The hotel was very good and offers everything you might need. Unfortunately at the moment you only get room cleaning upon request which doesn't seem to me like five star hotel. Other than that, make sure to ask for a room level 1-6 otherwise it will be a lot of stairs. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was always helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Thailand

My third stay at The Hotel The Nai Harn was a little bit disappointing. I booked a Deluxe room with oceanview and got a room on top floor. On half way I went back to the reception and and asked for a room on an elevator level.....luckily I got an upgrade to a Grand Deluxe Ocean view on the 3rd floor (same room I've stayed last time). Very disappointing: This time nobody accompanied me to my room. (Probably too much walking) The Nai Harn: You need people let to know that the Mountain + Ocean View rooms are up on 7th to 9th floor without elevator and mostly a lot of stairs and walking. The Nai Harn: You don't have many parking possibilities at the hotel. OK. The hotel was not nearly fully booked! To improve your service to suit a 5* Hotel, you, at least should offer a valet parking. (No excuse due Corona situation!) It's not really a pleasure to walk a long way back at dark... especially not as a woman alone The Nai Harn: At Cosmos Restaurant, at least, I was able to smoke at the rear part of the Restaurant last year and at the pool. This time your staff wanted my to stand at the ashtray by the exit = No way! - Because of this rule, I went outside for dinner both nights and didn't even have a drink at the bar. The Nai Harn: "Rooftop Bar, Reflection?" at the Spa on second Floor was closed, due a drone shooting 5555

The service is great, the rooms absolutely stunning and this little bay has so much to offer. The breakfast is beautifully one with a cool room for meats, cheese veges and juice, a winning idea and the noodles made freshly to your personal preference. Followed by a special gold martini in the evening! Wish we didn’t have to leave

Nai Harn is a wonderful beach. The hotel has great views of, and easy access to, the beach. The hotel cascades rooms down the hillside. There are a lot of steps and only one small lift. Keep fit! The room was comfortable and quite well equipped. Bath and shower. But nowhere to hang towels near either. I would recommend the hotel puts in towel rails and hooks. Breakfast buffet had a reasonable choice but curiously the self service food ( bacon, rice waffles pancakes etc) were not kept hot. The fruit selection was minimal. The Asian and egg stations were good. Coffee ok. Juices were not fresh but pleasant enough. Good pastries. The pool is quite small for a big hotel. I guess most people choose the beach. Good views over the sea. Some pool side service We ate at the Cosmo and Rock salt restaurants. Both looking out over the sea. Good food at both. Good wine selection. The Reflections sunset cocktails were good and the ambience excellent. Cool breeze no mosquitoes! Access to the hotel is quite restricted - up stairs. Parking limited. For a couple or a family the hotel was good value (almost) 4 star quality. It’s location is exceptional as Nai Harn is one of the best beaches in Phuket.

Average- not worth the price. The hotel is a bit run down and we were expecting more due to the price. Room smelled a bit damp but improved by the second night. The terrace has a lovely view with a nice sofa bed but unfortunetly no cover so not a good place to hang out if you dont want to get sun burned. Food was very expensive for Thailand. The Rock Salt restaurant had nice ambience and food. But again really expensive.
