I absolutely loved my experience in the Jungle lodge with this company. Ashuco was an excellent and caring guide and his constant sunny smile and expertise made this an incredible trip. The food in the lodge was fantastic, home cooked and plates were always cleared...More
We could only fit in a 2d/1n tour and I really wish I could have been there for longer. Monkey island was amazing and the tour guides were so helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this tour company!
Maniti expeditions was great!!! I did 3days/2 nights! It was very enjoyable and probably could have done another day or 2, as the time went by quickly, however it was long enough to do the main attractions. The food was good (and fresh) and our...More

Hi. I would not asvise strollers going in. The access to tge boat is tricky and the path to the accomodation consists of planks, mud, sand and plant life. In the night walk to see the sunset over the tree tops there is no way a child or baby will make it. There are swamps and it is really dense jungle. Even the guides had a hard time and they ended up rowing pairs of us in a little boat through a very tight creek to get through. Maybe a back pack carrier would be ok on the monkey island trip but other than that it would be difficult with young children. Hope this helps. ☺

he tours normally begin at 9:00am on the first day and end around 5:00pm on the last day. If you have a flight that arrives to Iquitos on the morning of your tour, we can pick you up at the airport and transfer you directly to the jungle (there is no problem if you arrive after 9:00am). Also, if you have a flight that departs before 5:00pm on the last day we will be sure to have you back to the airport in time for your flight.
