We stayed for 3 nights in the mid-August bridge, with Half Pension.
The hotel is completely renovated/new , with a nice dining/dining room.
It is very elegant and well cared for.
The cuisine is very good and half Inn is included from appetizer to dessert.
The rooms are spacious, clean, spacious bathroom.
Very quiet.
Parking not very large but not far away there is free parking.

Practical hotel close to the ski slopes, which are about 5 minutes away by car
Parking in front with the possibility of charging your electric car
We were welcomed by the staff who were very kind and always helped us
I recommend stopping for dinner because it's worth it, you will find a menu with very good dishes made by them
The well-stocked breakfast with homemade cakes is also good
The price is right for both the hotel and the restaurant

Hotel Bristol is very nice to the hotel on the windy road on the way down from ABBA Tony on the northside of the pass. It's a spacious little hotel with quite a large number of rooms full stop the one I stayed in had completely modern bathroom facilities that must have been recently upgraded. The rest of the room was a little older but perfectly adequate. The restaurant serves a fixed menu that you arrange in advance which was very nice including a very tasty appetizer dish so for free. The hotel is quite quiet although the walls are little thin. In terms of price-to-quality ratio it's a very low price for quite good quality even for a 3-star hotel. The only downside I could find was that the Wi-Fi was really slow and had really bad coverage in some parts of the hotel, including my room. Even in the main bar it was hard to load applications like Twitter and Facebook. It was literally faster to turn on the mobile data connection and connect to the mobile network. The food is very tasty and well prepared with classic Tuscan menus like minestrone soup and tortelli with ricotta and salvia. The room has shutters and can be made completely dark. Rooms were completely clean. Staff were very friendly if not super visible, but helpful and answered any questions when asked. Overall if they could fix the Wi-Fi this would be an excellent little hotel and would get a 5-star rating.

Welcoming, clean facility and friendly staff, unfortunately our stay was absolutely disappointing.
Room without air conditioning and therefore forced to keep the only window in the room open.
Due to very normal newborn colic, our little girl cried for a few hours and it seems that a neighbor complained to the reception, who invited us to remedy the situation.
The only truly practicable solution was to leave and thus find ourselves on the street at one in the morning, tired from the whole day and with the baby crying, thus interrupting our mini holiday early but still having to pay for the stay in full... without therefore even considering in the slightest our discomfort with the management of this situation.
Shocking that the crying of a NEWBORN baby has been considered the same as a TV set at too high volume or inappropriate noises from children.
And if instead of living 2 hours from that hotel we lived further away or even abroad how could we have done???!!!!!!!

I really appreciated the warm welcome, including my dog!, the style of the structure, traditional but renewed in tone and ambience, my room, equipped with a balcony overlooking the mountains, the cuisine, very refined and tasty , even that in the wake of tradition but with innovative ideas that do not alter it, rather enhance it, in short the harmony of the whole, the kindness and professionalism of all the staff... familiar! We perceive a sensitivity in addressing guests that is not at all obvious, and gives them added value. It was a really nice surprise, I will definitely be back!

We returned to this place after 5 years. We found the same owners who welcomed us in the best way. The rooms have been renovated and the food, like last time, did not disappoint us. Impeccable cleanliness. Now it will be a fixed stop in summer or winter if we return to these places.
