I orchestrated a surprise birthday trip for my girlfriend in the dazzling paradise of Phuket, and guess where I booked our stay? The Pavilions, and it was hands down the best decision ever! Not only did I pop the question there (spoiler alert: she said yes!), but the entire Pavilions team was like my behind-the-scenes squad, making sure everything was as amazing as it could be from start to finish. I kicked off the proposal plotting through emails, and these folks were like the proposal planning gurus, patient and full of cool ideas the whole way through. They seriously went above and beyond to make sure my proposal was off-the-charts amazing. Now, I'm rocking the fiancé status, and life couldn't be more exciting! Oh, and here's a hot tip: if you get the chance to level up your room, just do it – it's like turning your stay into a VIP trip. The Pavillions is a wonderful oasis in the hills of Bang Tao, Phuket. Great for calming down, good eating and relaxing massages. The staff is just lovely and very helpful at all times. I only missed a decent Gym and a bar with opening hours later than 10pm.

This is a beautiful hotel to look at but unfortunately that’s where it ends for me. Definitely did not feel a five star. Positives are the spa, absolutely wonderful massage. Breakfast is also lovely. Negatives are that the beds are so hard, the very large couch was more comfortable so spent two nights on that. Two people couldn’t have showers in the separate bathrooms at the same time as one shower would be cold. There was often a sewage smell in the room. The hotel is very expensive for Thailand, 4000 baht for a massage where other places were anything from 250 to 500 baht. Hotel not near anything else so you’re stuck unless you get a taxi and then you get stuck in traffic. Service is very slow often forgot to bring things. You have to a pay each time you get food/drinks which is frustrating as you want to get on with eating. The hotel sits on hills and they have carts to take you up and down however at busy times reception don’t answer the phone so you end up walking up very steep hills, not great after a shower and drying your hair! …

Super private, luxurious and romantic. Highly recommend. It is not near Old Town Phuket but I enjoyed that. The staff was extremely friendly and we only had an issue the first time because of miscommunication with the travel agency we used to plan this trip. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Phuket.

With stunning views of the mountains and tropical location on one side and views of the sea the other this is a stunning resort location Designed in a way to get the best from the hillside vista. The villas will not disappoint with large private pools and beautiful rooms you are spoilt. The staff are very friendly and always go that extra mile. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful holiday. Villa 2 tropical view villa with pool. Villa was beautiful with large private pool. Large comfortable bed. Shower and separate bath. We visited Firefly restaurant most days and enjoyed the Thai buffet evening. Breakfast is excellent and plenty of choice. Whilst Alto is very good I preferred to eat Thai. Best part the staff who I cannot praise enough each and everyone going the extra mile. Special mention to Anthony and Matthew for taken care of our trips and providing advice. Wut who was wonderful All the staff at Firefly. Thank you all.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in! The staff is very kind: I mean a real human connection, a real conversation, not just talk about the weather. Everyone has such a good heart, is so warm and friendly. My room (Loft), was huge and one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. I heartily left the room. The food was great, the breakfast was very high end and healthy. Also the restaurant staff was extremely kind. Special thanks to Matthew! He is the best!

An absolute gorgeous hotel, was blown away with just how beautiful this place was! The pool is just absolutely beautiful. The Italian restaurant is okay, very pricey (our dearest meal in the full 3week holiday) for just average food. The accommodation was just gorgeous and really would come back here. Staff all very helpful with recommendations to beach bars/areas to go which is a great help! Thanks Pavillions Phuket!

From the moment we arrived this hotel was just fantastic in every way, the service of the staff never faulted. We had a garden room and it was spacious and unbelievably clean!! The facilities here are also one of the best, the app was so helpful and we used it daily! The pool area was spotless and beautiful in every way!! The staff at the firefly restaurant have to be my favourite part of this stay, they were so friendly and unbelievably professional and nothing was too much! This hotel really does represent a 5 star stay!!!
