Absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, Mr Alessio made our stay extremely welcoming and comfortable. Thanks to him, we enjoyed our exlusive Spa, great restaurants around and Skiing experience. He was very helpful with our request and super hard worker. Hotel itself was very clean and in beautiful location. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast ok, not too much selection.

Really a nice structure, the room nn was very large for a couple and a one-year-old girl, but had all the comforts they needed.... we stayed two nights and had a very good time, breakfast well varied and with good products for all tastes.
Very kind and helpful staff, a note of merit in particular to Silvia, breakfast attendant, a really delicious person! highly recommended!!!!! convenient free parking right next to the hotel, fifteen minutes walk from the town center, but uphill......

Excellent hotel with spa, very kind staff, brand new and clean rooms, beautiful spa with large hydromassage tub, sauna, Turkish bath. Abundant and quality breakfasts, excellent price/quality ratio, Passo del Lupo slopes 15 minutes away by car. Thanks, we'll be back soon.
