Stayed here mid February with family from the Uk. The hotel is in a random street but upon entering the foyer it was like walking into the ritz. Rooms were amazing beyond what we expected. Roof top pool was always quiet and well worth a drink poolside at sunset. Staff were extremely professional and couldn’t do enough

If you want to go to Pattaya, but don't want to stay in the busy center. And yet not too far away from the center. Then I would recommend this hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel with a nice swimmingpool, good food (and cocktails). They will help you with a late check-out due to a flight and can also store the suitcases if necessary.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended!

It's early October in Thailand, which is end of low season. I got a deluxe double room with breakfast off Agoda for $55/night. The room I received when checking in was on the 4th floor (of 8?) and faced a building and someone's deck and windows. The hotel did not seem crowded, so was initially a bit disappointed to not get a view. But no worries, the room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and cool, with nice beds. The service of the staff was exceptional, I'd say 5-star level. I'd say the breakfast was good and not great, though they did make personalized omelets. Location was fantastic for us, very close to the things we wanted, and easy to get a Bolt taxi ordered. The gym is excellent for a hotel. The pool was on the roof with very good views. Some people may not like the smell from the pipes in the bathroom, which can be rather common here. I believe they have parking for your car of motorbike. In comparison to the U.S. or Europe, the value is incredible.

Although the hotel is nice, rooms are fine etc. we are here in the middle of a 3 week stay and it is virtually impossible to get a bed by the pool, I think there are only 9 beds for the whole hotel. Been up there at 8.30am and all beds have towels on, just a ridiculous situation. We are here with wife’s parents in their 70s one who is registered disabled too and we have to sit on the balcony instead. Won’t be coming back here despite nice rooms etc. We have complained to front desk three times and been told first come first served.

I stayed here for 20 nights during high season and was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a Grand Suite. This was a beautiful, large room on the second floor with lounge, kitchenette, two large TV’s, power shower and spa bath. Also an enormous large balcony. The local Soi 5 Pratumnak area is a great area with lots going on.
The customer service is world class! From the reception staff, concierge, doorman and cleaners. All terrific!
My only gripes would be that the restaurant isn’t great and so not fully utilised. Including breakfast. However, Soi 5 has so many restaurants it doesn’t really matter. Also a lack of sunbeds at busy times by the swimming pool.

Spacious and clean rooms. Close to both the beach and center, but quiet during the evening. Welcoming staff, the security man outside the hotel was very nice and helpful. The pool at the roof is also nice. It's not too big, and not too small...

Nice hotel apartment with helpful staff. Very calm and quiet area with good drop offs to walking street. Receptionist speaks good English and exceeded expectation on locating a taxi with our lost bag.

We spent four weeks in February into March at the Sirin. We were in a one bedroom junior suite. The lounge area was a great size with a limited kitchen. The bedroom was also a great size with a massive bed, plenty of storage space and also a safe included. Big TV in living area and also one in the bedroom. Good size bathroom, only down side to that was it was a retractable shower above the bath which in my opinion didn’t work as well as a shower cubicle. There was good air on in both living area and bedroom, TBH we didn’t use it that much. There was a good size balcony with a small table and two chairs with great views looking out over Pattaya.
In the living area was a dining table, four ring elec appliance, toaster, kettle, combination microwave and also a good size fridge. The only let down was you had all the kitchen appliances but nothing to cook with, there were four plates, two cups and saucers, two spoons and forks, no knives at all, four glasses. When we contacted reception they sent up a frying pan and a fish slice type utensil. We ended up having to buy, sharp cutting knife, saucepan, chopping board, dish towels and sponges etc.
This was a serviced apartment and was cleaned, change of towels and bedding twice a week.
There was a good size rooftop pool area, shortage of sun beds and a lack of shaded areas, towels were supplied at the pool.
The Sirin was spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful, a big shout goes out to ALL the reception staff and the two concierge on the door were absolutely outstanding.
The Sirin is ideally situated for bars and restaurants on the same road, approx ten minute walk to the beach. There is also a Batt Bus at the hotel which is available for use by the guests to take you to Jomtien or into town.
We were in room 703, it was that good we are hoping to book for six weeks next year.
