Rediseñado con calidad y buen gusto. Excelente trato y espectacular desayuno. Viajando en coche muy bien localizado para visitar Catalunya desde aquí! Muy tranquilo! Excelentes restaurantes en la zona. Nos aconsejan sobre rutas a pie i en bicicleta! Reserva con tiempo. Solo tienen dos habitaciones. Trato muy personalizado!

Tienen todavía un largo camino que recorrer para representar un buen BB. Las obras de acondicionamiento de las antiguas paredes de una vieja casa de primeros del siglo XX o antes, demanda una paciencia y una inversión que en Sallent, todavía, no han conseguido. Dormir, se duerme bien y confortable a pesar de que las cortinas son insuficientes para parar la luz exterior en horas tempranas. Desayunar, se desayuna a gusto. Pero para ir desde la habitación (confortable) hasta el comedor del desayuno son unos metros inacabados y a veces ingratos. Todo ello, quizás, queda algo compensado por la amabilidad y simpatía de los propietarios que se esfuerzan en compensar estas insuficiencias. Cosa que se agradece.

The B&B forms part of a large traditional family house undergoing renovation.The hosts are most affable and received us warmly.They have only recently started the B&B business. The breakfast was excellent - UK style cooked in addition to plentiful fruit, juices,cheeses, bread and cookies etc.Two guest rooms overlooking the river have been been prepared to a high standard and would represent very good value. The self contained flat which we were offered however was grossly overpriced, and not fit for purpose.The bedroom had no outside window and was unheated - the heater didn't work. There was another heater in the front room but it was very noisy.There was nowhere to hang clothes in the bedroom. The bed itself however appeared new and the linen was fine. There was no bathroom, just a toilet with handwash basin, cold water and a garden style tap. The shower was opposite but had nowhere to sit and change. There was a broken glasswindow over it. There seemed nowhere to hang towels to dry so they were cold and damp when we rerturned for the second night.The bed had not been made up.The whole area could have done with a good clean. The advertised balcony was "conceptual" - there was no river view. It transpired that this self contained flat had been used by the son of the family untill recently and there was plentiful evidence of this - the writing was on the walls literally.In my view it was not ready or fit for listing. I discussed these matters with the hosts who said they would remove it from listings until the spring.We were nevertheless charged the full rate.…
