I stayed at this villa with family from Australia and the UK, including one 3yo child. The villa was comfortable and spacious. The swimming pool was a good size and always clean. The staff at the villa were really lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping arrived every day to ensure that we always had beds made and linen changed. Bangtao is approximately 30 minutes away from Patong and easily accessible by tuktuk. A good tip, everyone in Thailand has WhatsApp, so exchange details with a driver and this can be a regular and cheaper way to get around. The Pit was a great restaurant in Bangtao (about 5-10 minutes away from the villa), great food and customer service where we were able to drop off laundry, have a meal and collect the laundry all at the same place.

We stayed from 4~9th of march. And it was a very pleasant stay. We had a 3 bdrm booking with a private pool. The staffs were very kind and they responded very quickly on your request. My mom's birthday was on 5th and i asked them about the cake For her on the 4th, and they were able to make it the next day. We booked a bbq set, and it was good. They provided shuttle bus every morning to the beach nearby as well as tesco wich was great. The staffs cleaned the room everyday and they brought us our breakfast on time. The place was very big and spacious, and quiet. Will definitely come visit again as i love this place.

Pros: 1) Large pool, clean and decent 1.5m (not good for kids but ok for adults) 2) Peaceful and quite place (I know it is a bit far for walking distance, but we have own rental car hence chose Two Villa) 3) Helpful staffs 4) Cheaper that many other pool villas in Phuket 5) Extra layer of meshed door to keep insects out, providing insect repellants too 6) Equipped kitchenette with cutlery and utensils 7) Lots of large 1L bottled water daily
Cons: 1) Pool water is very cold in the evening & at night 2) Breakfast lack of choices (although decent quality & healthy) and served cold, and need to book delivery time, no good choice if before 8am 3) Power cut one night @3am (Happened to others in the past) when I was using toilet. Seems a common things.
90/100, but if they have more breakfast choices can go as high as 95/100.

The area is deserted and honestly scary to walk around this area. No local markets, stalls, Family Mart’s or 7 11’s. This area is remote and can only order taxi’s between 8am and 5pm. The staff are rude and not sympathetic at all. There were no chairs on the bedroom balconies and the only outdoor chairs that are old, falling apart beach tanning chairs. 2 only. The beds are hard as a rock and the air conditioning units leak all over the floors. There is NO room service or on site eating facilities. I understand that Covid 19 was hard on this community but in the advertisement on booking.com they have chairs on the balconies. They don’t inform you that they are only open between 8am and 5pm.

We were a group of 10 people, 2 kids. We only had 2 nights and missed one because of a terrible flight delay. At our arrival, Care was extremely resourcesfull and kind, she managed to help us booked a last minute boat to visit the islands. In general the property exceded our expectations, it was spacious, very clean, comfortable and the staff in general was amazing. Definately would love to stay here again.

Wow what can I say villa is absolutely stunning . Very clean and spacious. We stayed here for 18 days to do absolutely nothing and that’s what we did. We had the Seafood BBQ delivered and it was delicious well worth the money. Also the team of cleaners were lovely and done a very good job. There must be a mosque near by as we could hear the call of prayer ALOT. So I drowned it out with my music. The only suggestion I would make is to have a handrail on the stairs & cushions for the sun loungers Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back next year!

This is our 2nd time stay in this property. Villas are nice and clean. The lobby staffs are really helpful. Managed car rental very promptly. My kids are fond of this place as they enjoy the private pool a lot. Breakfast choice is good. Still 2 more days to go. Hopefully shall have the sane pleasant experience. Shall visit again

I have experienced several times Two Villas amoung its different styles (Oxygen, Oriental) in Nai Harn, another area of Phuket. As I was highly satisfied with their services, I wanted to try this one in Bangtao.
What a disappointment !
First of all, we arrived at 1 PM to register, and the staff told us that the room would be ready at 2 PM - which is normal. However, at 3 PM, the room was still not ready, and this was just the begining of our bad surprises.
The first thing I noticed when I first arrived was the TV room was closed. Indeed, we booked a Two bedrooms villa, and according to the hotel staff, we had to book a 3 bedroom villa to have the TV room open. It was quite surprising as from my personal past experience in other Two Villas Oxygen styles in Nai Harn, even if we booked 1 or 2 rooms, the TV room was open, to have more space. According to the staff, I could not compare as it was just "a different concept". Whatever.
Then, I noticed that as the check in was a bit late, they did not clean properly. The villa itself was not clean, walls were dirty, water flowing from the Aircon, rust on awning, TV screen was not clear while watching movies, Internet works on the 1st floor, but not on the 2nd floor, disgusting kitchen, hole on the swimming pool floor .....
I called the staff to tell them I was not happy about all of that. They finally gave us a late check out at 3 PM, which I have really appreciated. He also added that he was angry at me as I was complaining. Does it mean that we just need to accept of all that and don't complain ?
At the check out time, we noticed that the staff was still angry with us, no smiling, no thank you, no hello.
Well I have to say I am very disappointed about Two Villas in Bangtao - Villa C1 - and its staff and will never come back again.
I highly recommend to stay in the ones in Nai Harn, with better Villas, better service, better staff, better everything to summarize.

