the highest amongst the fellow tourists staying. I recommend this property for the following reasons: 1. Spacious Cottages. 2. Magnificent &sprawling campus. 3. Well kept property, breathtakingly lit at evenings. 4. Perfect for Family's, couple's. 5. Awesome interiors, both inside th room and property as well. 6. Play area with lot of games, a billiards and pool table. 7 Lot more indoor games can.be taken from the reception. Doesn't recommend for: 1. Pathetic Services. 2. Violating Covid-19 protocols openly. 3. Rooms are not cleaned daily, and sanitization is a far off thing, they don't practice this, as told by Manager Guddu. 4. Food ain't upto the mark of Cappuccino Blast lucknow, not an inch closer, signature butter garlic naan was horrific & disastrous. 5. Rude staff, esp. Ms. Nida, the manager Guddu etc. Pawan was the only saving grace person in this property. 6. No body is at the gate when you're going for the morning safari @6 a.m. Had to wait for someone to arrive and open the locks for 1.30 hours. 7. No DG backup in case of power cut, it happened on the day 1,2 as we got up at 5 am, amazed to see there weren't any power or back up , extension also doesn't work in this case and staff disappeared, unanswered phone calls I must mention. 8. No boundaries behind the property, as the night grips you, chances of animal from the jungle visiting you increase, as the entire staff is busy organising party's to the locals, you're at your own, once the animals smell the leftovers of the party, their party starts, hence to stay in your respective rooms and cottages are recommended. 9. There's a Tatasky deactivated connection, everytime you try opening TV, it says your account is deactivated due to low balance. 10. Leftover bones of chicken and mutton were found in the morning @10 a.m. after we were taking a stroll inside the playing area for snooker and pool, the insects were enjoying it, such a sad state. 11. The staff insists on making payments though cash only as there are network issues, however I found it to be partially true as they do not have WiFi, surprisingly with such heft pricing, no option for WiFi?? Anyway, my Airtel and BSNL.worked pretty fine there. Summing up here, a beautiful and very potent property kept well but services has ruined it, my experience was worst related to their services and certainly un following the Covid-19 protocols. Special mention to used mask under our bed, wasn't removed or checked upon till I complained personally to the representative of the owners Mr. Aakash. Also, during check out, Mr Guddu went unavailable, Ms. Nida along with her team were unapologetic and stood as if she and her goons would just grab our wallets for the clearance. At a point, we felt like they'd keep us captive if we don't pay the remaining amount in cash. Horrifically horrendous experience. Lastly, thank you @Capoucino Resorts Dudhwa, for ruining our anniversary and birthday. Never will I forget this my entire life. Further, food at the adjacent #Tigerhino resort was amazing and we decided to continue taking meals from them, even as a host, Mr. Amitosh of #Tigerhino resort is very warm and food served is just outstanding. Cappuccino, as a property is beautiful, a triton amongst the minnows, however services are below a.lodge. Unjustified rates compared to others.

Our stay at Dudhwa Jungle Lore was absolutely lovely even though we stayed only for 1 night. We were 3 families & stayed in independent cottages, beautiful & spacious rooms. The resort is located just on the edge of the forest. The best thing about the place are its staff, amazing set of people who make you feel like home. Food and service is great. It has all the modern amenities that you can ask for and loads of open green spaces.
