The check in was nice and simple and the check in staff were efficient. There is a deposit of 2,000 Bhat that is returnable on departure. This had to be paid by cash to be honest it's the first time we have had to pay a deposit at a Hotel during our extensive travels over the years.
The Room was clean and large with a well lit balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was a large size and there were a few sunbeds with umbrellas and some without.
The Roof bar was closed during our stay which we found a bit disappointing.
The breakfast was adequate and the staff in the breakfast room were really nice and helpful.
Overall a nice place to stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a quiet location with a 10 minute walk to the beach in one direction and a similar distance into the village in the other direction. The hotel is new (4 months according to reception) and as could be expected the room was in excellent condition, large and comfortable and with a huge balcony overlooking the pools. Everything worked fine including the wifi. The pools are great for swimming or sunbathing if you are too lazy to walk to the beach. Breakfast is ok but could be improved. Due to the hotel location eating breakfast at the hotel is probably the best option. Staff are friendly although still learning the ropes to some extent. At THB 2230 per night this hotel was very good value and we very much enjoyed staying here.

This hotel is new. Everything in the room is nice n spacious but they need to improve in many areas pertaining to the room amenities. Only 01 rubbish bin is provided in the bathroom, they should provide another one in the bedroom. Shampoo, shower gels were provided in very little quantities n soap was just a tiny little piece. Definitely not enough for 2 people to use on daily basis. It has a nice big terrace with a nice 2 seater couch. I would suggest to provide a small coffee table in the terrace to put your drinks or your ash trays for the smokers. Otherwise everything u need to put on the floor. Very nice efficient gym n 02 big beautiful pools. Hotel staffs were always friendly n helpful. Buffet breakfast also need improvement. Many food items were not kept warm. I had cold rice, cold Thai pork curry n cold vegetables. Had to ask them to microwave the food for me. Pastries selections were very limited but I do understand if it's a budget constraint as we are not paying 5 stars hotel prices.
Hotel is a 15mins walk to Naiharn beach (the best beach imo). I won't suggest borrowing the bicycles as it's not safe to ride outside as there were many cars n motor bikes. The noise from the bar next door didn't bother me much as I closed the terrace door n curtain before I sleep. Overall it's a very nice boutique hotel to stay with very reasonable prices u are paying. Just hope they can improve on the things I mentioned n it'll will be a notch higher.

We stayed at the Gallery NaiHarn for 28 Days. When we arrived at the airport found out that we had to pay an extra 1000 bot to get to the hotel from the airportand then had to pay another 1000 bot to get back at the end of our stay. Beds and rooms were clean and cleaned every day. Food was very poorly cooked, eg: eggs only partily cooked, cold sausages, cold bacon. Pool became Very cloudy after about a week they had to bring in a filter system to get it cleared up. they had 3 English speeking movie chanels when we arived then about a week and a half into our stay they disapered and we never got them back. The only good thing about our stay was the waitress Min who was always friendly and had a smile all he time. She did a supperior Job of looking after all the gests for breakfast as well as any other time we had to eat thereor ordered cold drinks for around the pool. When she found out that we were trying to learn some thie she would try to teach us a new word each day and it helped a great deal.
DO NOT go to this hotel for anything other then a bed.
Talked to other people that worked outside of the hotel and found that they had herd a lot of complaints about the poor food as well as how pricey it was compaired to the restaurants right beside it.

I used to stay here when it was called the Royal Yacht Club and it has a great location overlooking the bay.

The attitude from the duty manager (Roong I believe) was annoying. I understand he’s been there a long time so should know better than to argue with a guest whether the bread is fresh.

Do I really need to bang the French-stick on the counter to demonstrate it’s stale and hard like wood?!

Assuring a guest that ‘fresh will be available tomorrow’ doesn’t really cut it.

Given a member of the Leading Hotels of the world I would expect this hotel manager not to argue when they get something clearly wrong.

