Nice park, spacious sites with hedges around them. Nice gardens. Ammenities in tanks, clean and user friendly. Not keen on the wandering chooks. Easy run into Hobart so makes it very handy. Pricey though $ 50 powered site 2 people.

An interesting holiday park that seems very popular. Friendly ladies at reception though take awhile to serve you, however nice they acknowledge when arrive. Only had powered site for a night, therefore just used shower facilities and onsite Nate's restaurant. A bit run down but certainly unique shower/loo blocks available - like old tanks! Very reasonably priced at $45 for van - similar to most in Tasmania

Stayed in a cabin and the lovely ladies at reception went out of the way to help customers. The park owner was also helpful. Clean facilities. Standard cabin was plenty enough for a simple travelling couple

Visited from interstate during peak season. Totally understand that costs go up at that time if the year. However highly overpriced at $190 per night for 2 bedroom cabin with "full kitchen". The kitchen turned out to be a two burner electric stove from about 1980. Uncomfortable beds, no shelving to put clothes away. Scarcely resourced kitchen eg. short on bowls, plates etc. The kids were excited for the playground. Unfortunately it is in need of a serious update. The swings were moving in the ground making it feel pretty unsafe. Pool on site is not something the kids would use and comes at an additional cost. Mini golf is good, there is a discount for guests but gets expensive when there isn't anything else for the kids to do there. Rated poor instead of terrible purely because the staff were friendly and the pizzas at the restaurant were good.
