The room was clean & comfortable for our needs. It was raining so log fire was a winner. We enjoyed our stay very much & we were informed by thefriendly Manager to all the nice restaurants & sight seeing spots in the aerea.

The room was quite basic but comfortable. Perfect for the hiker, mountain biker, trail runner or general outdoor enthusiast wishing to spend as little time as possible indoors in experiencing the wonders that Hogsback has to offer. Breakfast too was standard fare, but enjoyable.

My trip to Hogsback was last minute so accommodation was difficult to find as most places were fully booked. I contacted Kings Lodge and they were able to assist me on the spot with a last minute reservation. Enjoyed my stay with them as the accommodation was very nice & well looked after. Look forward to using Kings Lodge in...

The entire Hogsback was fully booked my wife and I booked with Belinda for a 1 night stay and she went an extra mile to make our stay memorable. We had an awesome time. Hogsback is a special place. Put God first in all you do.

What a lovely experience, waking up to the mooing of a cow outside my window. We only spent one night there, and would love to go back for more. Hogsback, and King's Lodge, are a breathing space. Thank you Belinda, Tondi and everyone - we felt really safe and cared for.

We booked two hotel rooms for two couples. I wasn't expecting much, as the photos don't really give a flavour of the character of the place and surroundings, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were large and comfortable. There are no showers, but I prefer baths in any case. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere relaxed. Good vfm...

The hotel is getting a little tired and needs input from the owners. Staff are working hard under difficult conditions. Not enough cutlery, crockery and glasses. Towels need to be tumble-dried to remove stale/damp odour. Bedside light fittings falling off the wall. Grouting around kitchen sink needs to be cleaned up/replaced. Fireplace well-stocked and was appreciated. We have been visiting...