I’m a Phuket resident

The staff has been nice but the hotel is very badly maintained and is very dirty. When I say dirty, I mean it in the worse way possible.
Dirty toilets that are also broken, cleaning staff that is not trained to do their job and have no cleaning products to do it but a dirty mop and water which I have seen them use for the whole floor. The bed sheets are old, ripped, full of stains and extremely smelly. I have caught a skin rash from sleeping in those sheets and even after complaining about all this many times I kept getting dirty and sheets with blood stains.
The pool is a swamp that is cleaned once every two weeks vs what should be everyday. By the time they clean it, the water is literally green.
They refuse to make any improvements as I tried to just be nice and point things out and the owner refuses to fix anything.
In brief, it is a very bad hotel which I stayed in because I needed to be in my planned activities and had already pre-paid the non-refundable moth but I for sure will never go back to this awful place.

A little weird place. No available rooms in booking, yet the hotel is at least 60% empty. Check in horrible! Waited 2 hours without our luggage (they took our suitcases into our room and didn’t let us in!) Had to wait outside/lobby just because baby cot wasn’t ready!!! After 5 times of asking finally managed to get to the room, then after 5 minutes, three workers came with baby cot and put it on high position for like newborn, even though i told them not to put this in that position, because as they saw themselves, child was 2 years not 2 months old. Also the bed was too small, didn’t use it anyway afterwards.
Many misunderstandings and very weird communication with staff. Checking out was very weird also, without ANY words, receptionist just ran away for 10 minutes, guess some
Of them don’t speak English.

Room was not cleaned well, lots of dust, stains on bathroom wall.
Bed was good but pillows too high and hard.
No breakfast, no bar, everything is closed.
MANY worms or centipedes at the hotel area.
Dirty frog pound between 2 pools.
Pools often dirty, grass and trees very dry, all the hotel area like ghost town. They watered grass at one day only, same for the pool cleaning.

Only good thing about the hotel is Netflix in rooms. And trampoline/playroom for kids.

The room is infested with mosquitos and ants. I killed around 40 mosquitoes with my bare hands in 24 hours even my palms hurt. The mosquitos must be coming through the vents as every time I killed them all there’s more and more in a few hours. Very bad smell in the bathroom. The bedding has holes in it and smelled very bad as if it wasn’t dried properly. Even after they changed bedding fresh one smelled just as bad. We ordered room service the food was not nice at all. The patio around hotel has gaps between the tiles - I tripped many times and fell one time very badly. Definitely dangerous if u have kids running around. As we checked out we asked to book us a taxi , the woman at reception asked us the address only after 30 min wait so she hasn’t booked a taxi for 30 min while we were waiting with our luggage in the lobby. After 60 min waiting in the lobby full of mosquitos she still hasn’t booked us a taxi. In the end we had to call a friend after waiting for over an hour for them to still not book a taxi

This hotel while fairly modern, had a weird vibe. We wondered if it was recently sold to people who did not know how to run a hotel.
Reception staff, while they tried, were hard to engage with. Services not present or maintained e.g. advertised Sky Bar was closed - permanently.
Gardens not maintained, very limited services, poor breakfast service in the restaurant, no pool service, no towels provided in the gym, and really no soul.
The room was modern in grey, black and white, but will peeling paint. Daily cleaning was thorough and staff polite and helpful.
There’s other places to stay at here.

My wife and I loved our recent four week stay at The Gallery. This new hotel is very professionally managed. There are two beautiful swimming pools. The maids keep everything exceptionally clean at all times. The location is superb: just across the street from the head of the lake and only a few hundred meters from gorgeous Nai Harn Beach. We joined the local residents and tourists running (we actually walked) laps around the lake every morning. It all made for a lovely vacation, but the best aspect of our stay was the front desk personnel. They really went out of their way to help us enjoy our trip. They even took my wife shopping on their day off. We’ll definitely be back.

good night, how long does Music scream? sleep completely impossible 😡
Answer from Maria N.