1.Problems even with advance booking: We had booked pick up from two villa well in advance and got confirmation email from them too. In the first email they specified 1000 baht for pick up, on the day before arrival they stated 1200 baht for pick up, that is still okay, but the hotel never sent a taxi for pickup. Our arrival was at 1am in the night and we were stranded with 3 young kids. The guy at reception said, yes you had booked the shuttle but we forgot to send the car. 2. Apathy towards family with kids:We managed to reach the villa at 2:30am. At the reception, we requested the staff to hurry up on check-in, so that kids could sleep, but the guy at reception didnt take our request, on top of it he took 45mins to process our check in, many problems like- the keys were missing so they were trying to find keys, we had to take our luggage our self to the villa.We checked-in in the villa at 4am. 3. Unreasonable staff: At 4am this guy tells me, that i will have to specify the breakfast menu right away to get the breakfast in the morning. We said, we have just come, and let us sleep we will call for the breakfast at 9am, but he refused. We wrote down the menu based on the menu card given to us and at 9am the maid says, we have to re-order the whole thing because what we specified in the menu doesnt go with the breakfast plan. 4. The 2 person team at the reception only can speak English, others who actually service the villa and make breakfast, don't understand English. The phone at the villa is useless, whenever we tried to connect to the reception, it never connected. We had to walk all the way from villa to reception to talk. When we went to the reception, they said that we have used the phone for our personal calls and now we should go and refill the balance from 7-11 store to make the phone work!! This is awesome, we never used the phone! 5. The kids with us were aged 4, 8, 10. The pool is very deep and not meant for kids who are not swimmers or have just picked up swimming. I agree the villa is reasonably priced, but not worth what we went through, our kids suffered and I would never book at this villa again. We got so upset with their service, we moved to Sunwing Resort which is 10mins away from this villa, and it was much much better. I would recommend, Sunwing Resort if you have young kids with you, it is equally well priced, value for money with many activities for kids and very friendly pools- right from toddlers to pre schoolers can get in the pool and enjoy!

We stayed at this villa first for five nights in September, We loved the whole appearence of the place as it is very nicely furnished and who wouldn't like their own pool to float around in..
However we had a few issues which totally ruined our stay here I am sad to say..
Firstly there were no sun lounges, which I thought was an oversight..as you really do need something to chill out on after a dip...there are two chairs to sit on under the patio, but they are not suitable on the grassed area..we just used our towels.
Secondly our fridge was broken when we arrive,we did'nt realise until the next day after bringing back some shopping.....they got us another one by the end of the evening..but no cold drinks for us..and you are nowhere close to any shops..so that was a bummer,
But what really upset us and ruined our stay there was..Our first night was the only night out of five that we could actually use the pool for a swim,when we arrived back from dinner on our second day, the pool had emptied itself to about a third of the water originally in it..we informed reception and they sent an engineer around, he told us nothing ( no english) fiddled around in the pool room for a bit, then left? There was no communication from staff or anyone else after that to let us know what was going on..
The Pool did start filling again on the third day to about half its original size..but the clanking noise coming from the pool room was very noisy and annoying, It seemed the filter was now mucking up as the water was slowly going green..the engineer came out again..but same again..told us nothing..so all in all..who's going to go for a swim in a half full pool filled with bugs and leaves..and going a bad shade of green!
We informed staff when we were leaving again about the green pool but it seemed to me the Engineer did not give them any info either..the place was full so maybe they may have moved us if they had room...who knows?
I have written a complaint to the management and they have offered us one night with breakfast if we go back there within a year, as we are not planning another Holiday until 2013 that compensation is of no use to us,
Sorry Two Villas Bang Tao...I.m usually a very easy going person and will let a lot slide..but you really stuffed up our holiday.

1. Our shuttle service provide to nearby beach only. We do not have Airport shuttle. However , there is airport transfer service provide with additional cost.
2. We do not have washing machine in the vila but there is laundry service available.
3. There are bicycle for free at the lobby, you could ask with our staff during your stay.
4. From villa to nearest beach is around 10 minutes walk.
5. There is security guard at the property 24 hours.

There aren't much activities nearby but you can go to Bangtao night market!! It opens at 4pm but closes early on weekdays about 8pm. 20 mins walk if u know the way out of villa. Hire a chauffeur from the villa if u need a driver to get around. Nearby there's a villa market (supermarket) for u to buy groceries to cook in the villa if u wanna save some THB for other things 😀
