Beautiful room, excellent service. I dyed my hair purple red a few weeks ago and it fades a lot when I take a shower. So I asked if the hotel could prepare some dark coloured towels for easy cleaning , and to avoid bed sheet from getting colour from my hair. I didnt expect much and was planning to bring my own towel, but to my surprise, the hotel actually fullfilled my request. I was more than satisfied with their service. Would definitely recommend to others and have more stay at Vinpearl all over Vietnam for my future travel.

Hello My name is Nhat Currently, I am doing quarantine at Vinpearl Thanh Hoa hotel. I've been here for 10 days. My first impression about the hotel is the luxurious design, along with the excellent service quality. Every day, I was served in the room, the meals in the hotel were constantly changing, not bored and very suitable to my taste. Your service staff always answer our questions or requests very enthusiastically. Specially, thanks Trang, Tam, Phuong for serving us very wholeheartedly. Indeed, choosing hotel isolation is a very correct choice. I will come back here for our vacation and of course i will book for my family to experience your service.

I stayed here for the second time in January 2020 for a business trip.
This is an excellent hotel and great value for money. The rooftop restaurant and bar have amazing views, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are really welcoming and helpful.
I would also like to add my thanks because after my luggage didn't arrive in Vietnam, the staff at the hotel were really helpful with contacting Hanoi airport to make sure I knew it was all being sorted to have my luggage returned, which it was.
If I have to return to Thanh Hoa again, I will be happy to stay here.
P.S. more vegetarian/vegan options in the restaurant would be good.

I stayed at Vinpearl Thanh Hóa Hotel to prepare for my wedding day. Ms. Giang was very attentive in preparing the room, setting up the cake, and arranging a welcome letter for us. This made me very happy and touched. At the front desk, Mr. Nam was very friendly with the guests. This is one of the best hotels in Thanh Hóa city, with top-notch service quality and a professional staff.

I can’t find the words to fully describe what a fantastic hotel this is, from the location, the rooms, the facilities and the fabulous staff. The initial greeting from the staff at reception through to the housekeeping team everyone one was very professional and courteous in their dealings with you. I have to mention two particular members of staff that have made my stay really memorable and that would definitely encourage me to return and recommend to others. The exceptional Mr Vi the Front Office Manager and from the restaurant the excellent Thuỷ Phi, these two members of staff ensured there was no request too small or too large for them to accommodate and are a credit to the hotel and to your company

The VinPearl at Thanh Hoa is the 'Go To' hotel in the city and area. Extremely popular in the pre-covid times, it has maintained its appeal and improved its services, to the extent it has to be the automatic choice when visiting Thanh Hoa. The staff are extremely friendly and are very helpful - nothing is too difficult. They are keen to ensure your stay is always top quality In the restaurant, they have the best burger in the province, in a well balanced menu - but ask for the 'Guy Special' Molten Chocolate desert. You are guaranteed a fun time and wonderful panaramic views in the aptly named 'Skyview Bar' on the 34th floor. And don't forget the famous pillows you will find in well presented rooms, whatever type you choose. Highly recommended.

This review is only my experience in the SPA in vinpearl hotel.
I walked in and no body was in the Spa front desk and the room was not in a rightful temperature. I could hear people talking loudly behind the back door( I couldn’t understand Vietnamese) Maybe 5 mins later, a girl with a mop walked by the door seeing me standing in front of the desk, she put down the mop and ask me if I need a massage ( the hotel front desk called spa facility before I came up to 7th floor), and she took me to the private room for the oil massage. She looked just like she suddenly walked by while she was cleaning the floor and saw me there and decide to serve me, that was not very organized. The massage room was nice, she asked me to take off my clothes, and she didn’t leave the room, just standing there looking at me taking off my cloth. There is no pants for me to change, so I kept my undie for the massage. She seems like she is not fully trained for massage, and she did Not wash her hands before she starting my massage ( just note that she was cleaning the floor with a mop!) So I had to ask her to wash her hands before rubbing my back.
she was gently applying oil on my back. My back was really tight, and need a deep tissue massage, so I asked her to press harder. She doesn’t speak English, we had hard time to understand each other. She has a long hair , her hair was kept swift through my skin, I didn’t enjoy that either.
In the end of the spa, she didn’t use hot towel to clean the oil on my skin, and felt like she is rushing me to put my clothes on and leave. She was standing there in the room looking at me put on my clothes.
That was Not a very pleasant experience. And I wouldn’t consider to ever go again. What a waste of money!

Vinpearl is the best hotel so far in Thanh Hoa city. They have a high level of safety standard upon check-in and when inside their hotel while the second wave hit Vn (August 15, 2020). You will be welcome with their spacious lobby, the rooms are very clean and lovely, they have a very nice restaurant and bar with a city view. If you wanna go shopping, Vincom mall is just bellow the hotel, many coffee shops and other restaurants nearby. The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating to your needs, special mention to Ms. Linh Chi! Overall, best stay and highly recommended for business, family, and leisure.

Vinpearl has a standard that I really appreciate. On the ground floor is Vinmart, quite large and many restaurants, bars and nice coffee in the area. The hotel offers a swimming pool, massage. Brakfest was amazing with a lot of everything. My kids loved their French toast. We only drove through the city and stayed only one night, but it's worth it.
