Okay, so maybe I should have looked at the reviews rather than just the pretty pictures online! It is not the worst place that I have stayed at but there is much to do in ways of improving when better hotels are charging similar. Cleanliness needs to be greatly improved, luck I did look at the reviews after we booked and we bought our own sheets and pillows with us. There were random hairs all over the beds. Noise and lack of parking would be two other concerns but the location was great for the event we were attending and we survived to write this review. Moral to this review would be to always check reviews before booking and then make up your own mind. Hapoy travels.

Needed some sudden accomodation late Sunday evening. Rang these guys and got a room. The rooms appointments were ok but there wasn’t any parking left ( only appears to be 3 spots) , and just as well as doubt I could get my 4wd in and out safely. Was a self contained single unit with king size bed which was good enough though the vinyl lounge with kitch bordering cheap and the lift only going to the 2 floor of 3 levels. The kicker, you get a 7.00am ongoing wake up from the heavy machinery on the large construction site directly across the road. Not good value.

We booked this online after 8pm and gave a poor review initially because the room was unmade (and the last people had left a horrible mess). We contacted the Apartments later and they were very apologetic, stating a technical glitch with arranging housekeeping. They are arranging a refund, so we are happy with the outcome and think the review was a bit harsh mainly due to the state of how the room was left! Be mindful of the people who have to clean up after you even though it is their job, you do not have to be a slob!

Our stay was a complete disaster from start to finish..
The advertised location is misleading, and the photos show a much better block that’s not where we ended up staying. After a long trip, we couldn’t even find the studio easily, leaving us exhausted from hauling our luggage up and down.
To make matters worse, an alarm would go off almost every day, waking us up early and ruining any chance of rest. When I contacted the manager for help, they were rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed that I called. They promised to send someone, but no one ever came.
Parking was another nightmare—only 3 spots for over 10 studios. We were told they had an agreement with Henny Penny for parking, but it turned out to be false. We ended up getting a fine due to limited public parking options.
On top of all this, the room was dirty when we arrived. Despite calling early for a cleaning service, no one showed up, and we had to clean it ourselves. The room was in poor condition—broken wardrobe, missing basic items like a toilet bin and towel rack, and a fire alarm hanging dislodged above our heads that no one bothered to fix.
To cap it off, the internet was so slow we had to rely on our own data the entire time.
This place is poorly managed and maintained. I strongly advise against booking here—save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

A short drive to bar beach and Newy, me and my partner found it a pretty good stay. It was clean and had all the essentials. The studio apartment was spacious enough even tho we were stuck inside cause of the rain, we didn’t get sick of the surroundings. Yes there are only 3 car spots but there’s more parking next door in the shops, no hassle. The only somewhat annoying thing was that the sliding door to the bathroom was broken, meaning we had to lift it each time we wanted to close the door (we stayed in room 14). But eh who cares it was warm and clean and the bed was super comfy. Would stay again 👍

This was a great place to stay the night before the Fernleigh 15 run. The room was perfect for the two of us and had a kitchenette if you wanted to prepare food. It had a full size fridge and the bed was super comfy. We didn’t get an on site car park, but the shopping centre car park is right next door. Yes you can hear other people in the foyer and in their rooms, but that’s what you expect in an apartment block.
Easy walking distance to a ramble of food places and grocery stores. Great value and free wifi included.

I stayed at this hotel just last week for two nights for my birthday. This place is disgusting and the rooms are not cleaned.
Every single kitchen item was dirty Leftover food and rubbish in the cupboards Broken air conditioner Tampon stuffed behind the bin on the floor of the bathroom Unwashed linen Grime and dust caked on top of EVERY surface Rude employees (none onsite) Microwave has food stuck throughout the inside The underneath of the bed was full of rubbish, dirt/dust and used tissues - keeping in mind we are going through COVID-19.
I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel, this is the absolute worse place I have every stayed.
I have made 2 phone calls and sent 3 emails since vacating to lodge my complaint, try and recompense some money and to get my bins back which was never released. I have not even received a reply or acknowledgment.
Do yourself a favour and do not stay here.

Room was ok, you could hear through the walls and hear the room next door banging on the benches and walking around, note to self don't book budget ever again. When booking we were not told there was no off street parking. I had to park my brand new car in a shopping centre car park. It was pouring rain and we got soaked walking to our room. This is an absolute joke and we will never stay again.

It was everything it said it would be. Parking difficult, if staff beat you to one of the only 3 carparks. But the overflow in the shopping centre next-door was adequate. Quiet rooms and very clean. Good access to public transport. Even over holiday period, good access to shops and services.

Don't bother to stay here. There's 16 apartments and 3 car parks. Codes didnt work to get into the place. The place stank of smoke, opened the windows to air and had neighbours looking in. Walls are paper thin can hear neighbours every move or tap on.
