My stay at Trisara was amazing, it was home away from home and I had a truly luxurious experience. The booking process was very smooth via emailing reservations. The limousine pick up had the delicious home made granola bars on the Volvo xc90. Khun Marc, GM came for a greeting during the check in and the welcome drink was provided in style with via a cocktail shaker, and the guest relations team provided me with a nice tour of the property. Even though it rained so much but spending time in the amazing and spacious sea view room was very satisfying and relaxing, the homemade chocolate truffles were also very nice. What made me really happy was seeing a Dentiste toothbrush set! Definitely one of the few hotels who provide a high quality set :) Breakfast was lovely and because I didnt get a chance to go out to explore the city but I was very very happy I got to have a very local dish which is the Kanom Jeen and Nam Ya. Then sadly it was time to check out.
A truly memorable experience in Phuket so a huge thanks to the team and I hope I will be back soon!
One very final thing; I lovedddd the greenery in the hotel so much!

My family spent 7 nights in 3 hotels in Phuket. Trisara was the best among the three. Every touch point gave fantastic experience.
I booked the hotel in a travel fair in Bangkok. Khun Mook and Khun Ron were very helpful and informative. The Line admin was super responsive on sending additional information I requested regarding travel rules entering Phuket as well as hotel's facilities for kids.
The real Trisara experience started with the transfer of Volvo XC90 with super polite and friendly drivers. In the SUV fully equipped with a baby car seat, homemade granola bar and water, the driver acted as a local guide who can narrate about local attractions along the ride.
Trisara has an interesting kids club. Facility-wise, it's not the best. But there're good range of both free and paid activities on demand. There's no schedule here (who needs it when you're on your holidays). Khun Nam and Khun Aim at kids club were fun and friendly. My 6YO didn't want to come home because he wanted to play Lego with the staff there. (Playing Lego with mom and dad obviously is not as fun as playing with p'Nam and p'Aim)
The beach is home to hundreds of beautiful hermit crabs. The sand is fine although not powdery. The water is very clear that you can do snorkel diving right at the end of the jetty. There're free water sports to try but I didn't have time to do it.
The room, ocean view pool villa, which is the highlight is super spacious. As there're big rocks near by the hotel beach, you can hear the wave crashing sound from the room. That sound was soothing to me. As I travelled with a 6YO kid and a 9 months baby, the hotel prepared milk bottle sanitizer and baby bathtub in addition to a big kid bed and a baby crib. The room has a lot of electricity outlets which all were installed power socket protectors to keep the little people safe. The cleanliness is one of the best I've experienced especially the pool.

Nestled in a jungle enclave above a small sandy beach. Trisara really is a third heaven. About 30 private villas all with infinity pools have outstanding views of the Andaman Sea.
The staff have beaming smiles as they great day or night. The food is outstanding and the service sublime. Trisara is also 15-20 minutes from the airport with limousine service included in your stay. I would also recommend using the Coral fast track service, where you are whisked through immigration and departures with no queuing.
My wife loved the wellness activities every morning from yoga to stretching and meditation.
I can’t recommend Trisara enough, it is not cheap but in my view exceptional value for money. There was a oneness with nature. Planting , the jungle, water features and flowers , the lovely sandy beach and warm sea made us so relaxed . Perfect stay can’t wait to see you again.

We traveled to Phuket for a vacation. Initially, we did not plan to stay at Trisara. Somehow something happened and we decided to move to Trisara instead. What a wonderful decision! This resort is superb in every way. We stayed in a signature pool villa with the panoramic view of the ocean. The villa was so spacious larger than 300 sqm with a private pool, living room, dining area, guest bathroom and master bathroom with separate wash hand basins and several showers - indoor and outdoor. The villa also came with a butler or host. The resort features a Michelin star restaurant and a seafood restaurant. Stunning sunset view can be seen from everywhere. A private beach, private jetty and boats for hire are all available. Lastly, the transfer to and from the airport is so smooth with personalized service. The staff recognized the guests by name and whisked us away in a luxury Volvo limo to the resort. A wonderful and impeccable service resort indeed. Once in a life time experience and you surely will be spoiled.

We booked a Ocean View Pool Villa since we have two small kids. The room has a plenty of space for 4 persons where we got 1 extra bed and another sofa bed for our kids. The room is very clean and well equipped. You will not see leaves fallen on either the outdoor shower or swimming pool area. You can spend all days in your room, swimming, reading, chilling, sunbathing or even spending time with the ocean view in front of you. You can see sun setting very clear from anywhere in this hotel.
Hotel offered the private car transfers. In Phuket, it was our first time spent our 4 days in hotel with nowhere else. We kayaked to Banana Beach located next to the hotel. It took around 15-20 mins. The beach was very quiet and clean. Highly recommended.
Many activities for kids which they can spend times without disturbing you. It's time for parent to spoil yourself. Staffs were very helpful and service mind. Food was so good even not a long menu for choices.
So far, nowhere else can beat this paradise. Very appreciated the management team to keep this high standard even during the COVID-19 situation.

We enjoyed our stay at this sprawling hillside resort and everything is dedicated to the high-end traveler. The property seems ideal for families and small groups that bring their own intimate group to enjoy themselves together as there are few opportunities to mix with other guests.
We had read so much about the PRU restaurant that I confirmed our dinner reservation before I booked the hotel. PRU was really a one of kind experience and we were NOT disappointed. The mix of flavors and presentation was beyond fantastic. One of the best dining experiences we've ever had, and we have been to many around the world.
I booked the Junior Pool Suite at the top of the property to save a little money and it was nice but next time I'd book the larger Pool Villa closer to the beach. The room was a bit bland but had a beautiful bathroom and the pool was too small to really get much out of it.
The beach is not very attractive at low tide with a rocky bottom but their pool is really nice and perfect for lap swimming. We later stayed at the Surin Hotel and that beach there was ideal for swimming.
Had a great time and would consider coming back.

Wow! Trisara is so beautiful and so well maintained with each villa hidden amongst the trees and foliage. We stayed in an ocean view villa and couldn’t have been happier. Our Villa was large, spotless, with lots of windows to enjoy views of our large private pool and the ocean below. Sleeping at night and hearing the waves roll in was so peaceful. The staff was so wonderful, courteous and helpful. Special thanks to housekeeping for such such a wonderful job done. The food was excellent and our private pool at our villa was just awesome. We loved it!

We stayed at the Trisara in villa number 207 for 10 days from April 15, 2024. The large pool was of course also brilliant, we were actually so private that you could walk around naked all day. Our chambermaids did a great job while we were away, a big compliment for that. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurants were great. Every single member of staff worked professionally and was super nice. A long staircase led down to the beach, there were enough loungers with great service, but when we were there it was already low tide at midday so you couldn't go into the water without shoes because it was very rocky. Nevertheless, we liked it all so much that we might come back in October this year but in our villa number 207 with the most beautiful view ever. We say a big thank you for the service, for everyone's kindness!! We stayed in the early of 2022. Facilities and hospitality are almost perfect, we enjoyed it. However, the room cleanliness is bad, there are hairs on the floor and the bottles in the minibar. I complained and they changed the room for us but the new assigned room was the same...
Additionally, when we asked breakfast boxes, they packed an expired juice for us.
As the token of their apologies to these problems, they gave us a wine or champagne but unfortunately we don't drink alcohol.
I guess the cause of these careless mistakes is that we have booked cheapest offer.

It’s one of the few properties in Thailand with a private, secluded beach thanks to where it’s located, so if beach time is what you’re looking for, pick Trisara. The beach activities are also fantastic as is the beach-side service.
