As a solo business traveler, I have had a most pleasant stay in room 302 Standard Room King Bed. The rooms have been renovated and have a modern sharp appearance. There was great attention paid to having quality appliances fitted throughout the room. Being at the back of the building, it was quiet, with the fridge and AC being very quiet. The attention to detail with cleanliness and housekeeping needs to be commended. Many thanks to the excellent service provided by Aayushi in providing much needed sewing kits for a sartorial emergency. A quality room for a reasonable price…I will stay again.

The location is really great within walking distance from Parramatta Bus/Train terminals and the Westfield Mall. Stayed for 2 weeks on business trip - Must say the Frontoffice Associates were very very helpful. Housekeeping staff was also great. Nice and clean facility. Breakfast is little monotonous if this could be improved !!

Max, Ayushi and Anish were absolutely amazing and so was their housekeeping. Every trip has got atleast one hiccup which was solved instantly (Thanks to Max for trusting us over Central Res).
I have to say service is the best along with their memory. Easy access to parking (Limited, need to pre book it), Staff remembers your needs, your name, Continental breakfast options (Thanks for arranging Samosa's Max, love the patties though), It was all smiles and bubbly, just the way I love it.
It was my most memorable stay so far. (Wish they had some basic pain killers in First Aid though, haha!) Thanks again Max, Anish and Ayushi for looking after us.

Central location to Parramatta is the bonus, staff are lovely, establishment presents well.
Rooms are tidy, refrigerator was faulty and loud, traffic can be loud as its on a busy corner and slight black mould above aircon outlet was concerning.
All concerns were passed on to staff who were very receptive.
Limited parking $25 p/night, very little street parking nearby.
Will try some where else next trip.

Travellled to Sydney for a business trip. Booked this hotel online as it was close to amenities and office.
Arrived Monday late afternoon, upon arrival was presented with a very warm welcome by the concierge behind the desk. He made checking in a breeze.
As I was travelling alone, I booked the standard room for a week, which is self contained.
The room and bathroom areas were lovely and clean. There is a tight squeeze to get into the fridge as the bed is close. There is a microwave in the cupboard.
Big screen TV, where you are really spoit for choice with in house movies. A desk and chair is available.
Rooms are soundproof, which is a definite bonus! For good night's sleep.
Continental breakfast is offered, I opted for this @ $5 per day, a couple of choices, which includes tea/coffee, well worth $5!
I was a bit disappointed even though dinner is advertised on their wrbsite, unfortunately due to their Chef having COVID-19, were unable to offer this service. Which is quite understandable however, could they not find a replacement?
The hotel is situated within walking distance from Westfield Paramatta, shopping centre.
Parking is available at a cost of $25 per day which is quite steep. I parked on the side road just before the hotel free for the week. If parking was say $15 per night, I definitely would have parked at the hotel.
Their customer service is 5 🌟
I had an esrly check out, there is a key box on the counter to drop your room key in.
Will definitely stay there again.

It’s a beautifully renovated place in a great location, but the best part is the staff. We had a couple of hiccups with access cards to the parking and some hot water issues but Max sorted those out with such friendliness and kindness. We appreciated the complimentary drinks! We’d stay again.

Brilliant stay. Max, Neha and Swash are brilliant hosts, can not do enough for you. Also the cleaning team, Rooms are nice and spacious, with room to move around. Bit of a walk up the hill to get to it if you are not driving, but makes it worth it once you get there. Connections into Sydney are good from here, and there is a huge Westfield on the doorstep.

Great location. Short walk to Westfield shopping and train station. Easy to catch train into Sydney.
Staff were fantastic. Nothing too much trouble.
Lovely clean well appointed room. Continental breakfast available. Quiet too.

Booking was cancelled for no reason and when I tried to contact hotel they redirected me back to booking.com. Hotel will not reinstate booking or honour the same rate. Very disappointed as we had this accommodation booked well in advance and now I see they are selling the same room for double the price on same dates! Be careful!!!

In my opinion the suffix HOTEL is somehow misleading as this place has almost No Service (No Pool, No Gym, No Restaurant, No late Night or early Morning Staff on Duty). The pillows were smelly upon check inn, towels mostly clustered with spots appearing dirty, bed linen changes were done after 1 week and not as the Reception claimed every 2 days. The Floors were never vacuumed or wiped during our entire 1 1/2 week stay. Don't expect any Standard Hotel Service at this place. OVERPRICED - Absolutely No Value for Money!

Thank you for your enquiry. We do have limited parking which is subject to availability and must be booked directly with us. If our parking is full, we can arrange parking for you at Westfield which is not far away.
