One of the better places i have stayed in pak meng..the room was very spacious and comfortable. Situated not to far from places to eat but you can also eat at the resort. The beach is a 1 minute walk over the road. Would stay again.

We stayed here on Dec 5th after driving for about 3 hours from the Malaysia border. There were many rooms available as it was not the peak season yet. We rented two rooms. The rooms were huge and the bathroom was huge too. There was an outdoor jacuzzi which I did not use. The rooms were clean and the bed was really huge. There were two negative points though: breakfast was included in the room but it was nothing special. And the shower in the bathroom of the room I stayed had some problem; the drain was clogged I think so the water drainage flow was slow and in the end we had to shower with clogged water at our feet. Other than those two points everything else was good.

Check in easy, loevly friendly staff, room was large and very comfortable with a wonderful outdoor shower as well as a normal indoor shower. Good wifi in room. Across the road from a very scenic beach. Breakfast adequate. Only negative was the extremely noisy, rude people staying in the room next door- there was at least 4 people staying in a double room and they sat out the front of the room and partied very loudly until 3 am - this apparantly was the 2nd night in a row this had ovcured despite the fact that other guests had complained as well.

Stayed here one night, great room , really comfortable with an outdoor shower. Check in very easy, friendly welcoming staff. One huge negative was the extremely rude and noisy thai people staying in the room adjacent who kept us awake until 3am in the morning. Management seemed to have no control over this group as this was the second night in a row this had occured. Otherwise I would recommend this as a good place to stay.

The staff are very nice hospitality and helpful. There are 8 private villas where were decorated in luxury and cozy place but the price isn't expensive. Relax with white round tub at outdoor and sip wine at big U- shape balcony. It's worth for your valued time. Enjoyyyyy

Me and my wife had been here many times at Yatale to eat in their restaurant. It has a lovely ambiance overlooking at the sea and a dugong monument and a restaurant with delicious food. Staffs are few, yet so attentive and friendly. We will come again someday.

I visited for holidays with family. Rooms were nice and well designed. In front of the hotel, crossing the road, the scene of sea and islands is great. However, this place is running down. One lady managed all, from reception, floor cleaning and cooking. Even though she tried to solve our problems, but we still had annoying issues during our stay. We had to change rooms 3 times. And I experienced a bottle of expired sauce during my breakfast.

We stumbled upon the Yatale as we were driving down the coast. The rate was more than we would have liked but the room was very spacious, had a huge and comfortable bed, with a massive bathroom. Wifi only worked from the restaurant - maybe we were too far away from the restaurant for it to work in our room. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant in the evening. The sunset view was awesome. Staff were all very pleasant too. Would recommend this place.

Having never been to Trang I was unsure of where to stay. The Yatale was mentioned and the reviews seemed good, so I booked for February 19th and 20th en route to Sadun. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a light, bright hotel next to the beach, with green lawns and trees. There were loads of places to park cars along the front of the hotel, so a good start. The steps to reception are novel and it's a bit of a hop, skip and jump, but manageable. The receptionist was friendly and efficient and allocated us a room within a few minutes. I requested a low pillow but they didn't have any. It wasn't a problem. They sent someone out to buy one especially. What a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean with a king-sizes bed, there was a Samsung flat TV and there were tea and coffee making facilities...important for an Englishman who loves tea! There was also a room safe and a fridge. The air-con was over the bed but it was quiet and worked fine. Although there were bath towels, there were no hand towels which was puzzling but okay. The bathroom was large and there was a door to an outside tub. Unfortunately both the shower and bathroom plug holes were blocked and the bathroom flooded. However, it soon dried so it wasn't much of a problem. Sliding doors in the bedroom led to a terrace with padded seating, ideal for sitting out and relaxing. The restaurant was pleasant and the staff nice and chatty. However, if there is one thing that wasn't so good it was the food. It was mediocre at best. The breakfast was small and the evening meal only average. As the sun went down, the mosquitos came out and they made eating a challenge and we didn't stay afterwards for a beer. A pity really. It is about 30 minutes by car from Trang which we visited one day. All the other local beaches are within easy reach but unfortunately most are covered in litter. But it is a nice place to stay. it's not new by any means, but it's clean and tidy. The views across the road are very nice, with big expanses of sandy beaches and limestone islands off shore. There's a statue of Dugongs and the sunset was spectacular each night. I would stay again.

This is my third time here. Great location. Friendly staff. Good food. Spacious rooms. Staff always make my 3 year old son feel at home here. Only 8 rooms here, so very hassle free. Pak Meng beach is a thai style beach so no jet skis buzzing around. Try for yourself!
