Excellent two bedroom apartment for short term stay. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of utensils to easily cook meals. Laundry was also very handy and functional. Bathroom however is odd. Massive bathroom with two handy clothes lines in it, however there is no bench space at all. Just a very small little sink with nowhere to put your shaving bag etc. Given we are a family with two older girls, there was nowhere for makeup cases etc which seems really odd. Other than that though shower was terrific with great pressure, great shower head height and nice temp. Other facilities in the place were pretty good with big lap pool & pool deck and decent gym. Oddly the staff came to service our room at 5pm when we were getting ready to go out so we politely declined but it seemed odd to be so late in the day. There are excellent eateries around the area as well and only a 5 minute walk from Parramatta Station or the Westfield or in the other direction Parramatta Park (excellent for walking), so plenty of amenities on offer in the area. Underground parking at $30 a night is pretty expensive (we drove to Sydney so had a car) so unless you need a car I'd recommend maybe using the public transport system, however they offer a great system where you can lock your parking spot so you are guaranteed a spot which is reassuring when you get back from a trip.
Overall very happy without stay and would definitely stay there again in future trips.

Stayed for 3 nights , the first day was greeted by Terry at reception who I found very warm and friendly and nothing was to much trouble . The room was a little bit on the small side but adequate for our stay . Beds comfortable. The bathroom was big but a lot of wasted space , had no vanity to put our things so what didn’t fit in the small cabinet on the wall had to be put on the floor . The indoor balcony looked inviting but someone previous to our stay had smoked in there and the stench was overpowering so we didn’t use it . We also had issues with housekeeping only leaving us 2 towels when 3 of us were staying in the room had to keep getting more brought to us . The hotel itself is lovely and had lots of burning candles around the foyer and through out the hotel found the scent very soothing . The pool looked very inviting but was sadly to cold for a swim . Hotel is a close walk to the train station and a few restaurants, a big Westfield is very close by aswell . Overall had a good stay and would stay again

I stayed with my daughter to attend the Red Hot Chilli Peppers , From check in to to check out the Skye Suites was an absolutely amazing experience . The on-site parking was convenient & secure ,The Hotels foyer is visually stunning ,All Staff from front desk to house keeping were extremely Professional, Helpful & Efficient , The rooms were spacious, Neat and included everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I was greeted kindly by one of the staff at reception and the room was spotless on arrival It’s a hard time for all business but they did not fail to meet my every need however there was a French man who said he was manager who was very condescending in the way he talked and needs to take some lessons from the staff at the two desks who both helped me out in a kinder and enthusiastic way. If you don’t like your job quit mate Shocked at how someone in a superior position can be that rude.
If I do visit again I’ll Limit my interaction with that man 4 - 5 star rooms 5 star front desk staff at the front desks 0 stars for management.

Newly build suites with shiny glass and floor. Rooms, kitchen are well cleaned. A plenty of kitchenware and cookware available in the suite but lack of basic amenities like parking and basic glassware made our trip nightmare.
Parking: My booking confirmation stated that onsite parking available and my booking status was confirmed. I couldn’t find any parking when I arrived outside the building. I spent almost 20 mins on the streets as there were one way streets and you have to come all around the way if you passed the building. It was Saturday and street parking was full. I parked in the driveway which was only spot vacant and ran to the reception to find out that where is the parking. I was told that parking is full and I have to arrange it on my own. I told them I have a kid with me and already parked in the driveway, I can pay extra if they can arrange something but response was No. I went outside to the car and after driving along the street, I arranged private parking for my car. This was welcome at the building.
We checked in at 8:30 pm, check in was smooth. We went to the room. I called reception from my phone to get wifi access and was provided. My kid asked me for the water, I went to the kitchen but couldn’t find anything to pour water in. Then I started investigation and checked every single drawer in the suite but couldn’t find a glass or cup to drink the water. I again called reception but no one answered the phone. I tried to contact them from the phone available in the room but the phone was dead. I checked if cables are plugged in or not but everything seemed ok but it was not working. I checked every corner of the suite before asking reception because I don’t want to look stupid that glasses are there and it’s me, who is unable to find them as this was strange for me that a 5 star property do not keep glasses in the room. After thoroughly examined the room, I went downstairs to reception and requested the person that we don’t have any glass or cup to drink the water. The guy said that they might be in the drawers. I explained him my story and he apologised me for the inconvenience and assured me that he will sent them to our room. We received the glasses short after and had the drink but struggled to get parking and then water became bad memories of this trip.

We managed to secure a 2 bedroom apartment for our stay. The facilities and room amenities are very good and the size was better than we expected (not poky) Our total stay was 4 days 3 nights and we never felt that the room was small or uncomfortable.
The only down side was the pillow size very tall. but talking to reception they have understood this feedback from other customers and are in the process of providing a range for guests.
For location, hard to go past.

We stayed here for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. It was well equipped with comfy beds and a great shower but the best part was how quiet it was at night. No noise from neighbouring apartments and very little city noise despite its central location. There was a convenience store and some restaurants underneath and the pool was a lovely spot to relax. Friendly staff too.

We stayed at Skye 9-22January and it was amazing from start to finish, the suites are exceptional, we had a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher fully working kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, it really was fantastic, the maid was spot on to if you wanted a lie in she would always come back later on and even puts the dishwasher on for you, the beds are super comfy too. The pool area was lovely too. They also have a roof top bar called Nic & Noras that is also beautiful. Overall a 5* from us the whole stay. We thank you Skye and we will be back for sure.

This is fantastic accommodation. Our studio room was huge, beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The housekeeping team are to be commended, our room was spotlessly clean when we arrived and again when it was serviced the following day, it was faultless. The bathroom was supplied with high end toiletries and the coffee machine had sufficient pods and a beautiful selection of quality teas was provided. The 24hr gym has plenty of modern equipment and the pool and spa are fabulous with plenty of resort style furniture to relax on. Staff on arrival and departure where very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here on our wedding night and it was quite disappointing. We were going to choose another hotel closer to our venue but thought Skye looked nice so decided to stay here instead. When we checked in we found bits of food under the dining table which hadn’t been cleaned, the balcony door kept on jamming so it was inconvenient to get in and out. Upon checkout we were informed we had taken items out of the mini bar which we hadn’t. They decided not to charge however if the room was cleaned and stocked prior to our stay this would have been easily avoided. Overall we were really disappointed in the stay on a night that was special to us.
