The lodge that we stayed in was very spacious when wheeling a wheelchair around. Bathrooms and showers not accessible for a person who is not mobile nor any of the lounge furniture. We could not get our Lady out of her chair because we could not get our mobile hoist under the sofa. We just managed to get the hoist...

Lovely place to visit especially in the summer. Lovely shops & the bar is lovely for food & drinks. Worth visiting with family/kids. Nice place to take a bike ride even & sit outside. Pretty marina & worth a walk around. Nice for just a cake & coffee even.

Glad we found this place! An ideal location for a break in the Midlands, convenient for everywhere and yet wonderfully scenic and peaceful. The Marina has lots of facilities, and the nearby villages have lots of eateries and nice pubs. We stayed in Rowan Lodge, which was perfect for our needs. It is spotlessly clean, superbly equipped and very comfortable....

This has to be one of the best self catering properties we have ever stayed in. The mattresses and pillows are great and ensure a good nights sleep, the furnishings and...

Perfect place for a little family reunion. Hired two of the lodges, they were immaculate, good selection of equipment, comfortable beds, good showers. Wifi quick enough for streaming a bit of sky sports... Access to some stone built bbq areas on the marina banks. Nice walk along the canal to a decent pub. A few good shops, a tea room...

Love the Mercia Marina. It's prefect for a halfway house for when I go for a run. I normally take my camera along and it seems to always pay off. Love this place. So nice to relax and walk around. The new shops they have are also awesome. If you have time definitely take a trip and have a walk...
