We found this park to be trying to be something it's just not. It was a pity we didn't want to commit to booking anything, so we took what we could find. UNPOWERED small sized tent site- $50 a night. Yes it's peak, but we didn't really feel we got anything for our $100 that we couldn't get out in...

A good base to explore Hobart it is the off the main highway so traffic nose low. Close to Richmond and the airport as well. A bus stops right outside for a trip into Hobart. The pool and mini golf cost extra, also the and showers can be busy so expect to que.

I also was in the little red hut which was obviously quite old. This was evident by the lack of insulation which made it quite hot during the day and the general state of the place. I also think that this hut was in use when smoking was permitted in cabins as I could detect that tobacco odour that seeps...

What would you expect for $85.00? You'd get a little red cabin with the works. And very cheery helpful welcome on arrival. I don't know why I made this reservation. I was a bit apprehensive as we approached the little shack. No wire screens om the door, bit on the tiny side, pretty tired on appearance,(Very tired) but it grew...

Arrived in Hobart and came through from Richmond. Pulled and asked if there was a powered site for two nights. Well the receptionist was just fabulous. Gave us all the info about things around and a site. The site had a hedge on two sides and our own dump point. Great proximity to everything, easy trip to Hobart and surrounds....

This is one the better parks in Hobart area. The management were very friendly and obliging. The restaurant at the park Nates Family Restaurant was fantastic. The food was to die for and if you just want to eat in your van they also do fresh pasta and woodfired pizzas. All the food is reasonably priced for the quality of...

Stayed here for 2 nights recently as a great location to explore areas such as Richmond, port Arthur etc but still be close to Hobart. It is a very basic caravan park. I would not recommend it for families as it does not have much to offer like the big 4 parks do. Kids can't ride scooters or bikes there...

Lovely park, hedges separating bays in the powered site section. Hot, 7 minute showers! We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant within the park, Nates, lovely meal and service. Handy for our visit to Sullivans Cove distillery the next morning. Friendly front desk, would stay again & recommend.

$37.8 Powered site for an RV. Facilities are nice and clean. 5 minute hot water shower but after one minute it starts again. Close to airport. Kitchen perhaps a bit small but acceptable. It also has a minigolf which can be nicer for families with kids. Would come back definitely.
